I had my lashes lifted and tinted by Lily. She was really kind and friendly even though I was 10 minutes late from the all the Halloween traffic. She kept me informed of where things could sting, and listened to me when I asked her to remove the tint from my eyes due to the burning sensation. My lashes look even better than where I used to go, and it was cheaper! Overall an amazing experience and I will be back.Also- ask her to show a picture of her chonky cat Queso! :)

They overcharged me $50 and $40. I am still trying to get them to reverse the $40. The first set of eyelashes started falling out on the left side the very next day but I was out of town so couldnt get them fixed in the 24 hour period. The next week I had to go get them filled. The person did a great job. I think her name was Jasmine. So the 2 stars arent for her work, she would get a 5 but getting charged $90 extra for them booking a appointment even when I told them I couldnt because I didnt bring my calendar is clearly unacceptable. And, then to still not have it refunded is why Im giving them a 2. Hopefully, they will reimburse it this week.

Its been years since I last got my lashes done, so when I saw that they were offering a sale service on lash extensions for first time clients, I was eager. However, I also knew not to have the greatest expectations since the service was discounted. Place looked really clean and everyone was super friendly. However that is not enough to convince me to come back to this establishment. Jasmine spent working close to 3 hours on my lashes, so when she said they were all done and they looked pretty, I was hopeful. However I noticed she missed many, many lashes. My eye lashes look so sparse and the extensions are facing so many different directions. They look as if Ive had extensions for over a month, and in need of a desperate refill. When I went to check out, the receptionist took one glance at me and in the most pitiful tone said they look pretty. Was charged about $90, which is even cheaper than the supposedly promotion which was supposed to be $145. Ive got lashes done before and I know how they should look. However I figured maybe theyre not that bad, but as expected, my sister and all my friends said Im right in my disappointment with it.

My lash artist took her time to create a perfect look. She asked questions prior to the service to understand what I wanted from my service. She provided clear instructions for aftercare and retention.

While the person doing the eyelash extensions was professional and friendly (Dawn), the receptionist was unprofessional and petty. And unfortunately they charged me for services I never received rather than just a cancellation fee. Have to dispute with my bank. Will not return - cant handle rude service. Buyer beware.

I went to them, and they said they would be able to do a better job and fix what the last eye lashes place had done, and that was after looking at the mess up. They said if there was any problems within 24 hours to give them a call and they would fix there work. I gave them call and they have me the run around, and said they couldnt fix there own work. Over priced and went back on there word, bad customer service, and will not go back and or recommend to anyone!

If the clients of the salon consider everything there is of high quality, they have not been in the salons of the best level!Rough handling of clients belongings. I had an expensive jacket that costs $ 1400 with natural fur and the beautician trow it on a dirty spot with smeared paint. She was lucky that the paint did not transfer to the jacket, otherwise they would have paid for it.The eyebrows were dyed poorly, at home I completed the hair removal and made the eyebrow correction. I also did not like that the owner of the salon insistently offers to buy something from cosmetics products. This is very unprofessional and does not behave like this in expensive salons! Wouldnt recommend this place!

I have never had lash extensions before and wanted an easy way to not have to wear mascara anymore so decided to go for it. I saw Sammie today for my eyelash extensions and she was very friendly and professional. She explained to me what was going to happen as the process was going along. She answered any questions I had. I love the lashes for it being my first time. She didnt overfill them. As I get used to them I might start getting them fuller. I recommend The Lash Lounge for your eyelash needs. Thanks Sammie!

I went for a lash lift and went home with broken off lashes, some so short they are barely visible. I went to the salon and told the receptionist of my experience and haven’t heard back. She told me the manager would call me shortly. Not a word. Shame on these people. $80 for my lashes to be destroyed with absolutely no attempt to fix the problem. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

Got eyelash extensions and after one day an entire eyelash fell off so I called to reschedule being told that they didn’t know if they would even comp this (lol) so I scheduled an appt for the upcoming Friday. I had no choice as my entire eyelash fell off the day after I paid $100 something for a refill. Then that Thursday I have a voicemail that I had an appt “today at 4” and since I didn’t show up they charged me $75. I called pretty upset as my appt was for Friday, I know this because Thursday’s are my busiest work days and I would absolutely never book an appt on a Thursday. After calling and messaging multiple times they said a manager would get back to me in regards to a refund. Here I am weeks later and nobody will call me back or do anything. I 100% recommend NOT going to this place.

This place is honestly horrible. The lash techs do an awful job. Every time I’ve gone there it has turned out horribly!! I started going to a different one not affiliated and I’m so glad I left. I really would never come here again!

I have been going here for the last month and it has been fabulous! Brandy has been amazing. I’ve been doing classic fills and just switched to hybrid and am in love. I don’t know how I am ever going to stop. This store is the best!

Very nice people, since most lash places are temporarily closed due to the self quarantine they really made sure my lashes were spot on and would last for awhile and helped me invest in a cleanser for my lashes. Did a very precise job even though I made the apt on very short notice. Very lovely place will definately return again.

The Lash Lounge has changed my life. They have made maintaining gorgeous swoon-worthy lashes an easy part of my life. Gold membership for the win. I would also like to share a tip- very gently wash your lashes and skin around eyes after you get them done, even though they say not to. I did some research on the best practices from experts in New York- this will keep the glue residue from irritating sensitive skin, and actually helps them cure. According to my stylist, I have excellent lash retention. I no longer wear harsh eye makeup like liner and mascara, and this has also benefited the delicate eye area. I wake up feeling gorgeous every day. Worth every penny.

It was my first time to have my lashes done, and I had an amazing result. Ths technician, Dawns service was superb. The interior of the store was very clean, beautiful and comfortable.  Excellent customer service overall.  I highly recommend!

Dawn did an awesome job on my lash tint and perm! Very relaxing atmosphere for having your eyes closed for a half hour. The only thing Id keep in mind is that they do have a policy to rebook you with another stylist if yours cant come in (ie called in sick). This is to help make sure you still get the service you wanted. You can always call to double-check!

After reading other reviews it seems that I had a similar problem as multiple people. Went in for lashes, they fell off the next day & called to tell them. Someone said a manager would get back to me weeks ago, nobody did. This place is extremely unprofessional and horrible service

Dawn is a great stylist! I’ve received many compliments on my classic extensions done by her, including from a few who thought they are my natural lashes but just very long and beautiful. She gave me exactly what I wanted!

Highly recommended. My favorite lash artist is Rumiko who also gives me tips on how to make my lashes last longer and helps me pick out lashes for my eye shape.

I had a poor experience with lash application at another business and came here last week to have them removed. Given that it is a painful procedure, Christyna did her best to make me comfortable! I came back to her yesterday to get a new set and she was so meticulous! I really enjoyed the experience and scheduled my fill with her. The owner processed my payments and he is so sweet! I highly recommend The Lash Lounge at Streets of Tanasbourne . The entire team is super friendly and very skilled in their.craft. They educated me so I could be better informed in which services would be right for me. Anna was super helpful in working with my schedule to find an appointment that worked best for me. She is also very knowledgeable in all the services offered. Dawn and Chrystina both do excellent work as Im sure all the stylists there do. BEST LASH SET YET! let’s just start there! I have been a few places, and far too often I find myself displeased in between fills with how the ends of the lashes start to lift up where they were originally glued. I have NOT had that issue here... EVER! Alysaundra is my go to! She never fails to keep me cozy and leaving with a huge smile on my face! I’m the kind of girl that would rather put a little concealer, maybe some blush and go, so my lashes mean everything! The Lash Lounge in Tanasbourne is setting the standard high!

Andrea is really sweet and kind but as soon as I left the Lash Lounge my eyelashes starting to fall and by the end of the day I had almost lost half of my lashes on the right eye and 1/3 rd from my left eye I was so sad and disappointed since this was my FIRST TIME ever having lashes extensions saved my money and was so excited looking forward to it. I went back and told Megan and she made a follow up appointment for me with Rumiko their Senior Stylist! Rumiko saves the day she managed to redo. Rumiko made my day and made my dissatisfaction become extremely satisfied when she fixed what Andrea didn’t do well. Rumiko is WONDERFUL not only she took over in a pressing schedule she was so professional and fast doing it excellent the first time around you can distinguish the quality in work NOT ONE eyelash has fallen off as of now I’m amazed with her work and will continue to see her for my full refill. She mentioned that mink is better since they are lighter so I went for those. Beautiful!

Update: I continue to be blown away by Rumikos lash skills. Her lash lift and tint is absolutley flawless. She is so careful and considerate through the entire process. Ill keep seeing her for that, I woke up this way, look for the foreseeable future. I cant recommend her enough!Previous: I got discount extensions at another salon. After realizing I had daddy long leg lashes I called the Lash Lounge. They were able to get me in for removal right away. After my eyelashes were free my stylist, Rumiko, took the time to show me extension options. Ultimately she recommended a lash lift and tint. I wanted dark perfectly curled lashes, but I didnt want anyone to look at me and think, lash extensions.I am so happy with the outcome!!! My lashes with mascara an no curling looked flawless for 4 weeks. The curl is way better compared to using an eyelash curler, and it never droops or straightens back out throughout the day. Im on week 5 and I just started using an eyelash curler to help the new growth blend in, but Im still sporting plenty of perfect curl from the lift.Ill definitely be back!

They charged my card today, and I called several times this morning to cancel the appointment. Only went to this location because it was convenient, I will contact the BBB and my bank about the situation. What a hag.

Not impressed! Went here for a lash lift which I was nervous about getting because it was my first time. The process was fairly simple and quick. I didnt wash my eyes/face for at least 48 hours and followed all their instructions. However, on the 3rd day I noticed the lashes on my right eye were no longer curly. I paid $98 including a tip on a lift that didnt even last a week. The lady that did them was Asian and nice but I dont think she left the solution on long enough and I wasnt about to go back for more chemicals on my eye. So, I went across the street instead to Hair by Marie Roozen at Sola Salon Studios and she gave me beautiful natural lash extensions that I paid under $100 bucks for.

The first time I got my lashes done I had to come back within a few days because a bunch came out of one eye, she did fix it for me though, but half my lashes still came out the first week. I went back after 2 weeks to get my fill and they dont look as good as they did the first time. She for some reason didnt put as many lashes? And didnt really explain anything to me. Ive never had this done before so I didnt know what they could glue where so I had a gap because I had no lashes there and she didnt bother to mention it till I asked why there was a gap, and upon leaving there was a roach in the lobby. I was never offered a drink as they advertise as a bonus. Just not a great experience. I will continue to search for a better place.

Short version: Dont go to this location. They are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. My experience was a nightmare. It felt like being at a salon school or something. Read the long version for details. I would not recommend this place, and will not be back. (There is a Lash Lounge in Bethany Village about 10 minutes from here, with experienced technicians, receptionists and managers. They are what an experience at the salon should be like!)Long version: Walking in, it looks like it was a store put together very last minute. Its very small and feels cramped, their waiting area is two chairs, maybe two feet apart wedged in the corner right across from the receptionist, who is dressed in super casual wear. For a place with prices like these, I would imagine they could follow some sort of dress code. Front door and windows were filthy, pretty gross to look at while I waited. Not only are they extremely disorganized, they are thoroughly unprofessional. My appointment was originally for 2:00pm. I got a call right before 1:00pm asking if I could come in later. I arrived right on time, and had been sitting in their waiting area, past 2:30. During my wait, another customer walked in and apparently had a 2:15 appointment as well. The receptionist frantically ran around looking for her manager as she couldnt find the other 2:15 appointment in her schedule. After Id been sitting there waiting, past 2:30 (for my 2:15 appointment) the receptionist throws some form in my face, telling me to fill it out. I wish this was the only issue Id witnessed in my time waiting, it may have influenced my review and perception of this salon. However, as another client came up to pay they had complications figuring out their own pricings and charging her. The poor client just stood there confused while the technician and manager stood arguing about how she was going to pay. As if seeing that wasnt bad enough, the manager came up to the technician while she was working on me, right in my face and wouldnt stop talking to her about the previous client. In addition to that, walking back to the service area was an absolute nightmare. Ive never been in a salon where their stations are SO CLOSE TOGETHER! Finally, as I was going up to pay I stood there waiting while the receptionist and manager continued a conversation and looked annoyed when they had to help me. I would never recommend anyone waste there money here. The location is convenient, but everything else about The Lash Lounge in Hillsboro is a disaster. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I got my lashes done for the first time here, by Aly- not only did my lashes come out fantastically, but Aly was very personable and professional; she made sure the lashes fit my eye shape and I didn’t feel like I needed to come back for a fill until almost four weeks later. Definitely worth it!

As a newbie to lash extensions I did a ton of research. I typically prefer to patronize small business, but these eyes dont wanna be cryin. I was very impressed with the bright clean and contemporary salon,but moreover impressed with Alysaundra and her willingness to take the time to listen to my concerns. Im older and wanted to be somewhat conservative in adding extensions. They turned out beautifully and I couldnt be more pleased. My return visit is already scheduled. Thanks Aly for making me feel so comfortable and pretty. I love NOT wearing mascara.
