Recently purchased a used SUV from Ish. The transaction was fine, but I wasnt told until after that there would only be one key. Ish promised me he would make it right and either track down the key or pay for a new one. When it came down to it, he decided to only pay half for the new one. I reluctantly agreed and had the new key made. I submitted the receipt for the key 6 weeks ago and now my messages have gone from Ill remind the appropriate people to being completely ignored.Apparently they like you when youre spending money but not when they owe you something, be careful

How do you rate a bad service when you HAVENT RECEIVED AT ALL!! With my husband decided to walk through several dealers as we need a new car. Maserati was our last stop (as I was expecting to be the best one) my disappointment was when we walked and we werent even acknowledged, no a hello, nothing. Well after been there checking the car I was interested I looked around and realized that NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK, NEITHER KEEPING SOCIAL DISTANCE! I guess I was greatful that they didnt even try to approach to us. As a physicians my husband and I have witnessed what all this pandemic has caused. And watch business that dont even respect the basic measures for us is just a reasonable signal to not want to do business with them. Dont waste your time other luxury dealers are much better!

After a couple of months shopping for a car had the wonderful experience of visiting Mike Ward Maserati.I was first greeted by Karis, who was absolutely wonderful. She offered me a drink, coffee or a snack from the full coffee bar. She asked the reason for my visit and I told her I was interested in a Maserati.A few minutes later I was introduced to Tom Von Bank. I explained to Tom that I was looking at the Maserati Levante. Tom was an encyclopedia of knowledge. After a little while I was able to drive the car and was very impressed. I had to admit that I had been looking at Porsche, but it was nowhere near as exciting to drive!Brett Suder later joined in to assist Tom with my needs. After making a decision to buy it Bob and Bret started running the numbers. These two guys work seamlessly together to make things happen! I genuinely appreciate all the effort in getting the numbers where I needed them to be. A little while later I was in the finance department with Marium who was absolutely wonderful!While I was waiting for my car to be detailed Mike Ward personally introduced himself and thanked me for my business. What a great guy, so down-to-earth! Juliana is certainly one of the best salespersons I have dealt with. We arrived with a specific agenda and a plan to go elsewhere if that did not work out as planned. It did not. Maserati needs to do better. I definitely miss BMW service. I tried making appointments here via voicemail and email. No responses. I drove to the dealership on my to work in order to see if I would have better luck. No loaners, No availability that day or week. I guess Ill have to go 45 mins away to Broomfield and RENT a car from them while they work on my car.

The day after having another car crash into our beloved VW R and ruining it for life, we ventured out into the big bad experience of car shopping. Mike Ward Maserati was the 3rd dealer of the day and we were a bit worn out. Brett Jackson must have sensed it and immediately put us at ease and reinvigorated our passion for finding a fun and interesting replacement vehicle. After a quick stroll thru the lot (and past all the eye candy) we were drawn toward a gleaming blue Volvo V60 T6 R-design. His attention to detail in pointing out the features as well as designing a test drive loop that put this understated by appearance rocket thru its paces. There was no pressure to cut the test short or inspect the interior and exterior features. After 5 minutes of easy negotiations we landed in the middle and both of us were happy about it. Paperwork is the necessary evil of the car dealership industry but this was among the most enjoyable. While we only just met Brett, after only a couple of hours we had shared life stories and future plans as if he was a longtime friend. Purchased a brand new? 2017 ghibli q4 last November and already the engine light came on 3 times with barely over 1500 miles. I have no idea how they handle my car at the services but they seem to like damaging my car. First time they scratched my bumper and buffed it out and this time they scratched my Navi screen. The service manager Kim Case raises her voice at me when I am already frustrated. They said they will replace my screen but I am very turned off by this whole thing and I will never do any business with this crappy service department. I have never been so poorly treated by other dealerships like ( Benz and Lexus) . I feel like I got scammed with a reputable brand.

Absolutely horrific experience dealing with this dealership. After going out of my way to drive to Denver, I felt disrespected and shoved off to the side. They not only didnt work with me or attempt to negotiate, but were extremely patronizing. Clearly they dont have the time to deal with people who dont make 6+ digits a year. I would never recommend someone to go there. Not sure about their moral compass, but I wouldnt be able to sleep at night after treating people that way.
