I wanted to provide an update for my situation.Majority of these reviews are related to my service that I received for my 2020 Lotus Evora GT windshield replacement.Yes the job and way everything was handled was subpar and quite a bit frustrating however there thankfully was no permanent damage to my vehicle. I was just stuck cleaning up a huge mess and replacing parts that were beyond cleaning adhesive off of.The GM of Lotus of Denver Steve Fomkin reached out to me and let me know he saw and read most everything here/Facebook and the Forums. He admitted this isnt the way they do work and want to be know for. He admitted that any and almost everything with regards to my car and its repair work went wrong. He informed me they have made some adjustments to the way they approve contracted work and sign off on it and some other process improvements. Our conversation seemed genuine and he informed me that he would like to earn my trust back and to see my car back up there for service in the future if its needed. They have decided to own up to the many mistakes made and informed me that this should never happen again. They decided to do the right thing and make it right although I already did that myself by correcting and replacing parts covered in adhesive. I appreciate the extent that they went and I am now able to say Im moderately satisfied with the outcome. Thanks and hopefully everyone else doesnt have to experience the same mistakes I did.
After hearing how they treated a friend, I wouldnt recommend them. They come off as nice, and customer service oriented, but after seeing the quality of work, Id stay far away.If youre going to outsource, or send work out. Be damn sure to make sure you only show quality work.Step up, take care of your customers.
My name is Chris Bowers. I’ve been a Lotus owner for 14 years now. I’ve worked my way from an Elise, to Exige and now have an Evora 400. Lotus of Denver has serviced my cars from the beginning and always been excellent to deal with. I’m not filthy rich and I usually wear jeans and a t-shirt when I walk through the door. I have a regular job and I’ve worked hard for my vehicles. Lotus of Denver has always treated me like family. They’ve been incredibly generous in inviting me to driving events, car unveils, and track days and everyone there has always been great to deal with. The service department has been wonderful over the years and have definitely gone above and beyond several times to help me out. Most of the reviews on here slamming the business are not customers. I am. I’m a 14 year customer whose bought cars from this dealership. I plan to buy more in the future and my past experiences will play a big part in going with a Lotus or Ferrari over other options. I’ve nothing but good things to say about Vaughan, Steven, Jamie, Derek, Joanne, Anna, and the rest of the crew there. 5 stars.
Charged for parts that where never installed. They keep deleting my honest review
Trash company, charges for work not performed.
