My husband and I recently visited Enterprise in Highlands Ranch. We had been looking at vehicles for a while. My husband put in an inquiry about a car at this location he set up a time and day to go visit. They had called to make sure we were still coming if not it was totally fine. They did NOT bug us. We showed up a bit late but they were very welcoming. Buying a car takes most of the day so to us having a good relationship with this person is very big for us! Let me just cut to the case here!! After finding the car that we were interested in on Enterprises website, I called and spoke with Shawn Weber. He was very professional and personable over the phone, and we set an appointment for the next day. In addition, he mentioned that they all worked together as teams. However, after arriving at the appointed time, Shawn was not there but Alex helped through the whole car buying experience at the Highlands Ranch location. James worked diligently from the financial perspective. We are pleased with the vehicle and would definitely return to the Highlands Ranch location for a future purchase. I also had the opportunity to meet him the next day and he was such a pleasure. Great experience! The only drawback that day was the computer system was functioning slowly.

Tom Pastore seemed very honest and was very accommodating. Someone else came in and tried to sell me extras and wasnt great. Stick with Tom. I didnt get the car I really wanted but I saved thousands. Also my paper work said both that I could, and also that I could not return the car within 7 days -so ask about that. Mostly good and much better than a standard used car dealership. They handled registration, insurance and so forth easily which is important.

All the staff at the Highlands Ranch location which I interacted with were friendly and respectful. My sales associate Blake listened to what my needs/wants were in a vehicle and offered up several choices for test drives. When I had a question he hadnt anticipated he found the answer for me. The finance team was also great James and Michael, there was no judgment when my less than stellar credit made us adjust my options. I felt that the whole team was on my side, with no pressure. I didnt purchase the vehicle I was wishing for, but I did purchase a vehicle that checked all my needs boxes, has an affordable payment schedule, and gets me on the road to drive and rebuild my credit. My Family recently found ourselves in a situation where we needed to purchase two vehicles. We had received a rental car thru Enterprise. I told them that we needed a car due to an accident. The person at the desk asked me if it was ok if someone from Enterprise Car Sales could contact me, I agreed to this. Later that day Payton called me and asked if I could be contacted by a sales person. Later in the evening I received an email from Ike. We set an appointment the next day. To make a long story short, we ended up buying two cars! We received help from Ike, James, and Larry during this process. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and not rushed in our decision. They were able to help us keep within our our budget and never made us feel uncomfortable discussing our needs. As everyone knows, purchasing a vehicle is usually stressful, especially in the middle of this pandemic. Well I can say, with Enterprise, it was not so stressful at all. When we pulled up we were greeted by Blake. We knew what we wanted and he showed us our options. We ended up finding our car and on to the sales process. This review is long overdue as I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in early March. They are a highly professional group possessing transparent transactional skills. Shawn Weber worked with us all day (literally from open to close) to find us the right vehicle and did it with a smile through it all. Shawn was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall very calming throughout the entire purchasing process. He made everything very simple.Cory Anderson made the financing portion seamless and was very efficient. He did not rush through and confuse me, but explained everything clearly but did not draw out the paper signing process. Both Shawn and Cory made this an easy process that didn’t take all day. I was on the road within a couple of hours and Shawn even helped me to return my rental car! Fabulous customer service!

Even thou my cars purchase did not involved a financing process, checking credit was still necessary, I do not why, it only added hurt to injury since paper work alone took over two hours. The lady assisting the sale was nice and made every effort to make us feel comfortable while waiting at their lobby. The general manager was efficient, informative and well prepared, yet cold and distant. I was anxious to get out of there with my car, which after the initial 2,000 miles, the expiration limit of its guarantee, it started to make a crackling sound on the left, driver wheel. I cant never figure how companies can make their products last working well until the end of their guarantee. Also, I had to change the motor oil at only 2000 miles after the last one they did before I bought it, because I got the warning light. After the motor oil change, the engine started to work lighter, with much less effort. I believe they might have put the wrong motor oil type to the car. I check it the day I purchased it and the oil was new as well as the sticker reading was still attached at the windshield, which is how I found out when they changed it last. The right type of oil, full synthetic should last for up to 6-7000 miles. I am aware that buying a used vehicle is risky, specially when as a rental car. My mechanic pointed out to me three areas under the chassis lose and ripped off pieces of aluminium and plastic covers due to the reckless multiple reckless drivers. On the good side, the price was right and I was happy to keep the snow tires on it. I will still use them the next time I need to get a newer car. I never buy brand new ones out of the dealership thou, the vehicle devaluation is massive.

I have already told several friends to check out Enterprises webpage when theyre car shopping. One thing I wish they had done, but didnt: there is no frame on the front of the car to put on the Colorado required front plate. I have to figure that out.

Great experience. This was my first dealership purchase, as before I had always bought older vehicles for cash. Sales staff is very friendly, no heavy hard sell pressure, not even from the finance manager. [Lets contrast this from the Toyota dealership I went to first, where the finance manager made me feel like I was in a hostage situation, LOL.]Got a 1 year old truck in very good shape for about $2K less than I saw advertised elsewhere. Highly recommend. I hope they open a branch in the Springs. :)p.s. - There was also a cosmetic issue that they took care of, immediately and without any additional cost. I was impressed.

I recently went into Enterprise in Highlands Ranch to purchase a needed second vehicle. I doing my research ahead of time, I knew I wanted to look at and test drive two different vehicles. I called because I had found the car I wanted on the website, only to find out that the car was already pulled for another customer. Mia was very helpful and stated that she could find the same car for me. All she needed was the specs that I was most concerned about, like year, price, color, etc. She asked that I give her two weeks to find it and that she would be in touch. She called me back the 2nd week with a few cars she had found in the fleet that fit my specs and wanted to know which, if any, I was interested in seeing. I told her which one I wanted to see and then she pulled it and decided on a date for me to come in for a test drive. Before the next meeting, James reached out with the price and how it would break down based on warranties I would add or not. I drove about an hour to come see the car and to decide if I was buying it. When I arrived, she met with me and we drove the car. She was very helpful throughout the entire process and I was very happy. I decided I wanted the car and after about an hour, I drove home in my new car. Everyone there was very helpful and willing to do anything to make you happy with your purchase. There wasnt a question I had that they couldnt answer. I highly recommend them!

Enterprise has been a life saver for my family and I, literally. We rented from them, numerous times, to get my husband back and forth to his doctors appointments. Ive been on the hunt for a QX60 this summer and worked with Shawn over the phone to make a remote purchase. I had a bad buying experience at another dealerships (sold the car to someone else after taking down all my info) and he told me he was going to make sure my experience at Highlands Ranch was going to be great. He delivered!After talking me through the process of a remote purchase, options for buying, and such, they FedExed the paperwork for me to return. When I arrived after a flight, they got the car freshly washed/cleaned, adjusted some paperwork and handed me the keys. The staff there was so friendly, addressed me by name as soon as I walked in, and were easy to work with.I was hesitant about buying remotely, but it was very easy and Shawn really made me feel comfortable during the whole process.

Try not to sell a car just to sell a car. What a wonderful car buying experience! From the sales agent, Lindsay, all the way to the dealership manager, Kelly, we received the royal treatment! Lindsay was so knowledgeable about the 3 models we were interested in and made sure we understood all the features of each. I really appreciated her being concerned with the reliability and safety of the car. She knew I was a “senior driver “ and thought I should have the blind spot sensors, the backup camera and the keyless entry. She was very patient with me on the test drive. We did finally choose the Nissan Rogue and are very pleased with our new car. Andrea was also super helpful in getting the paperwork readied for us in a timely and efficient manner. We so appreciated that she didn’t try to force us into an extended warranty, but fully explained the options. What a pleasant person to work with!!! So sweet and charming! Tillman was very laid-back and easy going. He was thorough in answering each of the questions I had about several different vehicles. There was no pressure to hurry me into buying anything. He spent quite a deal of time pointing out different options that I had between several vehicles I was looking at. I feel confident that I got a great bargain purchasing my truck there. Each employee I encountered was very kind and helpful in the show room.
