This is by far the worst jiffy lube in Miami. Service is mediocre. The techs are terribly slow (spent close to an hour waiting). For a group of “ experienced” technicians they were all over the place. The employees park where the side exit is supposed to be which is not only a safety issue but also a trap. Because if they take too long and you decided you want to leave you can’t because the cars behind block the first exit and the employees cars block the second exit so you have no choice but to wait. I would recommend the district manager to revamp this branch.. I would easily recommend the one on biscanye if you want actual professionalism and immediate service.

My mother went for a simple oil change and then the staff at this location told her she was going to get into an accident if she didn’t change the brakes and they were not in good shape. Liars!! You took advantage of my mother and charged her $900 for brake service which is unheard of. Ripoffs!!!! You guys are liars and are overpriced charging older people that don’t know.

I contacted the manager omar this afternoon around 3:30pm about a possible oil leak my vehicle had after I had my car serviced at his location last weds. I must say this gentlemen’s customer service orientation is something you don’t see anymore. Within the hour he had his mechanic and himself go personally to my home and check out my car. He then took my car back to his shop prioritized it checked it all over in detail and by 6:45pm I had my car back in my hands with no further issues. I will return here for further maintenance to all my vehicles. Thank you to him and his team.

I went to change my oil today and the manager is rude and has a bad attitude. They took like an hour and I heard the manager commenting about hialeah customers being cheap. It was hot outside and even though the waiting room was available they didnt offer me to come inside. When it was time to pay, I told the manager that I was using a groupon and he then said in a condescending matter I assume it is for regular oil . I told him you assume wrong it is for synthetic oil. Still he added charges to the goupon although everything is supposed to be included. I have used this place for years but I will take my business some place else. The guys doing the work were cool, it is just this guys attitude like he hates being in Hialeah. Si no te gusta coge pa broward brother.

I had a bad experience with this location. The staff had me run the engine with no oil in it and almost caused serious damage to my car. Jiffy Lube did follow up with me and made up for the situation. They even made sure to have my car checked out for damages that they would take care of. This changed my review for sure.

Since the Co-19 prices have gone up and Jiffy Lube is no exception. Arrived for a quick oil change I was told you need to stay in your car during the oil change My surprise was when they told me $90 dollars for the oil change WHAT! Yasmany was able to give me a 15% discount but still $76.95 for an oil change is high.Positive note staff was friendly and quick.

They charge $154 for my 8 quart oil change.No thanks, I’ll stick with Valvoline as they are $20+ cheaper & their oil has got my truck to 400K+ miles.

Do not go to this location if you don’t speak Spanish.. I purchased an oil change and it they could not communicate even the smallest things with me. I ended up having to go to another location... Im learning Spanish but I also feel like if you’re going to be working you should at least learn the language your customers speak.. very frustrating and inconvenient

Great oil change experience, took 15 mins and was back home in a jiffy. Manny even pumped A/C into my car so that I wouldnt melt from the midday heat. I highly recommend if you need a quick oil change or dont have the time to schedule one!

Plice was very kind but not help at all,manager stated i have to wait 5 business days something i was not advised then pilice told me in 5 aya if money is not in my account to go back and call polie forcassistance!Somake sure you find a more affordable location for oil change $111,89 discounted rate with couponis not worth this terrible experience,at least avoid the location on 12 ave west and 4100 west in Hialeah, worse place notbinly where you ripped off but stolen from you account, low class, not knowledge of what hey doing in your car ! There prices used to be reasonable!! My car is an old car and uses regular oil nothing fanzy like synthetic oil. I went for an oil change and requested just the regular oil for my car and the mechanic said it would cost me $60 + taxes. Other places will charge you between $23.99 - $45 for regular oil. I never go there again. You cant trust them!

The experience at this Jiffy Lube was amazing. The COVID-19 protocol in place is flawless. You stay in your car and do not have to come in contact with anyone. Everyone was masked and extremely courteous. Once the oil change was done, they double checked their work to ensure the quality of work they did. It was an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. Kudos to the entire staff for the treatment, quality of work and amazing COVID-19 protocol in place.

Today I went over to Jiffy Lube over in Hialeah to get an oil change in hopes of getting it over with quickly. I was helped by a gentleman name John Yanez. He helped me get just what I needed in a quick and efficient manner. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much to him an the amazing staff over at this location. I am very pleased with my experience and I will definitely be recommending Jiffy Lube to my friends and family.

Mechanic, Jose, inspected my car, telling me that I had a leak inside my coolant expansion tank, which had to be replaced. I purchased and brought him a new coolant expansion tank, which he installed and I paid for labor. I came back two weeks later asking him why my coolant was still leaking. He then told me it was now leaking from the Air Bleeder Screw and that it had to be replaced. I went out and bought it, bringing it to him. He installed it for free this time. Weeks later my coolant was still leaking. I took my car to another mechanic and it turns out the problem was not in either of those things at all and that I needed my entire coolant line replaced. Guess I wasted my time and money here because they were entirely incompetent.

This place said they didnt know what type of oil my car used after they drained all my oil. I spoke to manager and he said they would just replace the oil free of charge no receipt nothing. Drove straight to family mechanic and they had placed transmission fluid in engine instead of oil!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is cheaper to google oil change coupon to dealerships.

My 2017 Corvette wouldnt fit on the oil change rack without bending the front air deflectors. The employees were able to come up with an alternative plan that was safe for them & my car . We asked for the price of the oil change and were told they will check the car first and will let us know the price. We went to the store across the street for coffee and wait to be called.In about 30 min we returned back to the Jiffy Lube store. We were surprised when we discovered the bill was $133.96.We were told the bill was so high because all of the fluids were checked and the car used synthetic oil which was more expensive. We complaint we never agree to the charges. The store offered to lower $25 from the bill.After checking the car ourself we discovered the coolant and washer fluids were low. We felt we were overcharged, lied to and denied the right to agree to service.Jiffy Lube, the least you could do, in addition to investigate this matter, is to refund all our money for such a bad experience.

Good customer service but they inflated my tires over 50psi and my back right tire blown out on i75 at speed of 70ml. No sense of sefety first. Check your tires pressure if you change your oil there.

Please avoid this place at arrival ask all the questions they wont tell you in any case until you sign the bill.This use to be a good place, now they are engage in shady obscure practices they let me cook insight my car on a Sunny Sunday for 45 min when my turn came up, the service man approach me to tell me we have synthetic I say no then he tell me oh we only have synthetic, that is fish and swish he should had a sign that any body could see at their arrival, they play with the need and time of the customers i hear bad things about then around the neighborhood and now that I made my complaint public, im going to call headquarters and higher enough it is enough
