Ok, so...Pros:. Probably the cheapest tires you will find.Cons:. The cheapest tires you will find.Slow (slowwww) service. They took 5 hours away from my Saturday.I asked them to quote me All In (i.e.: all taxes and fees). They quoted me without sales taxes. So I could have gone else where and paid 100 bucks more for better tires and taken back 3 hours of my Saturday.To cap it off: they didnt align the tires and wanted to charge me extra for this. The other tire places threw that into their quote. AND...I had to come in another day in the early morning to get tires aligned.Also, they left grease mark all over the interior and exterior of the car.Its a two star because I reserve a one star for particularly egregious and insulting experiences.

The best repair shop, I have had my car service, they close at 5:00 pm on Saturday and I was traveling back home when I got a flat tire, the Manager Jaime re-open the bay door and turn the compressors on just to be able to lift my car and inspect the tires, I had not idea how bad it was until he show me, first time that at a repair shop some take the time to explain my car needs with professional knowledge and detail all information about my vehicle tire need, I purchase a set of tires from him just because of the level of customer service and knowledge, I am a owner of a wholesale distribution tire warehouse in West Florida, but I have had my car service just 5 days before by a large Repair shop in Tampa Florida and they never told me how bad ware the tires, I pay a reasonable price for the tires that my cost was lower in my business but I wish a had a shop like this one back home, I strongly recommend this Goodyear IN depended dealer if you in the area dont hesitated they are professional very honest and the fact the re-open and install a set of tires on my car, flow my expectation...thanks you Jaime

Excelente prices and nice people. The time of work manager told me was exactly. They diagnosed my car and write everything that I need and prices, after in home I try to found offers and nobody give me better quotes.

Terrible owner with low self esteem and takes forever for the simplest services. Took over a month to get wipers and all he had to do was order from Autozone, couldnt even do that.Terrible attitude but very quick to overcharge prices without fixing anything. Falsely charged 372 claiming a computer issue. A liar and a thief, surprised hes still the boss

My car was not braking at all. called this shop and Jaime sent a tow truck to pick up my car. about 1 hour later the shop called me and told me I needed rear brakes with calipers. they gave me a fair price and told me the car will be ready within 2 hours. have driven my car for 3 days and its back to normal. great shop, great friendly professional people.Thanks...

Since it changed owner at beginning of year the customer service is very bad. Owner very rude and not customer friendly. Don’t be misguided by he’s ability to act friendly, the minute you tell him to give you an estimate because you’re looking for prices he will throw you out of the store. It’s not the same service as before. He lost all my friends, family and me as customers.

I never thought that a business in this country told a customer that they closed at 4:30 instead of 5:00 pm because they had worked a lot today. If you dont want to go to a business where you dont feel like working and getting ahead, save your time going. Goodyear should feel sorry for having a business that promotes its name like this.
