If I could give them ZERO stars I must definitely would. I just left Firestone after the store manager Richard who was already frustrated from fighting with another customer in front of me came at me aggressively. I understand that businesses are low on personnel but a manager shouldnt be taking his frustration out on customers. Firestone really needs to evaluate their managers especially after bad reviews from the same person. I will not be going back to Firestone for business even though its the nearest location for me.

I have been going to this Firestone for over 10 years. Today the store manger, who I have never seen before, could not do me “a favor” of cutting the screw on my tire. According to him “it’s not fair to fix something someone else did”. Mind you they do almost every service on my car. I can’t believe that this one little thing could not be done considering all the years and all the money I’ve spent there. Anyways they lost a long time customer. Thank you STORE MANAGER- GOOD JOB!!!!

I was recommended to go here after discovering that I had a flat tire at work a block away. What a waste of time I will never go here again and wont recommend anyone to go here. The associate who tended to me acted like I didnt know anything about tires or cars and had a nasty talk down attitude. He wanted to sell me a new tire when mines only needed a patch job. A new tire, he barely had anything in stock and at $170+, to add insult to injury an estimated 4 hour wait time. Its a flat, i shouldnt need to wait 4 hours, are they slapping new engines in those cars? I just left, swapped to the spare tire in the parking lot and got my tire patched in a FRIENDLY neighborhood tire shop by my house, which was my original plan. I feel sorry for an older lady waiting, probably got scammed out of $$$

I made a appointment online to do my regular oil change and when I got to the store I was told by (Richard) that a person pushing buttons at his home it cannot Jump in front of the people waiting in the lobby, why you even bother of put this option in your website i did it because covi to ensure my safety but!! No following company standards this location I guess regardless no sanitizer in no where even tho this is mandatory and (Richard) again with his nose uncover definitely if you want to stay safety stay away from this location because they definitely don’t care about regulations also the management team care even less because I requested to speak to him and ( Richard) again told me he was busy and couldn’t attend me

I stop taking my car to Firestone because to my opinion they take advantage of people. Today I work with one of my reps and we drive company vehicles, my rep call me and mention that one of the tires had a screw and that he will take it to Firestone to get a quick fix. As expected because it’s a company car not a personal car the change a took advantage of the f the situation and change all 4 tires, did an alignment and oil change. Let me start by saying that the car only has 14,000 miles so there’s no need to replace all four tires and he never requested the oil change.

I made an appointment online to take my wife’s car for an oil change. In the confirmation page did not said that i had to wait for the appointment to be confirmed by the store. When we got to the store an employee called Richard told us that not because we made an appointment we were going to received a service and that a person clicking a Button at home should not receive the service before other clients that were there. He was rude, he told us that our appointment was not confirmed and did not treat us with respect. We explained to him that it was not our intention to get preferred treatment but that if the company has the appointment system it should be used or at least called the customers to let them know that they could not received service that day. He was clearly upset about something and took it out on us. We requested to speak with the general manager because there is clearly an issue with instore customer and online appointment. He went to the office for a few minutes and then told us that his manager told him to give us the service. The general manager did not bother to come out and speak to us when clearly there is a customer service problem and online miscommunication. I strongly suggest that you fix your problems and your people because we were not the only customer mistreated in that moment. We made the online appointment because with COVID most of the places request appointments for service. Fist and last time going to that store and it is a shame because we have gotten service done in other places with this company and the experience was totally different.

Honest people went to check my alaingment but they told me I have to fix it first but they charge me almost 2500 to fix it all but I bought an alaingment for one year I will fix it outside then go with then

Best place for anything that has to deal with the parts that make your wheels move. Great people. They help you understand the changes theyll make in you car and why the problem could have occurred. They give you a firestone credit card. Theyre expensive but perfect.

Price was good to fix a flat tire. Prompt service. They over inflated the repaired tire and swapped the valve cap for a different color.

Complete garbage. The person on the front desk has no customer service skills and bad attitude. If you have a problem dealing with customers face to face get another job. Don’t waste your time visit g this location.

What a great experience I had at this business.Already a bad day with a car acting up. along COMES BRIDGE With a great attitude and wanting to help initially They did not want to receive my car. Bridge saw my frustration and came OUT to help.Every time he turned around someone asked them for help and he helped. Its great to see someone still willing to help. My car still has a problem which was there from before but the experience at this business was positive Marcos is the front desk guy and also had great patience With the customers. Noel was at the register and was very informative and And helpful in telling me what happened to the car over all I was just very pleased with the attitudes of all the staff wanting to just help..

So I decided to give it a try. I get it you are about to close. But its not what you say its how you say it! Needless to say I will never go back to a Firestone because of this location!

April 16,2020 I came to Firestone 11:45 am I was greeted by Noel and his customer service was great, listen to my concerns with my car and gave me his advice . This is my second time here and he always helps me. Love the service and I didnt have to wait long in line or the service. Will definitely keep coming back for tires, oils change etc...

This review may be a bit neutral due to the holiday season however, prior to coming into the shop I called ahead of time around 12:15pm or so to prepare with an appointment ahead of time. I was told there aren’t any appointments made and the wait would be about 2 hours. When I made it to the shop, I was advised they’re completely booked with cars and the wait would be 5+ hours. Again, it’s probably due to holiday season but a warning with accurate details regarding wait time and appointment status would have saved me a lot of time especially since it’s only for an oil change. This will most likely be the last time I consider Firestone unless it’s my last option as my previous experience mix with this one is unsatisfactory.

I needed urgently to put oil in my car and I went in the store and told me they dont sale quarts of oil I was very worried I would damage my car and the lady at the front desk was excellent and talk to the manager and they put enough oil so I could make it home.After that I made an appointment to go back tomorrow to get a new oil change and this is thanks to the service I received today.Recommended for everyone excellent service

I have been a Firestone loyal customer for more than 10 yrs. This store on 49th in Hialeah didnt measure up.

I called prior to arriving at the location to ask if there was a wait. I was told no and to just come in they can get me right in for my tire change. I arrived 5-7 min after calling. At check in I asked how long it would be and was told 1.5-2hrs once they get it in a bay. (Which I was still under the influence would be right away) I felt like that 1.5-2hrs was a long time for a tire change but didn’t push it. I left the location and came back 30min later to see my car still not in a bay. I then asked what the expected wait time would be and mentioned how I was told there would be no wait on the phone. Richard went into the bays to check. I was shown a truck they were about to get out and was told they would start on my vehicle as soon as they got it out. I watched the truck pull out and waited with as much patience as possible as another 35 min passed with my car still not in a bay. I asked what the delay was and could not be given an answer... I stated that if they can’t start soon I would need to leave. Richard went to check and got yelled at by a woman who I believe was named Diana. This worker appeared to be doing very little work and constantly looking at her cell phone. After an hour and 25 min they finally started working on my car. Had I not been given misinformation, from multiple people and multiple times I would not have come in on this day as I had somewhere to be. Very poor customer service..

The experience was extremely satisfactory from start to finish. I was made aware of specials where I was able to save money on the new 4 tires installed. Add the great quality, the fast, professional, service and extra discount for opening a Firestone credit account and I left feeling Firestone really knows how to keep the service great! The coffee is good too.

Since I been going to Firestone shop is been a great experience they take care my Jeep 2015 wery well I bought 5 tires from them with I can go any time to rotation and alignment is part of the deal, I got my new rotors and life time warranty break pads very nice people friendly with their costumer I do recommend to go and enjoy the experience been their costumer

I was not impressed wt my visit to this Hialeah Firestone store. I waited 4 hours for a simple service. Some of the employees didn’t seem happy, except the employee who actually serviced my car. Time was a big issue, you can’t take certain liberties with people’s time and expect a positive review. I will not return.

The place offers a very bad service. I called the day before for an appointment at 12:00 pm, I was sitting waiting 2 hours and asking why they took so long and the answer was that the mechanic was not on site and the work had not started. I do not recommend this place to anyone, terrible service.

Went for a cabin air filter. They couldnt get it...also one of my tires had a tpms..issue they replaced..however the issue still there..they psi on that fixed tired still read 101 psi..wow

Simple1- 20min to actually take the car into garage for a flat tire2- after 20 min they told me that i need a new tire 90$ for a new one which i denied cuz my tire was 4 months new3- I ask to replace the flat tire for the one on the trunk and they took another 20 min4- they charge me 10$

If you value your time and money stay far away from here. Last time I went in it took them 3 hours to change 1 tire. After they said I had uneven wear on my back right tire. They suggest I replace the break, rotor, and bleed the breaks for a bill totaling around $500 to fix the problem. None of which would have solved the alignment that was causing the problem. On top of that, after getting a second opinion, found out the break and rotor was fine.

They gave me an estimate of $29.99 for an oil change using natural oil and $69.99 using synthetic oil. When I got there I asked for an oil change using *natural* oil, but they put down *synthetic* oil. The work had not been done yet so I asked them why they changed my request and they told me that to get natural oil they would have to use *recycled* oil, and that would still cost more than they quoted me. I did not request *recycled* oil and asked they said that they didnt carry it. Why, I asked, then, didnt you say that when I asked you earlier? Oh, we *call* recycled oil natural oil. This, ladies and gentlemen, is a classic example of bait and switch.

Went in for a oil change...it was fast & not expensive. Noah & Manny were very helpful! Been going in for years and it’s the best place in Hialeah!

Drove 40 min to this location after making an appointment online to end up saying they don’t have it and that they are full, this is bs not acceptable at least an email would save me time !

I came to get a nail out of my tire at 6:00pm and at 9:00pm is when they took my car in to get it worked on. They had plenty of mechanics just standing around making jokes and not fixing the problem. This is my first time here and will be my last at this Firestone. Worst service ever I would not recommend this firestone to anyone in the area

I had a rather unpleasant experience at firestone. I came in to replace my tires and the employee that helped me came off rather condescending. I felt as if he was talking down to me judging that I didn’t know anything about my car; Not sure if it was my age but I feel as if all customers should be treated equally with respect. I wanted to be in and out and he kept trying to upsale me and sell me other things. The entire experience should’ve gone by quicker but there was a complete lack of urgency. There was 1 employee helping every incoming customer. My car had been finished already and it took him about an additional 15-20 minutes to charge me and give me my keys. Coming from the hospitality industry I believe all customers should be treated equally and there should always be a sense of urgency. I received neither here. I won’t be coming back here again.

Charged 250$ just to check what was wrong with my car, I go home turns out the car was low coolant and the tires low on air. They didnt even take 5 minutes to fill the tires. Wont even mention how much they wanted for the actual repairs.

They diagnosed the problem with my car and fixed it. The service was first and it was cost effective as well. I would highly recommended this place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service, worst customer service. I waited 2 and half hours for a tyre flat repair, at first the lady saw the tyre she told me it was ok they would do it in around 1 hour... Finally around 8pm, they pull the car in and the mechanic said he coulntd do it, because the damage was too close to the edge of the tyre and the poliza of them is not to do it, they wanted me to buy a new tyre, but mine is just 10000 miles old. I asked, Why the first person who saw the damage at 5:30pm when I arrived didnt told me about it?? Not quality on this location at all

I went there at 7am to fix a flat tire they were done at 9am. I understand that I have others cars . how come they dont have a diferent way to take of customers that wont take took long . just to fixed my tire 2 hours.

4 hrs is what it took for them to put two new tires on the rear of my truck. 4 hrs. The manager when I arrived onsite said no more than 1.5 hrs, I got here at 4:45pm. I was told they only had two cars ahead of me and they had plenty of service techs on duty. I sat and watched 11 customers come and go before they even touched my truck.....They were the only Firestone in Miami to have the tires I needed. ( No they weren’t anything special, common truck tires that come standard on all new trucks.)The manager that told me the 1.5 hrs left at 7 along with half the crew leaving me waiting until 9:20 pm for them to finally get my two tires put on and done.Absolutely pathetic. I don’t recommend this site to anyone with the service, if you can call it that, that I received today. Especially if the same old manager is here.(06/12/2018)

As Firestones go, this one does service quickly enough and the staff is professional. HOWEVER, like many other small and large auto mechanic shops, they are looking to empty your wallet. Always do your research and get a 2nd and 3rd opinion before accepting their diagnosis.I went in asking them to identify a strange sound. They told me I needed new pads and rotors under all 4 tires and my car is only at 40k miles. Total price would have come to $836. With some online research and a neighbor’s honest opinion, I learned that my rotors have at least 25k miles left on them and changing brake pads DIY is very easy. Total cost for me was $77 and a few hours.These guys are experts on this stuff, they know when they’re taking advantage of someone. Spend an hour on YouTube and learn some stuff, it’ll save you thousands over the years!

If you want a great customer experience, do NOT come to this establishment.

Friendly people, but slow and forgetful. I came for a battery in a near empty store and was told that I have to wait 2 hours. Two hours later, they reccomend a new battery. For real, nice people, but I dont trust them.Still waiting.And as I continued to wait, I heard my cars alarm go off a few times, but still sat there. Finally, somebody came out to tell me that they had accidently locked my keys inside my car. Do you have another key fob? Well, as a matther of fact, I didnt. So I was told they would have a locksmith there in ten minutes. (This is funny, because the first time they did that to me was years ago, and I forgot my vow not to go back there).About a half-hour later, a locksmith showed up, and I left. Finally. I could breath again.

If you expect fast service go somewhere else. I waited over two hours for a single tire change I can’t imagine something that actually requires time. Pathetic.

Went there for an engine check light that was showing on dashboard. Two days later check engine light back came back on along with traction control light now. Have to go back to see if problem can be solved. Last time it took hours before anyone began working on my car. Hope this time I will not have to wait as long as before and that someone will be able to figure problem with my car without costing me more money.

Actual service is not too bad but the prices are high and they try to sell you things you dont need. Saying your fluids are not the right color. I just wasted 2 hours waiting for a service they were not able to accomplish. Incompetent to say the least.

You can tell by my reviews that Im not a negative person. This location gave me the worst service. Kept my truck for 5 days to repair/check A/C. When told to pick it up was not done and they trashed my vehicle. Looked like someone had rubbed mud on the inside of my windshield. Also, I took the truck to the dealership and they told me the A/C blower motor was installed incorrectly. (This was what Firestone allegedly repaired.) I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Will tell you my bad experience at FIRESTONE AUTO CARE of Hialeah, FL.I change oil in Toyota and inform me that my front brakes need to replace them.On previous visits I had reported the same in a report given in writing.The report says that everything else on my car is working well.Toyota give me an estimate for the front brakes of $ 179.35, it would work to do on my next oilchange view.I get in my house Firestone Auto Care offering $50.00 off per axle, and visit them asking estimated by the front brakes and service advisor and give me price of $121,66 written.I decide to take the car to Firestone 6/25/2014 to do the job.And come to me with the news, that the repair of the brakes on my car costs $ 629.20AS YOU THINK DOES NOT ACCEPT THE REPAIR.

Looks like am not the only one with the 2 hours delay for a oil chage, been the only one for oil change in the place. the oil change pack says car fluids check and fill as need it, they do nothing about it, i saw the mechanic going around talking on the cellphone. Thanks, for the oil change, but am not coming anymore to this place.

Do not go here. Jorge the mechanic is a liar. I was charged $90 for an alignment and it was not done completely. He said my car only requires toe and does not need camber alignment. I called the BMW dealer and they said that was not true. I went to another Firestone and they fixed the camber. I arrived there at 5:57pm and left at 9:40pm. Be warned.

Service advisors are great,George the mechanic has super experience and alway get the job done as expected,I always request him as my mechanic on all issues on my F150,he is super honest and professional,Thank you George and thanks to the advisors for their honesty and the way they treat their customers,super happy with the jobs performed and the way my truck runs whith the Nitto tires and all the services perform by George my F150 runs like brand new.

Top notch service by Frank and Rene,am amaze with the experience of their mechanic George,after I had taken my 2003 Ford F-150,to differents place with an issue on my AC,I wos advice to change the evaporator and other components,I took my truck to Firestone and after they inspected,they explain me the sole issue wos a damage leaking A/C hose,that is honesty and professionalism,while I wos waiting I read,when the founder Mr Firestone mentioned honesty,they are following those rules step by step thanks to all the staff,specially Mr Rene,Frank and George,I saved a bunch of money,for repairs that wosnt necessary as I wos told by the other shops.👍

Bastards tried to rip me off and sell me 3 used tires and only one new. on a 2nd visit we had marked the oil filter with a marker, upon getting our truck back after an oil change, the same filter was still on the vehicle! Poor work quality! Barley any English spoken. We no longer take our fleet vehicles here.
