Ramiro has been my go to guy for the past couple of years when it comes to fixing or doing any sort of maintenance on my BMW 328I. He is the only mechanic that i can truly trust with my BMW when it comes to fixing anything and everything. He is truly a professional in every sense of the word and his expertise with luxury cars is unlike any other previous mechanics i have known . Brought my friends car to this shop and I couldnt be happier. They treated me with professionalism and my friends car was ready when promised. They so kept in touch with me to let me know updates. So I called this place telling them I had an oil leakage on my BMW, they wont even take the car just because labor is too extensive and there is a lack of technicians in the place. I was asked where was the leakage was coming from? Isnt that their job to find out where the leak is coming from? They said it takes too much time to change a gasket if thats the case and theres no business sense to take your car while we can work on other easier jobs What a waste of time..

I was looking for a location to do my Mercedes service, I came across this location on Google, once I got there I was immediately greeted by Ramiro who happens to be the owner, he is an excellent man with great experience, it was quick and easy, service was great and I felt as though I had made a new friend, great job!!

They are very adept at taking a BMW 750Li apart. They are ambivalent about how it goes back together. They sent my 20 year old daughter out in it, on her trip home to Texas, with hose clamps missing on heater hoses, hoses hooked up incorrectly and the electronics so messed up that even the dealership here cant get it all sorted out. When I called to see if they were going to stand behind their work and refund any part of the $2400 we paid - to cover part of the new engine and electronics we now need, she just said No. We didnt work on that part of the car, honey. over and over again.Having managed European auto shops for 30 years myself, I found this unacceptable. I will obviously have to pursue another course of action. I am just grateful I got my young daughter back home in one piece. Tanks for basically nothing, since it still has the same problem it went in for and now a dozen more.
