Never had an issue with my oil changes but this time I got the tires rotated and they kept my tire lock key. We ended getting a flat and couldnt do a thing. When I went to the location, the employees that were there right before closing were extremely unhelpful with the exception of one. They stated they looked everywhere and it was not there. We had to have the car towed home from Pembroke Pines. The next day my husband went as soon as they opened to file a complaint and miraculously it appeared. Apparently the staff from the night before was more concerned about closing than helping a loyal customer of over 7yrs.

Aside from the fact that they failed to pass along the message that I didnt want to have my breaks done they did it anyway in less then 30mins and charged me $500 yet I asked them to repair my windshield wipers that wont stop and is covered by the extended warranty they told they would call me its been over a month and everytime i call they give me an excuse they dont have the part or they cant get in touch with the extended warranty or they put me to voicemail. If I could give zero stars I would. I will be going to a different Ford I recommend u all do the same.

Excellent service. Kudos to to the service agent that handled the repair of the AC compressor of my car. Her name is Claudia Castro. The repair took one day and was covered under Ford B to B warranty, they gave me a loaner vehicle for the time. All with no drama. A very pleasant experience. Their service shop is very clean too, thats a sign of a car shop with strict discipline and following regulations. I bought the car at this dealer. So far the buying experience and the service dept. have been excellent to me. I would return to this dealer for my next car purchase, whenever that is.
