I came to buy a sofa. They had the one I wanted on order. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks until the sofa is in. I told them that was fine.They refused to take my money and sale me the sofa after I spent 30 mins going through the process. I will never do business with Blake again and Ill let my family know to show

The manager is rude for no reason. My first time ever going into the store, I was never greeted and she gave me a hateful look. This was about a year ago. Shes beyond unprofessional and the quality of their product is trash. I really need to get a hold of corporate to file a complaint on her.

Blakes Furniture has high quality furniture! We always buy our furniture from them. Another bonus about them is you can make payments on your furniture, so if you arent independently wealthy 😂 you can pay it off and still have nice furniture! If you ever have a problem they are great about coming to your house and if need be they will fix or replace whatever isnt working. All of the employees are absolutely wonderful, they are extremely kind, and willing to help you with all of your furniture needs. They always have a big smile on their face and enjoy helping all of their customers.

Fast and easy financial service and nice people

This particular location is horrible. Ive purchased from Blake in Tyler, and that experience was good. This location is dirty, disorganized, higher priced than other Blake stores, and just didnt impress at all. The salesperson was also extremely unhelpful... basically was told to look around and let her know if I need help.

Horrible customer service!!! I have never had so many issues getting furniture delivered. I called the store multiple times and was told furniture was “in route”. The furniture was then delivered to the wrong address! I waited for almost five hours just to be called one hr before closing and told “if I waned the furniture I would have to go to the store”. The sales rep was very rude. Honestly if I wasn’t in such a hurry trying to move I would of told her to keep the furniture. To top it off one piece of furniture was damaged.

End up getting a new living room suit and loving it for the price

I bought a Recler I was told it would be her @9:30 they showed up @10:30.

I will never go their again I went to buy a mattress set and a dryer with cash all I could here was the women yelling at her little boy about he is working now that he is out of school the boy was maby 7 and the floors need to be vacuumed and the other women sitting behind the counter and was griping about her boy friend washed the car seat and it had ants on it it was not customer service and never greeted when I walked in never again

Do Not Buy Here Im adding to a present review. The treatment here is horrible and that is putting it mild.!!! Bought a couch there $800 fell apart within 6 months. Another family member bought 2 different mattresses there $1000 and $1200 within a year no good...Went in there today (money ) in hand...!!!!! And was told they were busy..... I was the only person in the palce????? They are so rude and hateful here

Pretty nice people and fast approval

The service here is awful. I have never been to a furniture place where Im having to push the associates to sell me something. I felt like everything I was asking them to do was a bother and they would just rather be left alone. They did not seem like people who were trying to help me or sale me something.

Cant name one good thing about it.
