We went to purchase a mattress and potential box spring for a 2nd home in Florida and we actually purchased 2 sets for both bedrooms out there. Owen is the best ! I went in told him about the problems that I have which includes chronic back pain. He showed me 4 different beds all within my price range and helped me find the beet bed to fit me, I was concerned about getting approved because my credit isn’t the best but that wasn’t the case here ! And it really helped me feel more comfortable with my decision because they weren’t trying to make me by an expensive bed they really listened to me and helped me. A plus customer service.

This was the most unusual shopping experience I ever had. I walked through the doors the manager greeted me asked me what I was looking for I told him, and he said try this bed. Amazingly it was the most comfortable bed I was ever in. Being an internal comparison shopping I insisted on sleeping in every other bed in the store, only to realize that the initial bed that I was shown was the best one for me. Amazingly it was not even close to the most expensive bed. After realizing how good the manager was picking beds, I did something I never do which is purchase the bed immediately! What a wonderful shopping experience with great and knowledgeable staff !! I highly recommend shopping at mattress firm when you need a new bed.

I’ve walked into furniture stores before and I wouldn’t get asked if I needed help or I’d have to wait 15 minutes till someone came up to me finally, but Skylar greeted us and asked what we needed help with as soon as we walked through the door! She was so helpful in helping us find exactly what kind of mattress we wanted. We ended up leaving to explore more options at different stores and when I called her to ask about a certain mattress we found somewhere else, they had it and she was able to give us better deals and information than the other store, so we came back and she helped get us set up. I normally don’t leave reviews, however my experience with Chris Plant was so exceptional I felt it was definitely necessary. I have major back pain and was in need of a new bed desperately. My husband and I have been searching for awhile but I couldn’t really find one that was good enough, especially for what some competitors were offering price wise. We stopped into Mattress Firm a few days prior and got helped by another women who showed us some great beds but again price wise Difnt exactly work.
