We are totally pleased with each and every item that we purchased from Roger. Weve nearly furnished our entire house with Lifestyle furniture. Roger has been extremely helpful. Hes so knowledgeable of the furniture industry. When we were searching for a specific item that was not on the sales floor, he patiently pulled up, and showed us items that were available to be ordered. He helped us compare and match items when we were unsure. When we did order something, Roger periodically called to update us on the delivery status. Awesome service! Great prices! The delivery men are so professional and friendly also. We have only one more room to furnish, and it will be done through Lifestyle Furniture!

Rodger went above and beyond to help us find a bed for my cousin and her husband. Never once did he try to sell us more than we were looking for. Id give more stars if I could. I went in the store...Lifestyle Furniture and Mattress Gallery and was really humiliated! The salesman on duty that day 3/30/19 treated me like I was a 2 year old. I was on my phone when I was walking around the store but i had a question about a layaway I had but forgot about and he told me he wasnt going to answer any of my QUESTIONS while i was on my phone. So I said to him Im sorry and got off my phone. Long story short I felt harrassed, humiliated and flat out disrespected. Told me he didnt know my age but he would think I would know better than to try to conduct business while being on the phone. Im out my deposit I paid and refuse to buy one thing out that store. I would not recommend anyone of African American to go to this establishment. You will not get the proper service you deserve!!! I want the owners number to let him or her know the level of disrespect I experienced. I need the headquarters numer

The atmosphere in the store is much nicer since the sales lady is gone. The manager doesn’t have to deal with her being drunk and making passes at him anymore. The only reason she got away with all that is she is married to one of the owners and he was doing the same thing. The store no longer smells of liquor and is a lot more organized and orderly. The manager does a great job keeping merchandise fresh looking and up to date on trends.In response to your reply - you flat out lie. Connie Thompson is the employee and her husband is Ernie Thimpson that manages Discount Furniture Center Sales and Leasing in South Hill VA and he supposedly does the same thing. There is more employees that do more than that so stop your lying

Recently purchased a large mirror and hung it .. well within several weeks the frame is separated from the glass ... just poor workmanship. That’s not the issue ... went to ask the store for an exchange and was refused and implied I did something to it ... really ? I could of brought in to let him him fix ( I can glue it myself thanks ) The fact you do not back the quality what you sell just means that we will furnish our entire new home from another local furniture store because we were planning to buy locally and support businesses in our area it’s not going to be this one !
