Ordered 2 ottomans in June of 2020 in October 2020 2 ottomans were delivered that were no where close to what we ordered so we rejected the delivery. They somehow messed up the order but of course blamed it on the manufacturer. Was told they would get the correct ones on order ASAP. It’s now mid April 2021 and still no ottomans. I called a week ago and canceled the order and was told they would get a check in the mail the next day for a refund. It’s been a week and still no refund check. Would not recommend buying from here unless you want them to keep your money interest free for 10 months. Very disappointed especially since we had spent more than 5000 dollars there over the past 2 years.

Purchasing furniture from Alles Brothers was the best retail experience I have ever had. I felt appreciated as a customer, was given a number of options to fit my needs and felt like I got a great deal!!The furniture was delivered by a knowledgeable and courteous delivery team. Did I mention delivery was free??!!Dont buy furniture from the bigger companies. Customer service is key when making furniture purchases and Alles Brothers excels in that department.

Good quality furniture at a reasonable price. Many different companies to choose from. A great hometown staple, I will always cherish my first purchase to my last and the men who sold it to me when I was young and poor.

They are pretty pricey. I bought a large sectional style couch that broke in the first week. For 1200 dollars the craftsmanship was horrible. They came and picked it up for repairs and when they returned it they had done nothing to repair the broken slat and stretched spring under one of the cushions. I dealt with them on several occasions. I will never buy living room furniture from them again. Their wooden products seem nice and durable. I bought a large oak 3 drawer TV stand to support a 80 inch TV and it is top quality. I love it. They do sometimes carry very good quality chairs as well.

Alles Brothers have a wide variety of furniture from regular household furniture to some medical equipment like lift chairs and mechanical beds. Alles Brothers maintain a a wonderful, knowledgeable staff who are always polite and friendly. We have shopped at this store for ages and it is usually the first place we visit for our furniture needs. Shop with Alles Brothers and you wont be disappointed.

Disapointed with the service. Went in buy a mattress but came out with out one as the women sitting the at the back table did not have to wait on my husband and me we will be back in your ever again. We are 72 years old do not have to put up with this kind of treatment a local store. I wonder what they would have if Mr Alles had been there today.Rita Gish

I went in today to purchase a box springs and was greeted by a young lady with a huge attitude. She appeared angry for having to get up and wait on me. After a brief discussion on the item I needed, I was then told that it couldnt be delivered. It would have been helpful had she explained the delivery policy. The lack of customer service she displayed was very disheartening. I grew up in and around Alles Brothers my entire childhood as my Grandfather was a delivery man until he retired. He took great pride in the job he did and the company he worked for. Unfortunately, that is not the manner in which I was treated today. Mr. Herman Alles would have never allowed an employee to act in such a manner!

I was in Allen Brothers today and they were very nice in waiting on me and helping me with a selection I made.

I like that this is a hometown store but was disappointed with customer service. Not one person asked to help us as we were looking. They do have a fairly good selection of furniture though.
