Asked for the special needs (disabled) cart. We left after 5 mins waiting for a associate to get us one. Guess only able bodies are allowed to shop.

Super convenient especially as a mom with 3 kids under 10 years old. I appreciate all the services available to me. Pick up, drive up, and delivery options have helped me alot to get my house situated without having to pack up my kids or it being inconvenient for me to get the items I need. Im thankful for these services being available to me.

I love this store. It’s clean and has the best beauty department, makes you feel like you’re at Sephora.Definitely one of the better Targets in town.

This store is ALWAYS clean & well staffed! When I went to check out, they had long lines. I believe it was a gentleman named Adrian who called for back up cashiers and they were ALL OVER IT. This store is always clean and well organized, and I have had all positive experiences shopping this store. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. All staff I have ever interacted with have been professional and courteous, from the cashiers, to the people working on the floor, to the customer service desk, to the curbside pick up.

I asked a floor staff on what isle I would find the merchandise I was looking for which saved me 30 minutes and was able to locate the merchandise and exit quickly.

The Store is overall organized. There are more beauty products than in other Targets however the food section is not extremely big.Unfortunately they dont have many self check out and anytime I have been here I found a line.It is clean and as usual mask are a MUST

Target staff are knowledgeable about location of items, and will lead you to the product. Staff members are courteous and friendly. Target stocks products which are current trends, with competitive prices. Target stores are clean. I love the buy xxx of some items and get a $5 gift card. Allows me to either stock up on that product or try it if I have no used that item previously. While I wish the fresh food section was larger (such as my last Target in Pinole, Ca) I can find a few of the items I need before I do shopping at a larger grocery store. However the remainder of the Pantry section works well. What is not to love about Target?

Completely livid with Target on Sunset and Stephanie! I have NEVER had horrific service as I did tonight in this store. On TARGETS APP, it was listed as of 7:54pm that the item was indeed IN STOCK yet I did not see it on the shelf. Usually theres an associate in every department, WHICH WASNT THE CASE TONIGHT! I had to literally walk around the entire store to find 1 associate in Home Decor section. She called for assistance in the baby aisle. No one got back to her, she kept asking for assistance, finally someone CLAIMED theyd help me in that department. Go to the Baby department and waited for 10min and yet STILL NO ASSISTANCE!! At this point, instead of searching for another associate, I then call the store to ask for an associate for assistance in the baby aisle. NO ANSWER! NOW, I have no choice but to walk to the registers and ask for Manager. More bad service continues as I am met with a Supervisor instead of the Manager. Supervisor Malee indeed tried to help me as best as he could, actually searched for the item and yet, still no item WHICH SAID IT WAS IN STOCK ON THE TARGET APP. He then called the Lake Mead Target store to have them hold the item for, yet there was mishap with that as well where they had to transfer him twice for whatever reason. At that point I advised him to not worry about it and went to go check out my other items. MORAL of my complaint is, tonight I experienced horrific service at Target of all places, I felt like I was getting Walmart customer service.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. As soon as we were spotted the worker in the electronics section was on it. Asked us if we needed any help. Made our shopping experience very fast and easy. Then at checkout, the young lady was super sweet and respectful. Everytime i go in this Specific Target on Stephanie in Henderson NV, they always are happy and welcoming. I find myself going just to go. Its a very positive environment and would defiantly recommend this Target to anyone.

I always feel very comfortable in this store and I come here at least once a week. Its pleasantly takes me back in time when shopping wasnt horrible people werent rude and we love coming here even if its for something small. We like just walking around this store and never had I felt like the staff thought I was stealing like pretty much any other store.

I purchased an item online that I was told was available and would be ready in 4 hours. So I came out of my home drove miles to destination just to be told it was not there. So I went and grabbed another item and as I was leaving the store. I received an email informing me that the item I had purchased was no longer available. Unbelievable I have never experienced such a thing in my life. Usually when you pay for something put your credit card information in set up an account with the store. They follow through. Like Walmart in Amazon they always follow through. But not Target this is my first and last experience I will be having with Target. And I would not dare allow people that I know to experience what I experienced during these not wanting to come out of my home times right now.

My daughter and I are..were frequent shoppers at this location. However we are opting for delivery and pick up versus shopping in store due to a safety concern. The security/LP has not be properly trained when it comes to handling high pressure situations. They are aware of what I’m referring to and that’s all I will say.

I enjoy the atmosphere at target. There is a large selection of merchandise whether it be from food and household items to toys and collectibles.

This target is the worst and the parking lot is absolutely disgusting......

Cashiers were helpful and friendly here..., the guest services failed to return my unopened unused items with a valid receipts! She just kept repeating receipt not valid when the items were clearly on each receiped!! So I called Anna @target corporate guest services they can handle anything just call them week days during business hours... they are amazing fantastic miracle workers and treat you like royalty if you have troubles in the brick and mortar stores...

The gentleman at the checkout was very helpful. So are the ladies at the checkout. I am on the fence about leaving a 4 star review only because I find more items I am looking for at other targets and the bathrooms at this particular target are extremely dated and usually dirty.. but the employees are excellent so they deserve 5 stars!

Update to today. Went for a quick stop to get some snacks for a party. When I got to the party i realized the chips had a hole in the bag, the candy was expired and packaging was ripped.Why cant these people rotate their stock and vet rid of expired and bad items???Bought a certain food item a few weeks ago and realized when I got home that it was expired. Went back and returned it. A week later I went and saw that the whole section of that food item was all expired with the same date. I let an employee know and he told the other woman from the grocery department. Today, which is an week later and 2 weeks later from first day, I go and see all of those said food items are still on the shelf. Expired. And with the same date. February 21st. Today is March 17th. Good job target employees.

I love checking out their shoes they always have great finds especially on clearance. In addition, all the rest of their stuff is super cute. You can never go wrong at target.

Found everything we needed with no problem

So I goto a lot of stores around town on a daily basis. I Buy and sell Clearence items and deliver them for free. I was in this target tonight and have never felt so good about how 2 different employees treated me tonight. Now the only thing is i didnt get there names,I will do my best to describe them so hopefully they will get recognized by Target. The first was a a cute blond working Stationary down the main isle. I was looking for number and letter Stencils. We both looked where they would be. After I walked away,she came a isle or 2 over to tell me where else I could check and after that she came and found me once more to tell me somewhere else to check. Now to me that goes above and beyond.The next guy worked back in electronics. I am always disorganized and I had 3 Clearence toys and my phone and who knows what else I had. I pasted several employees and no one said anything to me. This guy saw me wondering and asked if I needed help finding anything. I aaid no I am just Clearence shopping. Ok no big deal he was doing his job. Then he asked if I needed a cart or a basket and walked me to some baskets he had by electronics like I said i go into stores every day, multiple stores a day and my hands are always full and nobody ever offers to help.

Target has always been a nice experience. It has always seemed like a clean store, even when I was little. The employees are happy to help. I would suggest having them guide you to the area you asked directions for like others stores do as well. Target also has a great selection for practically anything, from art supplies to cookies, mens clothing to garden tools.

Today I had a checked that was so talkative and cheery to the customer ahead and as soon as I got to the front nothing, dead silence. No hello how are you didnt say a word until my total. Heard her greet the customer after me as well. Didnt make me feel good as a customer.

For sure for sure. Do not ask help fro. The manager named Andrew.Long story short. I purchased an item, and decided to exchange it, while the item was still unwrapped and of course unused. I head back to target to return it about 6 days later after purchased for another item that is priced as the item I purchased. He made me spend an extra $16for the same exact item.Horrible by this so called Manager Andrew. Hope I will never have to deal with that guy again.This is all I have to say wont get into more detail. Just stay clear of Andrew, do not ask for help from him.

This is a good Target location. Easy parking in and out. Return policy, no hassles, is very helpful when something I buy needs to be returned or exchanged.

Staff are friendly but the store itself REALLY needs to be renovated. It’s out of date and you can tell as soon as you pull in the parking lot. I prefer the other Henderson store over this location.

I try to do as much of my ordering via the Pickup option... its convenient and the orders are always filled quickly. Why wouldnt I choose this option whenever possible!

It was busy when I went in, but its the holidays. Checked out the electronics with Sterling and he was helpful!The location is large, clean, and easy to find everything.

Seriously upset.. getting med for a sick kiddo at home and a government issued id does NOT work for them to scan. I LOVE Target and will shop there above all else.. but this really ticked me off!!

I love shopping here for the deals but I gotta say how disgusting the bathrooms are. Urinals are full of pee and water, paper all over the floor and it smells so bad. Definitely not a friendly experience for me.

Target is a nice store I usually go in looking one or two items most of the time they have what I want then I spend some time looking at the mark down sections and find a few more items.

Lovely store, well-lit parking lot, friendly, helpful staff. But a very limited Supply of your average household needs. Went in for blinds. Curtains shower curtains curtain rods... No blinds.
