I knew that I needed a new bed, but wasnt sure what the Sleep Number was all about. Went to my local Sleep Number store and met a gentlemen name Joel. Joel gave me a very comprehensive tour and his knowledge gave me comfort in choosing the Sleep Number Bed I chose (p5). Cant wait until my bed arrives. If the bed is half as good as the way I was treated in the store I will be a very happy man. Thank you Joel and Sleep Number.

The store seemed very safe and we were the only customers there. My only reservation was our salesman consistently wore his mask below his nose! We stopped by twice over a period of several days and this wasnt a fluke, he did this both days. I also observed the other salesmen doing the same thing when not speaking with customers. This violates state requirements and they can be fined if city inspectors see it. Other than that, we were able to try all the beds, learn about the differences and select the one best for us. Shipping can be delayed for up to 2 months, perfect since we ordered a custom-made bed that takes time. This will be our third Sleep Number mattress, so we must love them!

Im not sure if its due to the pandemic but I sure wish they would have let me play with the sleep number remote so I can find what best suits me. The sales associate typed in our names for the demo bed backwards so when I was looking at an image of what I thought was my body imprint it was my wifes. I understand everybody wants to save money but if Im paying a couple Grand plus for a bed you include the remotes and dont even make it an option to buy separately. You can control the beds with an app but a phone is not the best place to have by your bed; include the remotes for free.

The delivery men were very nice, professional & friendly. They text us ahead plus called us to tell us when they would arrive. They arrived on the dot, ready to work. They were quick & we are quite pleased with the results. Thank you!

Great store, great people. My bed’s pump failed, and it took almost two weeks for a new one to arrive from the factory. But Don at this store lent me a pump, free of charge, so I could keep using my bed until the new one arrived. That’s customer service for you!

It is always a pleasure shopping at Sleep Number store in Henderson. The employees are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They are not pushy about their product which is another plus. Easy as anything to purchase a set of sheets, a bed pillow or a new bed.

I have purchased two beds from this store and I have been in many times. My last experience prompted me to leave a great review because of David, my salesperson. Ive been looking to get a new bed for a year or two and stopped in this store several times only to be left feeling unimpressed and uninformed until my last visit. David listened to my needs in terms of both the bed and budget. Helped me find the right bed and make the right choice without doing that for me. He spent time with me, answered question knowledgeably and honestly. He is absolutely the reason I now own two sleep number beds. Buying a mattress can be intimidating considering you have to live with this choice for years to come in most cases. Although we had done some research we had never owned a Sleep Number bed and had some questions. We came in and found Don who had been working with SN for about 20 years, and clearly knew his stuff. After a bit we learned what we needed and ordered a bed...and were looking forward to a good nights sleep.

I went to the Henderson Sleep Number last Saturday, Dave helped us and was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and gave us solutions for our sleep problems. I would recommend him!

PEOPLE PLEASE LISTEN TO THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON THESE BEDS I SHOULD HAVE NOW REGRET IT ......THESE THINGS ARE GLORIFIED AIR MATTRESSES......I COULD HAVE PURCHASED AND AIR MATTRESS AND A 2 INCH FOAM PAD FOR UNDER 100$ from Walmart.. ....HAD HORRIBLE SLEEP 27-100 NOW I HAVE TO RETURN IT AND LOSE MY 200$ DELIVERY CHARGE ....I GUESS ITS BETTER THEN BEING STUCK WITH A USLESS 2000$ ..Pile of garbage should of listened to the sales guy at mattress firm a few doors down SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE THINGS .....YOU WILL BE SORRY

After the trial period your trapped and stuck with a very expensive bed...The bed I bought is only a few months old and is already drooping and nothing like when I first bought it......Now I cant return or exchange. ..I suggest to think about it before you buy.....Worst investment I ever made!!!!!
