Not Happy at all. All very nice when I purchased my phone. 3 months later 3 trips to the henderson store still had phone problems.I happened to be in North Texas stopped at a Verizon store problem solved in a few minutes. Replacement phone could only be used with speaker. Went to henderson store again (should have known better) same lady completely disconnected my phone.I only had a small problem left with no phone for 3 days.
Mine was a simple trip. Just to purchase a phone cable and charging cube. I was tired of buying ones from other places that would fizzle out within a month or two. I was assisted picking out what would work best. Yes, more expensive but definitely guaranteed. The best part was the time that was taken to help me get a discount based from the phone account used. They didn’t have to go extra for me but they did. Very happy with the ladies at the Henderson, TX store on the south side of town. Thank you!
I was taken care of by Bertha B in a very professional and courteous way. I bought an iPhone 12ProMax because of her knowledge of the product and friendly demeanor. She is an excellent salesperson.
I’ve only been in there twice and the first time i went I kinda made it difficult on them cuz I didn’t know what I was doing, but they calmly and politely helped me with anything I needed and made sure I felt comfortable... well I went in today for help and this one lady just was very rude and rolling her eyes . I work in retail and deal with customers all day and if someone who worked for me treated a customer like that, then she would have gotten fired .... She made me feel really uncomfortable and we have been customers with Verizon for over 10 years ..... I just left with a broken battery pack and a broke screen protector on my phone because she made me feel in comfortable
Angie went above and beyond to make the shopping experience exceptional. She’s kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She really makes the whole experience a lot of fun!
The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!!! My experience was somewhat frustrating because due to automation/connection issues which were out of their control, it took three and a half hours to transfer data and set up my new phone. Katrina was off during the time I went in so two other associates were actually helping me and their graciousness and appreciation for my warped sense of humor turned an excruciating and frustrating amount of time spent in the store Into a pleasant experience. Thanks ladies!!! (And I really appreciate your kindness to an old woman by extending restroom privileges to me 🥴)This is just a thought for the Verizon Corporation... as a company who hails themselves as experts in the communication field, your associates in the field could greatly benefit from updated wifi/connectivity capabilities as they try and provide quality service to your customers. But these local people in Henderson, Texas are experts at making the best with what they are given to work with and because THEM I plan to continue my coverage with your company.

We arrived at the store as they were opening. We were greeted by Angela who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the phones. My wifes phone had broken. She immediately began to explain our options right away. She was very professional and pleasant to work with.
Bertha was very patient and kind. I think it was senior citizen day at the Henderson store. We were all getting excellent service.

Shelia was the most awesome employee I have encountered in my many years of being a Verizon customer. She never complained about having to stay a little late. I was from out of state and she was a life saver!!!! She deserves a huge raise!!!
After losing my phone number in the Burmuda Triangle during a port and not being able to call, text, or use data for a week, I made the choice to switch back to Verizon. Amazing Amanda worked with me for 7 hours straight till my phone was set up on a new plan. I am so grateful for her help and highly recommend this Verizon store and their workers to anyone wanting excellent Verizon service.
My phone died earlier in the day. Was unable to get to the store until after 5pm. They were busy but got to me as soon as they could. Katrina was exceptional as always. She knows her stuff!

I recently purchased the Orbic wifi to replace my old mifi5510L, when trying to connect to my dish network for streaming capabilities, my dish would not locate the Orbic to connect, Dish tech support knew nothing about my problem and wouldnt even try to help me, I called the salesperson that sold me the new device in Henderson,Texas, she assisted me in calling their tech support, he reset my Orbic and had me do a reset on my dish system, once this was done my Dish system immediately found the new device and was connected within 5 minutes, great job from Verizon, thank you.

Called and asked for pricing to add a line, The girl said her name was elviraShe said “okay what are you talking about”I said “uhhh is this verizon?”She said “yes”I said i would like to add a line to my acct. i need pricing .She said “okay like what are you talking about what phone”🙄🙄🙄 you dont need to know the phone to tell me how much the line would be . I have at&t my husband has Verizon we are wanting to combine ours. Maybe we will use at&t if they are too incompetent to tell me line or plan pricing .

There was definite tension between the two people working that was not positive and was NOT something, of which, a customer should be aware. I will definitely be driving a bit farther for service in the future.

A simple request to change phones to a phone that I did not purchase at Verizon, but was Verizon compatible turned into a nightmare. Apparently my current phone had a feature on it that had to be removed. It could only be removed by me via their website. Everytime I tried to log in it gave me an error, system unavailable. Please try later. Went back to the store and they couldnt help me. Told me to try again from my home computer; still not working. Called support (using my husbands work phone), they made an effort help but confirmed that I had to do it from their website. I tried...didnt work. They finally told me it was an internal problem and all of the Verizon Wireless customers couldnt log in for at least another 24 hours. Really? I emailed a friend, who also has Verizon; she logged in just fine. They lied to me. Perhaps it wasnt an intentional lie, but still, they just didnt have an answer so made up something. Needless to say, I plan to change carriers ASAP. Still do not have a working phone. They gave me a $20 credit. I lost a full days work dealing with this for a $20 credit. Thankfully, my contract is up as of last month, so glad I can cancel and not have to deal with them again. I am just one unhappy customer. Thankful that we have carrier choices and are not hostage to Verizon.I didnt take it out on the folks at Verizon because I understand that it is not their fault that stuff like this happens, I am just not happy with the network. The people at local store are nice and tried to be helpful, just cant make up for the lack of product service of the company.I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years.

Store is average service. Sometimes been amazing sometimes poor depending on who you get. What is bad is the cell reception.... it is horrible. After the tornado, they have never fixed it. I get 3g and barely 4 g at times. I pay over $500 a month for 5 phones, I seriously am looking to change providers.

Worst customer service ever by a very RUDE lady named Angie!!! I dont understand how someone could be so rude and disrespectful to a customer! The interaction started off terrible from the beginning with the attitude she had! I left and went to the other Verizon store and had my question was answered in 5 minutes with respect! Please remember to treat people with dignity and respect especially when theyre looking to buy a brand new expensive phone!!!
