Didnt even try to help with an issue I was having, just told me I needed to call the 800 number. Not sure if thats an issue with the store or Verizon in general; but if you are in store you should be able to receive some level of help. Especially since all I needed was a tracking number.....

My husband and I finally decided to get a real phone plan after being on Straight Talk since we moved back to the States. Greg was extremely helpful, super patient, and a really engaging representative. He helped us choose the best plan for us, helped us do a trade in, helped us add a European iPhone to our new US accounts, and so much more. I would really give this location no stars but thats not an option. From the beginning I was racially profiled by the big white dude greg. He mentioned 5x in 3 minutes the price and that I would need a debit card with my name and basically talked me out of buying a phone because of his off pudding attitude. Worst shopping experience to date
I went in with several issues. Arden and Ryan are top of the line and are certainly the finest representatives of Verizon that I have ever encountered. They really made me feel like they cared about fixing my problem and that is rarely ever the case with most customer service representatives. You can be very proud of the work of these diligent young men.
Whenever I go in this place they dont have what I need. The reps are nice enough, and usually isnt any waiting. Its a small store, so patience is definitely a virtue. They have a table to charge your phone while you wait, but these stores are not as good as they used to be. Fyi...they are not very good at fixing phone issues...this store will just tell you to buy a new one.

My Father and I went in to tade in and upgrade our Galaxy S9 phones after the 2 year jump plan. We went with the new Galaxy S20+. Arden S was super helpful in getting us the phones we wanted and getting the data from our old phones to our news ones and having them up and running in no time flat. Had a great experience switching all four of my family members to Verizon last night! Chris, the store manager, helped us with everything. He took 3 hours of his time to make sure we were all set! Switching can be so stressful, but he made it fun and easy. Thank you for your excellent customer service and great attitude the whole time! We really appreciated everything!
There apparently was a “glitch” in the system that lead for me to not get a notification that my order was ready for pick up, they decided to not try to contact me in any shape or form to let me know my order was ready for pick up and just let the order cancel itself. a complete waste of my time and now i have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get everything refunded to my account on top of the 3 days i waited to not even get the phone. so now i get to wait at least a week until i can even order at another location. they lack communication skills.
Wow, never again. Very unprofessional. Very unknowledgeable. All that wait for complete disappointment. Could not believe the guy didnt respect my privacy. Intend to fully report this location to Verizon about all the problems a had in my hour and a half at this location. Believe me, go to a actual Verizon, not a Verizon authorized dealer like this. Never again.
Come on, be real... nobody likes the prices of a new phone a anymore. Gone are the days of new, every two years This store was excellent when we were forced to upgrade our old Galaxy phones. They totally set us up, transferred all our photos, files and messages to the new phones. We even got an email follow up a week or so later to see if we were doing ok or if we needed any additional help.

I needed to upgrade my phone so we popped in to this store. We were helped by Jeff and he was very friendly and helpful. Our entire visit was only about 1/2 an hour and we were finished. Got my new phone and he transferred all of my info from my old phone to the new. What a great experience! I would definitely recommend!

Whoever opened the store this morning was extremely rude and bratty. We simply asked if we could pay for a new phone in full today, not knowing it wasnt an option and she made us feel completely stupid for not going on a month to month plan. She had attitude and I do not recommend visiting this store. I was appalled at her tone of voice and how she treated us. We will never go back.
Total rip off. Only had two choices with prepaid phones. Was told there were more but they couldnt be ordered ??! The phone they had was the same one I had which was junk just a bit bigger . I was charged well over $200 and no refunds. Ill never do business with them again. Company left message on review with number to call,called twice, no response. Awful
This location has the worst customer service EVER!! They look at you in the face and boldly lie !! They do not listen or try to meet the needs of customers at all and when asked directly why. They get rude act like they dont care and then pass the buck to the rude manager who lies worse and makes people feel stupid instead of trying to help.This has happened more than once with my family. Weve been customers since 2006. Have been great customers as far as paying the bill as far as complying with the upgrades the contracts the overages.Its a joke. So my mom and I walked in to the go wireless to make a bill payment and ask a few questions about my phone . Jame W the sales associate helped up we got our bill payed and then I asked him some questions about my phone. He was straight forward and honest with me. James and the other sails assosieats helped me understand what kind of bill I was looking at for a new phone and he helped me get the best deal. He doesnt beat around the bush. They are plesent and just a friendly face I would highly recommend going to this store first.

Well this is a the second time that and the Verizon store on Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson has saved my bacon with with this phone because I know so little about it that it that Im helpless to do anything for it I brought it in here through it on the counter Tim took one look at it and settled a few things took the SIM card out and cleaned it or whatever he did and pushed it back in and this thing works and it works like a nice been here telling me things about what this phone can do that Ive had no idea so Im going to take it home and its going to cook me bacon and eggs this thing is this thing really hes a very good expert I I mean I cant say enough good things about them.
