Went in this place to do a simple upgrade on my computer. I spoke to Jonas and he introduced me to the option of being able to finance some better parts. I have been a very happy customer for many years. There is great customer service always and a friendly welcoming atmosphere when you enter their location. On my last visit, the support techs rescued my own failed efforts, at a windows update failure recovery. (yuck!) I called OutletPC earlier I the day and explained my issue (my son was building his first computer and there was an error on the bootup). They were extremely courteous on the phone and told me I could bring in the computer when it was convenient for us. When we arrived, Collin was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue. It turned out we had a faulty motherboard from the manufacturer. Collin was quick to offer up a replacement motherboard which they had in stock for our PC. Collin made sure all the components were properly reinstalled and the Bios was up to date. He even made sure Windows was loaded for us. By the time we were ready to leave, the computer was all good to go. They took the time to explain what they were doing or answer any questions we had while we waited. I would highly recommend Collin and OutletPC for any computer issues or parts you may need.

I have been using Mac since the 90s. Recently I tried my first PC build. As I had no idea what I was doing, I had to throw in the towel and have them finish it. They got it and per my request, explained what I had done incorrectly. Which was very important since I only attempted this to learn how it’s done. Here’s hoping I can get it done myself on my next attempt. Highly recommended.

I have used Outlet PC for may years. I have 2 computers & my wife has one, a laptop and a Apple I Phone. It seems to be a constant battle keeping the computers running up to speed to keep up with Windows 10. if it is not memory, hard drive, or speed then its printers the Internet Browser. So I found it is best to update the computer hardware one at a time about every 6 months. I just finished updating my 2nd computer because it was running slow. Im now in a Dell Refurbished Computer with the old hard drive setup in the D: Drive slot for backup. So far its working great. Their tech support is great. They are patient and work hard to give you what you need. They make suggestions, offer options and have always come though for me. But on the other hand you have to do your part and that is to define the problem and point them in the right direction so that you are all on the same page. You have to be patient also. Some of these problems take time to resolve and then you have to decide is it work fixing or applying the money to the next computer. Also, they are working on multiple orders at the same time. So, if you have 2 computers, you are never down while one computer is in the shop for repair or upgrades. This way, they are not being rushed, and take the time necessary to get the results. Lately, they have had it ready in 2 -3 days, and Im finding it hard to keep up with them. Also, their prices are very reasonable and with good service, what more could you ask for? So, go them Bert sent you and they will probably say, oh no ! Not him again. Just kidding. Thank you Outlet PC for a job well done and keeping up and running.

So helpful, and had what I needed at less than half the price of national sellers. Staff was friendly & helpful, and they have a better in-store selection than Frys (RIP) at this point.A little off the beaten path, as it is in the back of an industrial complex, but worth the extra look.

I dont understand the bad reviews. Ive been buying from Outlet PC for some years now, and have NEVER had an issue - they ARE responsive to any issue I have ever had. The most recent was nine Motherboards with 7th Gen i5 CPUs. Seven of the motherboards would NOT display any video and we determined that, depending on their manufacture date, the 7th Gen i5 CPUs would not work. SEVEN motherboards, and we called them and asked them to loan us a 6th Gen so that we could Flash the BIOS. Not only did they do so, they shipped it OVERNIGHT express and we Flashed to boards and sent the Gen 6 back. These systems were for a local Police Department, and their help was AWESOME!

Great service! I brought in my tower to have diagnosed. This place was close to my house and seemed reasonably priced. The gentleman that was working the counter was very polite even went out to grab my tower from the car and put it into the car on pickup. I heard back from the tech the same day as dropping it off. Told me he was still testing things but looks to be the motherboard. He gave me some options and prices. Once we decided he told me I would hear back later that day if not the next. Next morning I was left a message that It was ready for pick up! These guys are great! They didnt try and sell me unnecessary stuff and was very polite in explaining everything. Prices where exactly what we had talked about and reasonable. Will definitely be back if I have any more issues in the future!

STAY AWAY from the Outlet PC local store in Vegas. TERRIBLE. Ive been calling around for an RTX 3080. YES I know they are near impossible to find. I called up and spoke with a rep there at Outlet PC and happily announced they just got a couple RTX 3080 cards in and could have one to sell me by end of day if I came today, but mentioned he didnt have prices on them yet from the distributor. Drove 30 minutes to get there and he conveniently mentioned that they were selling for DOUBLE MSRP. I get it, MSRP is suggested retail. What pisses me off is that you couldnt tell me that over the phone? I wasted an hour of my gas and work to go pick this up because they didnt want to tell me a price over the phone. THAT is terrible customer service. Just be honest on what your prices are on the phone and dont waste peoples time. Already told 2 other people to avoid OutletPC like the plague. Ill never do business with them again. STAY AWAY FROM OUTLETPC!

I was having issues with my gaming pc. I spent the prior night testing and trying to find the issue with my pc. After a few hours of running every diagnostic, clean installing my drivers, checking and testing windows logs and stress testing all my hardware I couldnt find the problem.I took my pc here the following day. Explained all the tests I had ran, that they all came up with no results and that the issue was still happening. I brought up it was after a driver update but I had tried everything under the sun to test for that and nothing came up so that it must be a hardware issue with either the Psu or Gpu. They clearly stopped listening after they heard about the driver update. After leaving my pc there over the weekend they explained they ran the exact same tests on3 did with the same results (shocker).I was told it was just a driver update not installed properly. After trying to contact their store 3 times by phone to explain that wasnt the issue I was put on hold as the number 1 in queue for 5 minutes at a time. I emailed and texted them having to wait until the next day for a response. I screen shotted my call log and sent it to them after they denied I had tried to call them and was told I dont know what to tell you, you have our direct number.I went in to pick up the pc. They told me theyd had a number of pcs recently with driver update problems and they were positive this was the case. They also told me they had let my pc run on a hardware test all weekend while nobody was there after I had explained it might be a power supply problem. For those that dont know if a power supply is faulty and you run a pc with it too long, it can damage/ruin your other parts.They also explained they logged into my gaming accounts to test a game. Thats reasonable had they asked for permission. Logging into someones steam could have access to a lot of personal information.So regarding all this, being assured the problem was the drivers which I was wary about, I took the pc home. Within the first 15 minutes the same problem came back but this time much worse. I recorded the issue on my phone, deduced it was a failing GPU, switched it out with an old gpu, problem went away. I emailed this company with the video of my Gpu artifacting, explaining all these things and was met by a phone call the next day telling me to bring the pc back in.The reason I had gone to this company to begin with was to get the problem diagnosed. I was told the diagnoses was free, I came in to an $80 charge for the updated driver work and 2 fans they installed which was $20 of the $80 with no call explaining a price. Now that I had diagnosed the problem myself the next step was to send in my Gpu. There was nothing left they could do.I requested a partial refund. They failed to fix anything, ignored my information, insisted the problem was fixed and were impossible to contact.I would highly recommend searching for another place to bring your pc if its something more technical. Ideally somewhere open on weekends as well.

I needed a VGA cable for an older PC. The other places on the East side of Vegas either didnt have one and had to order it in, or wanted almost double the money for what the one I got at Outlet PC cost. It seems to be a good quality cable and is working well. I also got a nice Tripp Lite power strip while I was there picking up the cable. It has extra fuses in it like Monster Cable brand ones do, but cost about half as much.Good store with helpful techs.

They have most updated parts and components for the most part. If you want something not in store they are going charge extra percentage which is high to order for you. Also the main thing that kills me is in store parts are marked up really high and with a line through price and “new” price with “discount” Are you kidding me. Like i5 10600k 399.98$ originally but on sale for $349.98. That’s a lie if I have ever seen one even Best Buy is cheaper to order that from. And here’s a thought geniuses intel tells you the estimated price for the CPU’s. $262.00-$263.00. No thanks I’m not ordering or going to a place where you mark up and your motto is #1 in the USA for cheap computer parts.

Had a tech from PC Outlet remote in to my computer this week. He was knowledgeable and professional and resolved the issues we were having within 1 hour. We are very pleased with him. I had taken another computer into their shop a few years ago and they fixed it as well in a minimum amount of time.

I am a first time buyer. I ordered a replacement power supply on Wednesday, it arrived on Monday. My down time was minimal, thanks to the quick response of OutletPC. I am very pleased with my experience. If I need any other parts, I will check OutletPC first.

I brought in a business computer for repair and let them know I needed it back as soon as possible because it had real time tracking software critical to our operation. They were able to repair it in less than an hour and I had everything back up and running the same day. Highest recommendation.

I would definitely not recommend this place for online shopping! I bought an Alphacool radiator 420mm from them at a good price. When the package arrived I was so happy to have gotten such a good deal. However my good deal has turned into a pain! I open the package only to find out, that it is missing the hardware for mounting said radiator. Contacted customer support, who responded relatively quickly and were very sorry. After a couple of emails, I was told that they couldn’t have possibly sent it out like that and that this radiator looks used. It still had the little blue covers over the fittings, which I guess is what is supposed to come with this radiator. Nevertheless I was called a liar, without them coming out and saying as much. So I will never buy anything from them again!Sincerely Bryan form Idaho.

The Cryorig R1 cooler arrived with no packaging or protection of any kind wrapped around it., The cooler was just loose inside a box so it bounced around and was bent up and scratched from the cooler mounting screws and brackets that were also just loose inside a bag and not wrapped or protected by anything. Just some bubble wrap around the cooler would have prevented most of the damage. What a shame.I ended up having to order new covers since the ones that were on the cooler were so scratched up. I spent an hour or more straightening out all the bent fins and touching up the scratched paints so it doesnt look like total trash.

I am going to tell everyone about this place. They fixed my RAID 1 for $59. I brought my own hard drive. One of these data recovery places wanted $800. I have found my computer repair place. You should try them too. thanks guys

Prices comparable to Amazon. I dont know what the other poster meant about gouging. This place came highly recommended by the owner of Big Sky computers, and I was not disappointed. They had a wide selection of gaming cards, and I found a good one for my needs, priced appropriately.

If youre local, this is where you should be buying your components that you cant wait for. The only time Ive ever had a negative experience was when ordering for delivery instead of pickup, more than a week after it was ordered it still had not shipped. Even with that though, I called and told them Id rather come pick it up and they had it ready for me in a few minutes. My only complaint is that theyre not open when I need them on the weekends.
