Worst retail experience OF MY LIFE. If I could give negative stars, I would. Bear with me while I explain...I went into this location so I could use my Cricket insurance to get a new phone. I explained to the woman why I was there and she explained to me that she was helping another customer but would be done soon.This other customer wanted a refund because the day before, they had been ripped off for services, phones and extra SIM cards that they did not need. It was an elderly couple who did not understand English very well and they had been taken advantage of.The girl behind the counter spent ten minutes on the phone with her manager, complaining about everything this other employee had ever done wrong. Then she spoke with her district manager for another ten minutes to tell them the same thing. Then she spent a half hour telling us all about her litany of complaints about her employer and fellow co-workers.An hour and forty minutes after I walked in the door, the girl determined that they didnt have enough money to refund the old couple to begin with. She asked me again why I was there and then explained to me that the Cricket Insurance was nothing but a rip-off and that it would be more cost-effective to just get a new phone. I was LIVID but I treated the girl with kindness and asked her for the cheapest phone they had, which of course they did not have in stock. Nor did they have the next-cheapest. Nor the next. Or the next. In fact, after making multiple calls all over the place, I FINALLY found a store that was 40 minutes away that had a phone.All I am doing is finishing out my billing cycle with Cricket and then I will be moving to another carrier. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are a rip-off, their employees are not motivated, and the service at the Lake Mead store is the worst service I have ever received in my 46 years on this Earth.I am literally disgusted.
Fantasia was awesome. She was so helpful and full of information. I totally recommend seeing her when shopping for affordable phones and plans . What a great place and great customer service. Thank You !
Fantasia is a very sweet smart young lady i like coming to this store to see her. especially when my knowledge of technology is limited got my phone fixed by her and she continues to impress me ive only had my phone for 2 months lol kimberly helped me save money on my bill and she’s a very soft spoken person i believe kimberly and fantasia are the best Ashley’s knowledge hurts the store in my opinion she doesn’t know anything about phones lack’s training but a sweet young lady very professional

Beth is AMAZING.. I went in upset and frustrated because other Cricket retail locations were unable to do a simple upgrade. Beth greeted us with open arms and took care of my upgrades immediately. I was in and out with in 20 minutes. She knew how to do her job and made my transition so easy. I am very pleased and will always return to this location. She has restored my faith in Cricket.. You go Beth.

5 STARS FOR JACOB! thanks for helping me fix my glitched phone, great customer service! 0STARS for the manager Ericka who sold me phone insurance and not explaining it thoroughly,making me purchase a new phone because i didnt want to wait 2days without a phone, also purchasing a screen that Juan the Master of putting phone screens on 5stars for helping me pix a new phone. And 0STARS for Guadalupe the pregnant one always having a resting ***** face. :) ill be back in though
I dont care much for the mgr @ this store, she doesnt explain anything to the customers, she adds & removes things from your acct & doesnt inform you! She unwilling to do anything more than bare minimum for customer. Shes constantly comes & goes @ her own discretion she really needs to be replaced by someone who cares, & enjoys working with the public. You ask her question & then you wont get ANSWERED, she proceeds to get ya into service but dont ask her anything because of the lack of knowledge

As always a great experience. Ive had serious family emergencies both days I came in and was just a mess, I saw Asom both times this week to handle both replacing a lost phone in an emergency and then to switch back and start a new line. Both times he was incredibly patient and helpful in the process and made it as easy as possible for me. Hes amazing, truly a wonderful professional individual as far as his customer service skills and on top of it hes very quick, which is wonderful as well. Thank you Asom!!
Called in about an issue with my family member. They are liars, disrespectful, and racist. The manager Rodney covered his tracks really well .Now I understand why cricket has people like him working there. Don’t go to this store they will tell you anything to sell you a phone regardless of the consequences. If we could do 0 stars we would.
I would give 10 stars if I could because Jessica and Beth are amazing and they are so much fun....Jessica hooked me up with an upgrade phone case and screen protector and took the extra time to change some settings on my phone and Beth was answering what questions I had....both of them are great people persons and love their jobs...Thanks Carol
I went into this location to pay the rest of my bridge pay which was $46 from the start they didnt have change for $100 so I had to two different establishments to see if they had change, finally I give Christopher $60 he gave me change of $14 he asked me did I need a physical receipt I said no just text it to me as usual never got it now today my service is suspended and I have to pay the full payment of $66 because they screwed up everything. Worst experience ever to pay your bill in full and still have your service suspended. Worst experience ever with them I will be there 9am sharp to demand an explanation with no proof at all.
The cashier that waited on us was remarkable! He saved us money. The young girl was friendly and helpful as well. I dont care for the manager, though.

Went to the store cause my phone wasnt working I bought the service two days ago stopped working yesterday night they said it was because I didnt pay for my phone that AT&T didnt release the number when I came down to it it was a bad SIM cardFix the problem when I put in the Sim card inThen I asked for $10.81 for the Sim card I told him to cancel the service that I go back to AT&T he said if I cancel service then you wont be able to keep your number and that I will be talking if I let it go I had to keep the service Ive only been a customer for a couple days if you go to the store then youre asking for
