I went into the AT&T store to get a new SIM card, as my family was switching providers away from Verizon. Dana helped me with the the SIM swap out. I called my mothers phone while in the store to tell her that my SIM card was completed, but found my mothers phone was disconnected. Dana offered to help by looking at our account and finding nothing wrong with my mothers phone line porting. Dana continued to help by calling AT&T customer service on our behalf and escalated to technical support. She also established an appointment time for my mom to receive technical support to troubleshoot. Dana also stated that the issue might just be a bad SIM card, which turned out to be the case.In the world that we live in where customer service is diminishing, I cannot thank Dana enough for going above and beyond for my family. She is truly elite in providing great care for her customers.
I took my mom to this location to get her first new phone in years. Justin greeted us and was quick to answer questions and get us started on her new I-Phone. Dana who later took over for Justin was able to recover +500 photos my mom thought were lost for months...That just made my mom Super Happy. Thank you both tremendously for your great help and patience with all the questions we had!!!

I added a fourth line and they have not been able to send me a correct bill in 3 months. It’s very frustrating!! I have been with AT&T for over 20 years and as long as I don’t make a change to the bill it works fine!!

After talking to 12 people over the span of two weeks David was finally able to help me to port my phone number from Verizon to AT&T. David got me a temporary number while he worked to resolve the issue and followed-up when he told me he would. I always appreciate when people take ownership of a problem until it is resolved, rather than find a reason refer you to someone else.Thank you David, and I will only ever go to a AT&T corporate store in future.

I cringe every time I have to go to a cell phone store, but I had as a first timer at this atnt store I will go to no other. I was helped by Dana who made my experience so much quicker than it should have been. She went above and beyond in helping us with multiple problems. Even while she was assisting me she was always multitasking on other projects!
Watch out for these guys will tell you one thing to sell you a phone and once the bill comes a huge difference in what you are told. Upgrade to this and the bill will be an extra 5 bucks bill comes an its 70 more per month

I was having a problem with the website interface, so I called customer support. I got transferred three times, unlit I was at the right department.By the time an agent answered, I found a way to solve the problem my self.
Rachel was professional, efficient, helpful, and above all, just a genuinely nice person. I had a horrible AT & T experience the day before at a different store and went here, hoping for the best. I got THE BEST! Rachel is amazing.
Horrible experience at this location on E. Eastern. They were more concerned about going to lunch or home, or selling me something. All 3 gentlemen assisted me, and no one offered to set up my active2 watch to sync to my phone. Once I paid for everything they sent me on my way. No follow up call as promised. Worse experience ever
New phone, SIM card needed, excellent service. Who do I contact if Ive noticed an unusually high data usage? Like extremely high usage for just one person.

Charles the store manager went out of his way to help me figure out a no service issue that turned out to be fraud. He spoke to the technical and fraud people and made really bad situation easier to deal with. Charles gave me suggestions on how to secure my account and explained all the steps I needed to take to clear up the fraud. So grateful for his excellent customer service.
Avoid all authorized AT&T stores!! such less quality experience than the nice warm fast service of a att corporate store! I spent $2800 on three new devices got sent to two different stores after paying had to wait in long lines not even a greeting!
Charles was very helpful in dealing with me and my 16-year-old granddaughter. He set up her phone, walked me through billing, and even went over the billing again when AT&T sent out the wrong bill, to assure me everything we had discussed was accurate. Thank you!!

On 29 Nov. 2018, I visited this store. There was one female employee and one customer ahead of me. The rest of the store was empty so it wasnt very busy. The day before I had purchased an Iphone8 through AT&T. As recommended by AT&T I attempted to use AT&T Mobile Transfer to transfer the contacts from the old phone to the new iPhone8. After a considerable amount of time, less than half of the more than 200 contacts were transferred. When I discussed my problem with the employee she said sorry, cant help you. I asked why and she said she was only able to use AT&T Mobile Transfer. Really? Absolutely miserable customer service after spending significant money on the phone. I should have went through the Apple Store and got better service.
Came in with internet connectionp.We live in Europe and have a pre paid plan. The guy was really helpful and did things on our phone. Now the internet works as it should. Very happy!

DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE! 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. THEY DONT HONOR THEYRE MERCHANDISE. Bought wireless headphones; which were sold to me by the manager, which the broke through no fault of my own within less than a month. Tried to return them and Shawn informs me that there is a 14 day return policy and theres nothing he can do for me. The manager should have informed that they had an out of the ordinary very short return policy. There is an official AT&T store with much better service down the road off Eastern and Serene.
The manager Charles, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us detailed options without being an aggressive salesman. We walked out with the iphone we needed. Definitly will go back for all of my cell phone needs.

I think I have posted before. I am less then impressed with this store. The employees dont listen to you. I have well over 20 years experience in IT on the hardware side. I have had just about every device all the way back to the brick cell phone. I know how CDMA, GSM, LTE networks work and how the movies access them. Yet when I gave the employee specific info that would lead you to believe I know what I am talking about they still say no its supposed to go to 4g to make a call. Really? Also this is the same person who asked me how much ram I wanted on my iPhone X. Yeah RAM.

This is my local AT&T store and they always take the time to answer my questions. Today Shawn took the time t show us where the missing last few years events were even though did not show on my wifes phone.

The guy did not give me a direct answer. I ask why AT&T have no signal or service in Bildad Dr at Anthem while T-mobile have a strong one. and his answer was Anthem area is a bad area. Not honest on his answer.
