Drove here to swap out a phone that a tmobile rep advised me to do. They shipped the new phone to this place and told me to pick it up. I arrived and the employee stated the phone rep was wrong. Gas wasted. Time wasted. Time to move on to a new carrier. I did my best for 12 years with them. Change is good.

Spent a little time in this store today and was happily impressed with the level of knowledge and customer service provided by all employees. James and Yadira stand out and helped my son get his data backed up and onto his new iPhone. Very nice peeps and very nice company. Will be back soon when my phone finally needs to be upgraded. Great service w/friendly people. They put a screen protector on for me after first one was damaged. Also liked how I was able to trade in my iphone after being turned down from another TMobile.

My experience at T-Mobile located on Stephanie was better than I expected. There was no wait. The representatives were helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience. I will return to this location again in the future.

I came in to replace a broken phone, and paid for it in full. Afterwards, I received a text message thanking me for enrolling in Protection360, a paid insurance. There was absolutely no discussion of adding insurance to my line during the purchase process. I find this to be very deceptive, and as such will no longer patronize this location.

I ordered my new phone November 27. It was being delivered on December 10 to the store. This location closed without letting any of their customers know. I now have to wait until after December 25th to get my phone. My phone is getting sent back to the seller in Kentucky. They won’t give me a refund so I can order at a different location. I would give this location a zero, but google won’t let me.

Really helpful group so far. Went in right when they opened and felt bad at first but they just seemed super happy to start the day off by helping me out. Not pushy, but made good suggestions to me as I browsed the store while they set up my new phone. Shout out to Ruby who helped me and my wife on the same day and was great both times.

The team at this location is incredible! Billie, Alex, and Paulina were extremely helpful, and made the experience of switching over to Sprint seamless. My wife and I are late adopters of new technology, and the thing I appreciated most was that this team didnt make us feel pressured into purchasing extraneous upgrades and add-ons. Rather, they helped us understand the pros and cons of each option, then left it to us to decide the plan, devices, and protection that fit our needs. I was told today that they are phasing Sprint out.... I hope not!!!!

Worst experience at this store! Was told I had 30 day return and then was told that they never said that. Added so many options to my bill that I was not aware of! Over charged me, lied to me, and acted like they knew nothing of it. Billie and Michael are terrible. They do not honor anything they advertise or tell you in person. Anything to make a sale. They much work on commission here. Now I have to deal with sprint 1800 number to try and correct everything they lied about.

This store is pretty amazing!! They help me find the best deal for me when I was on a budget. I’ve got a speaker on a payment with no interest that pretty tight. I came over from Verizon and now I’m paying half the price.

Seems like the customers know more about sprint and the phones than the employees do. They had very little knowledge and acted as if they were in la la land.

As with all store locations it seems this one is lacking talent as well.Took my wifes brand new galaxy note 9 that she just received as a Christmas gift do to incessant pop up ads every time she tried to do something. Please note that this was getting popups from the time it was activated.The transfer of data was performed by the sprint salesman when purchased.When we returned to our favorite store to speak with Jamie we found she was no longer at that store so we went with an available person and explained the issue.Immediately the problem was placed on my wife and her downloads! Although she had not downloaded anything except what was transferred from her old phone.Then he started deleting apps, this was ok as he was doing factory apps. However he then tried to delete apps she uses everyday on both her phone and her Samsung tablet.(Please note that the tablet does not have any type of pop ups!)When I tried to explain at least twice this is a problem with sprint preloaded apps, the manager quickly ushered me out of the store for raising my concerns that the employee did not know what to do.I will continue to use sprint mobile as it is the only service completely compatible with my travels worldwide. But there is no store in Henderson Nv that has any clue on how to properly set up and diagnosis their hardware. The only store I would recommend is the one on Charleston (4155)

Very friendly staff and professional care

I usually dont leave bad reviews but i feel i have to say something. I drove from mesquite(which is an hour and a half away from this store) to get 5 new phones. The employees had very very little knowledge of their products so they couldnt answer my questions. They had no idea if there were any promotions available, or if i could send my phones back by mail. When i finally got tired of asking answered questions, i asked for the manager. When i asked her what is going on? and what kind of service is this? All she said was im sorry you feel that way. Thats it. She didnt offer to help us or see if there was something she could do. I told her that i would put a bad review and she said that was fine. So here i am, keeping my word and letting others know that if you need to make a decision on the correct phone.....these people dont have answers. Very unprofessional to not know the product you are selling. and simple questions too, like how much memory, speed, pixels, and battery life. I was very frustrated. I own a business and i would never allow employees to be un-trained. Bad manager. I blame managment for un-trained employees. And after speaking to her and getting treated the way she treated me, there is no surprise of the outcome from the personnel in this store.

Never come here again came in two employees were sitting walked in cause I wanted a new phone they were so rude and asking questions why I wanted to get into my account to verify my identity but the younger lady said no she wont do it and that they have nothing in stock so just come back later . They were so rude I will never go back there.

Save yourself the headache and aviod going to this location. Several staff members are unprofessional and easily angered.

Watch out for Gasper R. He will lie and sell you stuff which is not necessary for $200 prepaid Visa. He sold me earbuds which I did not like and he said its required for $200 prepaid. Add a line is the only requirement for $200 prepaid visa.
