Had my daughters phone fixed here recently, the guys are very professional and know exactly what they are doing. Did not have to wait long to be helped and they were very attentive. I am surprised at the low cost to get her phone fixed also got a estimate on what it would cost to fix my iPad air and it is the best price I gotten as of yet. I will definitely be bringing my phones and tablets here when they need fixing. The repair time didnt take long either, they kept me updated on when the part will arrive and when it was done. I definitely recommend them.

They a have Home Plus Ins that paid for my screen protector on my phone when I signed up for it. Then a year later the say it will not cover my phone but will cover any thing in my house. When I signed up I asked if it covered my phone because thats what I break the most. Big waste of money and a rip off!!!

UPDATE: Its been 30 days since the battery repair on Pixel 4XL and now my back glass adhesive is completely failing and my rear camera has completely stopped working now. Not sure if hardware fault or related to repair since I received this one (my 5th replacement) less than 4 months prior to repair at the shop.Aside from the time they needed my phone to fix (4-5 days without a phone is just not feasible in this day and age).If its because of ordering parts..then there shouldnt be a reason you need the phone there the whole time sitting there for no reason. I know the repair doesnt take that long...something just doesnt add up

I cracked my phone back in 2019 which it didnt bother me. The top half of my screen would not respond to touch. I had to jam my charger in the port for it to get a good charge. I finally took my phone to get it fixed. Now my phone is like new. The staff treats me like a person I greatly appreciate that alone. I will bring all my business back to them and will recommend anybody to them. Thank you guys for the great work.

I was unable to charge my pixel 4A phone while on vacation, so I came to this store. They quickly examined my phone, cleaned out the charging port, and tested my phone which fixed the problem. Since they didnt replacing anything, they didnt charge me anything for the port cleaning. So a big thanks to ubreakifix for fixing my phone fore free and making my vacation much more enjoyable!

Dropped my phone and the display worked for a few weeks. Took it in around noon and the repairs were completed the same day. Cost a pretty penny, but less than a brand new phone. Oh and their work comes with a 90 day warranty.

The goods - the people were super nice and my phone came back better than everThe bads - I came in for an $80 battery and walked out having no choice but to spend $270. I had a year+ old small crack in screen - NOT the LED. However for these people to replace the $80 battery they said they had no choice and had to replace screen and essentially refurbish the phone.I do feel what I got was a good value HOWEVER its not what I called for and showed up for. I wanted a battery....i wanted to spend 80ish dollars...i have lived with the small crack for so long i forgot it was there and didnt want to spend hundreds fixing it but they left me no choice other than refurbish the whole thing or sorry we wont fix your battery.They were in fact all nice, professional, fast and did a super job on repair...just stop forcing big repairs when only a small repair is requested.

I love that they can fix my phone when I break it. Two times now in 3 weeks Ive had to have the LCD replaced. At 100 and some dollars a pop its not something I love. But they provide a great service and they do a great job. I just have to quit dropping my dang phone.

I brought my phone in for a cracked screen which was around $90. I thought it was high but I paid. The next day my kid dropped my phone and the screen went black so I brought it in and they said it was still covered by the warranty. when I went to get my phone they said there was water damage and it would be an additional 80 something dollars. When I asked why the water damage was not found the first time they said they did not know. Waste of time, waste of money. I am glad I paid all that money to get to use my phone for a few hours.

They wiped my phone completely with a factory reset. 🤬😡😠🤬 I was told it wasnt a problem just log into my cloud and I could retrieve everything. I logged in and have NOTHING. No CONTACTS, MESSAGES, PHOTOS, VIDEOS. I Dont know what happened or wh.y they didnt backup my phone

Bennie removed a broken lightening charger out of my iPad. A pet related incident where I tripped over my long charging cord snapped the charging tip in my iPad charging port. Qell I had built a PC for the second time and I did something wrong it just wouldnt start up.So I brought it in and let them know, And not only did they get they get it up and running but they saved me the hassle of installing windows and some other programs and overclocked it for me as well.

I had a charging issue with my phone and I called the manufacturer, who told me to take it to uBreakiFix as the issue was covered under warranty. I took it in and they told me it would be no problem to replace the battery. They also told me it would take two to four hours. Four hours later I called and they told me they hadnt even looked at the phone. 15 minutes later they told me it wasnt the battery it was the motherboard. They also told me I voided my warranty because my screen was cracked (which it wasnt. The liquid screen THEY installed had a small chip in it). The motherboard would cost +$400 to replace. I sum, they were going to replace the battery, but when it turned out to be a +$400 replacement issue they found a reason to void the warranty. The manager of the store told me they are encouraged to void warranty claims. I used to be a loyal customer. Now I tell people to avoid uBreakiFix.

My 1st encounter was one to forget. I had a cracked screen and could not see anything in my screen. I filled out the claim on a computer and was asked specifically If I could see/receive phone calls or texts. Due to the cracked screen I answered NO!! I scheduled a time for the mobile repair as I had to work that day. I was given a 1pm-3pm window. Well....3pm comes and goes so I called the 800 #. They informed me that the tech attempted to contact me and marked me as a no show cuz I didnt answer his text. Really??? So now I am given the option to take my phone to the nearest shop, which is now my only option as I NEED MY PHONE!!! The place I was sent to closes at 7pm. I arrived there at 4:20pm and was told they dont work on Samsung Note phones after 4pm cuz the repair has potential to take longer than expected. Im kind of at a loss for words at this point. I was told then to come back the following morning. Needless to say I was unhappy...unsatisfied...and without a phone!!! I gave 2 ☆s only because after all that, they did do a good job fixing it. 👏 Otherwise it would have probably been the worst experience Ive had with this sort of situation.

These guys made it happen, I needed my Samsung s20 plus flashed under warranty because of software issues. I called ahead to check availability and they went and started to download the firmware while I was on the phone and told me to come in in an hour so I didnt have to wait very long. Awesome! I came in and they had it flashed in 20 minutes, unfortunately it was the device itself that was messed up hardware wise, for these guys got it handled and I appreciate them for helping!

I have several people on my phone plan. One of them dropped his phone, cracked the screen, and got it repaired through Asurion, at this location. Fast forward 10 months, and his display was glitching, blacking out and becoming unresponsive. I went with him to this location to see about the warranty that they offer. Not only was the gentleman there incredibly disrespectful, but he had the audacity to accuse my colleague of physically damaging the screen himself, and told us to try to scam Asurion instead.Its at this point I should mention that the screen was not cracked, nor was the phone itself blemished in any way. I called Asurion, and they offered free next day shipping on a replacement phone, and verified that the phone damage was not due to user error, but poor quality screen replacement. I would not go to this store for repairs, however, I have had a better experience at the North Las Vegas location, on Craig Rd, even though its a bit more of a drive, Id take your business there.Im not one to post negative reviews, but the customer service I received was abysmal, and I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.
