My wife took her iPhone 8 pro in to iPhone DOCTOR for a back glass replacement so she could trade it in for a iPhone 12. Tmobile said no thank you without repair. Her phone was turned in to iPhone DOCTOR on Thursday the 25th with assurance it would be ready before our trip in 6 days. It was not, but we were told it was if we wanted to drive across town to pick it up on the 31st. I asked about a delivery driver they have and was told well have it here before we close tonight. I came in at closing time and was told the glue was still setting and you can get it tomorrow, itsstill across town. I explained wed be out of town for 6 days the next morning. Well mail it to you. I left frustrated and I felt lied to.I come to pickup the phone after our 6 day trip, on April 5th, theyve had the phone for 11 days now, and Im told to wait they are finishing cleaning the phone. The cashier finally comes out rubbing the screen with a cleaning cloth, sorry but we got some glue on the screen. The glue smudges are obvious in the picture attached.I highly recommend staying away from this business, it is disorganized, and they seem in a constant state of trying to figure out what is going on with the product they service. They do shoddy,, sloppy work in a very untimely fashion. At least that is my experience. We will never go back. Too bad there is not negative star reviews, itd fit here!!

I cracked my iphone 8 and brought it here the customer service was phenomenal and the price was very reasonable. I was in and out within an hour and I would definitely recommend coming here. The employee Mason who helped me did a great job and worked very quickly!

Do not go to iPhone Doctor to have the LCD screen replaced on your Apple Watch.After two weeks, they said they could not find the parts to replace the screen. I went in today to pick up my watch.They gave it back to me in pieces. I went to a new service store and they advised me the battery and bracket were missing.Long story short, I contacted the service tech Jake and the owner Jose. They basically accused me or the new service provider of lying about the missing pieces, i.e., trying to scam them.Not only could they not replace the LCD screen as promised they cost me more money having to now replace the battery and bracket, too.The owner, Jose, will attack my character and behavior, which is an absolute lie. Read the other negative reviews and see his response. He is deflecting by attacking.Update: July 21, 2020Jose at iPhone Doctor the owner, who said in his response to my review of his business, that said he had refunded my deposit, has not.Furthermore, after going to different Apple Watch repair, GadgetMates, on Eastern. They informed me that the watch had been damaged beyond repair. They replaced the LCD screen and battery. They advised the watch must have been damaged when Jake at iPhone Doctor attempted to replace the LCD screen.This makes more sense because it did not make sense that the iPhone Doctor could not find a replacement LCD screen in the two weeks they had it. GadgetMates had two LCD in stock and took a few minutes to replace it, in front of me.iPhone Doctor cost me a $500 Apple Watch that was only 1½ years old, working just fine, except for cracked LCD screen.Insult to injury, I had to contact Visa to dispute iPhone Doctors charges, even though he promised a refund for not being able to repair my watch.Update: 8/3/2020 The owners replay speaks volumes. He does not deny he was unable to replace the screen after two weeks. And, I have not received a refund.Update 8/29/20 Because I did not receive a refund as promised, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I was credited back the charge (see photo). Jose, the owner, still owes me $50 because I used a gift card for part of the payment.

Took my phone in because the charging port was not working. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks with either no response or excuses on why the part hasn’t come in. Nothing should take 3 weeks. 1 star for service only because there isn’t a 0

My iPhone X quit charging so I went to this place they told me they will order the part it would take 3 days but I would be without my phone for 2 days because they need to take it to the other store unless I dropped it off there then I would get it back same day. So I went ahead and ordered the part. A few days go by heard nothing I called they said it was gonna be there that day. I called the next day they still didn’t have the part. I stopped by the next day to check how long the girl that works there was locked out of the building waiting for someone to come let her in. 🙄 A few more days go by they said they had to order the part from Apple. So here I am almost 3 weeks in with a phone that will only charge on a wireless charger and still haven’t heard from them!!!! Horrible horrible service. If you repair iPhones why do you not have parts to fix them!!! I should of read the reviews before going to this place!

Brought my MacBook Pro in for new screen, it sat at the shop for 10 days and they hadn’t even ordered new part. I called and they lied saying they had ordered it and it would be 2 more weeks for the repair. I said email me proof you have ordered part, they couldn’t. I got my $580 back. Terrible service, never going back!

Super great service! My charging port on my phone wasnt working well at all - it was on its last legs. They fixed that, cleaned my phone, and then threw in a new phone case and screen all for a low discounted price! I feel like a got a new phone. Im so glad I came here for my iPhone needs.BUT, I had to pay cash for the special and didnt get a receipt, so I dont know if there was something special about the service done, I dont think they fudged with my phone or downloaded any data. In any case, Im happy with the work done.

I’m so glad I found this place! David and Jazz Man were incredibly fast and priced right! Everyone else I called wanted me to leave my phone 2 to 4 hours to fix a broken camera on my iPhone. Great Service from Best iPhone DOCTOR- Stephanie, We Repair ANY Wireless Device.! Had to bring in my device here to get revived by the best technicians! They guide you throughout the entire process when you come to the booth. The manager, Kris C. was very helpful and checked in with me the following day, just to make sure the device was working properly. Now that my device is back and running, HOPEFULLY i wont ever crack my device ever again. I recently visited iPhone Dr, on Stephanie and needed help in charging my phone, my charging port had shorted out and couldnt be charged using a charging cord. Devine out front took the time to try and fix the port for me. Then, he enlisted the advise of their tech Jorge who put my battery on a universal battery charger. The customer service at this location is terrible. Yorch was rude, unclear and closed the store early so when I arrived 10 minutes before closing I was unable to get my phone back. When I asked him why he closed early he said he did not and called me a liar. 100% I won’t use them again. Yorch you lost my business.

I got my phone fixed however there was a scratch/ crack on the top of the screen when i got back home. The biggest problem is when I went back a week later to tell them when they put the screen on they made my home button stuck I asked if they could fix it they wanted 35$ I asked about the warranty they ask for the receipt and I told him I gave them the receipt when I picked up the device originally they said they can only fix the stuff they replaced. I asked about the scratch / crack and they wanted to charge me again because they believed I broke the screen. How can you have a warranty if you dont let them use it if somethings wrongI wish them well but I wont be coming back to this place.

The customer service rep was very helpful for a problem that was eventually determined to be an Android update issue and not a phone issue.

I got a phone screen repaired here in March 2019. It worked in the store when I got it, but when I got home I was having problems. The bottom left quadrant of phone was not working. About 75% of the time the calibration was completely off and/or i couldnt press any keys in that corner, even after closing all apps and reopening. Due to restricted hours of work I dealt with the screen for a month before trying to fix it. I called to see if I could get it repaired, but I was outside of my 30 day warranty so they said Id have to buy a whole new screen. After talking with the manager they were able to extend my warranty and fix my faulty product. Moral of the story- first, check to make sure its actually working before you leave the store. Second, if its not working after you get home, bring it back in within 30 days! Luckily they also had good customer service and were able to work with me. Thank you.

🚨🚨🚨Jose J Figueroa is a liar and a cheat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE it is a guarantee THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Came to get my screen fixed. Everything went well, it was like brand new. Tried to make a call and realized my headset speaker was broken. The speaker was fine before I went to get the phone fixed so I knew it had something to do with the person who fixed it. I took the phone back in hopes that they would be honorable but there is no honor amongst thieves! From the gate, the idiot at the front was impractical. He is obviously detached from the English language and cant comprehend fully because when I informed him of the problem his response was they were only liable for the screen and IT DIDNT MATTER IF THEY BROKE IT OR NOT. Crazy right?He then referred to their policy which states they are NOT liable for damages that occur AFTER they fix the phone, not while the phone is in their possession. I know how to read, obviously he doesnt because he referred me to a policy that does not help them in this situation. My speaker was fine before I took my phone to this place and now theyre refusing to fix it. This place has no integrity and could care less you chose to spend your HARD EARNED MONEY with them. Save your $100 and spend it with someone who respects your money and cares. These people will give you the middle finger and move on. I just pulled up documents to file a formal complaint with the state. Ill be sure to do a follow up!
