I wanted a new model and they sold me a tv thats three years and told me it was new. My definition of new is different from them. They told me the tv can be five years old and be on shelf and not taking out of the is new. My tv has something wrong with the Wi-Fi. It says it willnt connect and I find out today. When they got my tv they give me wrong information. Told it would be two weeks before my tv be done im come by today then their telling that they just shipping off too get fixed so I got wait another two weeks. Give me the right informatiom when you pick up my tv. Now im alittle angry.

I ordered a stainless fridge a lil bit back. They are hard to get but Elizabeth and Micheal have continually tried to get me one until it has finally came. They even put a temporary fridge in until mine got here. They have your back when you need it. Worth calling them for sure!

The details are easy. Rent one showed up on my doorstep unannounced to deliver my purchase made online. I was recovering from a car wreck with a broken ankle and ribs and told the manager this. I was not prepared for a delivery or anyone to visit and sent them away. How unprofessional. Then i request my money back and I am still waiting for my money to be returned to my card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This place is great when in a bind as long as you steer clear of Rosalind Rollins. She is rude and disrespectful and does not value the customers of Rent One. I’m uncomfortable with this woman having my personal info. Shocking she is a manager.

I have always rented to own from Rent One in the past but whenever my furniture finally arrived at the store, I was not impressed at all with the person in charge. She has an overbearing and rude demeanor towards not only myself but i overheard how she was speaking with a customer over the phone! I am seriously regretting that I ever ordered anything from that place. The lady who waited on me in October, whenever I ordered my furniture was very polite and went above and beyond! One other note, the other young lady that was working at the store this evening was welcoming, but the one in charge, i guess, she could use some customer service manners or training. I do not think I will no longer be a good customer after I pay this furniture off!!!😡😡😡

I have been a customer of Rent One for about 10 years and have spent every bit of $30,000.00 there and will not be back until they get a new manager. Rosiland is very unprofessional and rude. She is lazy and doesnt want to do her job. Not sure where they found her but she needs to go back to wherever she came from. My guess is they dont want her either. I will not be going to any other Rent One either, shouldnt have to. I am going to make sure everyone sees all these bad reviews about her too before they shop there. Go to RTO people, at least the staff there are outgoing and PROFESSIONAL!

Ms. Ros really takes care of me any time that I call. The staff there is very patient and they know how to take care of ppl. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for your help

My mom referred me and she is their #1 customer. I expected a good experience. They flooded my apartment twice because they didnt put my washer in correctly. They sold me damaged property. Back in 2018 they broke my door frame trying to get my dryer in the bathroom. My landlord told me if they dont fix it, its coming out of my pocket. Ive reached out for over 2 years to SEVERAL people including previous manager Jerry, Justin, Rosiland, and even regional manager Donny. None of which will give me a call back. Rosiland is by far the rudest person Ive ever came across. My mother took my last payment in because I had just had surgery so I couldnt get out and when she arrived, she asked rosiland once again about my door frame and she said she would send someone out. Shes told me that at least twice and no one has came. I was on the phone with my mother during the last payment and she told me she was sorry I had to go thru so much with these people (had to get my washer fixed and replaced 6 times because it kept having the same issues) and she was glad I didnt have to deal with it anymore and rosiland started screaming I aint gotta send anybody out at all how bout that and since then, I have been ignored, all the people I have reached out to have never gave me a call back and I still have a broken door frame. I understand everyones experience is different but I will NEVER be back here, I dont recommend business until they replace rosiland. SHE IS VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I ordered a bedroom suit off line witch wasnt in stock. I understand they had to order it and they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get it I was fine with that but it was ordered September 27th and here it is November 13 and they just now saying it got to the store yesterday and wont be delivered till Friday the 15th. I have all ready made my first week payment when I ordered. I think for waiting so long I should get a couple weeks free or throw a mattress in with it. For 3 weeks free. They never called to keep me posted on the situation I had to call them several times.

This place is not where I am gonna do any more business.I was lied to time and time again. Long story ... From the time I bought the tv in November they said my payment was due. The black Friday promotion said Jan 3 ...If its not paid in full by March 28 have to make full payment of cost of a new TV. Ridiculous... Promotion again got cheated... Had to call Curt mngr. And Regional manager Donnie to get my account right... I am done ... Thanks but no thanks 😱😱😱

They are not fast with their escalations I had a big problem and 2 months ago, brought it to their attention after having their stuff in my house for only two or three days and here we are two months later and still nothing has been done. I am done with rentone and will never be a customer of theirs every again. I would much rather go to Aaron’s and get ripped off then to be a customer of there’s again. All of this wasted money on their stuff now is going to cost me 750 bucks to get my house back to the way it was before I did business with these. Plus non of the people beside one will call you back or even talk to me. This is crazy how some ppl do business these days.

Wouldnt fix ice marker on our side by side fridge. We even paid for extra warranty..... For almost 2 and a half months they said we ordered a new ice maker. Then told me it didnt come in. Sent someone to look at it all they did was open door and said oh the ice maker isnt working.... And tv kept shutting off and would freeze up.... And they just said ok.
