I really like this store. Went and got a couple mattress toppers today. Look to be good quality. My only beef no fly swatter. I wanted the kind that electricute them but no go. My search will continue until I find the tennis racket bug killer! I hate all these flies. Had a salt gun that I would leave on the patio. Love the salt gun but heat destroyed it. Cant leave any thing outside.

What has happened to Bed, Bath, & Beyond? This chain of stores used to be one of my favorites. When we lived in Henderson, this store was the BB&B that we frequented most often. Before that, when we lived in Los Angeles, my wife and I used to stop into the local BB&B, almost bi-weekly. We liked it so much that we would often browse the aisles to check out all the new products and ideas on the market. We would even pay the higher prices, knowing there were lower prices available. But the return policy, customer service, and merchandise were justification enough to spend the extra money. That is no longer the case at BB&B.Unfortunately, those days appear to be long gone. And Bed, Bath, & Beyond seems like its on life support at this point. The shelves are bare; the prices are too high, the staff is nowhere near as helpful and friendly as in the past, not to mention that they appear understaffed, causing the issues I just mentioned. They put on the appearance of pandemic regulations, but there is almost none within this store. Look at what I found in the bathroom, which speaks volumes to how this store cares about cleanliness and sanitation, not to mention basic hygiene. No bathroom in a big box store should never look like this. I tried to rationalize how it got this way, but the intense odor only signifies that no one has checked this bathroom for hours, maybe days.I genuinely hope that this store and other BB&Bs get back on track, but Ive been watching the downward trend of this chain since well before the pandemic and dont believe that its strictly COVID-19 related.If youre reading this Bed, Bath, & Beyond, take heed because Ill not return to this store and others if I dont see the reversal of this unfortunate trend in the next few visits.AT A GLANCE REVIEW:RECOMMENDED: NoSERVICE: Not great.PRICE: $$$COVID: Minimally follows pandemic guidelines.PARKING: Convenient. There are some great items on sale they dont have any bags to take your purchases out with though

They dont have a lot of stock it was hard to find what I want in but with the help of a very professional person in the store I did find it it was perfect

Drove north over an hour to shop here because they closed the Bullhead City NV store...it was a nice drive.

The store was clean but what I really liked about the store, all the neat gadgets were not there. So the store is really just bed and bath with no beyond anymore.

Ordered an item online and went to pick it up. High number if specialty home items available.

I ordered online for pickup. Pickup was the worst because I got there before 3 other pick up orders, signed into the site to let them know I was there and the other cars for there orders first. Furthermore, I got the wrong item. So screw convenience, Ill just go back to going inside the store for my product

The staff is friendly and helpful. They applied my 20% off coupon after I paid because I had just found it. They have everything you can imagine for the kitchen and great prices on towels. Bedding is still overpriced, but is a good quality.

The employees go above and beyond. One lady saw I had hand my hand full and wanted a mirror she came and got it and few other items from me and put them at the register. So nice and helpful!

What I wanted wasnt in stock, however, after asking 2 others, one employee was helpful in being able to tell us that. The first 2 employees didnt even know if they carried the item.

Place was not in normal bed bath and beyond condition. Besides not finding what I went in for felt very uncomfortable because they kept telling people closing time every 5 minutes. We were at the register before 7 and still feel like we were being pushed out. This location is definitely not ran like a usual bed bath and beyond.

Great gadgets, decor, home goods and everything between, you can spend hours walking inside in this store.

Gotta love BB and B. I go here especially to purchase flavors for my soda stream, but they just have about anything you might need for your home. They have a new program (App) now where you can sign up for an overall 20% discount on all purchases goods. It costs $29, but I saved $42. It is good for a year. So if you forget your coupons, you dont have to worry about it any longer!

I havent been in a Bed Bath &Beyond in a few years. I really like their section of cubbies, so much to choose from. Plastic, cloth, wicker etc.. Their knife section is a must. A good grade knife is a must especially in the glass cases.

There is only one that I know of and its this one here in Henderson...however, it is certainly worth the trip because they have so many items for your home that no one else carries. Fully and highly recommend coming....and dont forget to look in the weekend paper for their coupons....btw...a trick to using multiple coupons here is to split your order up into 2 or 3 different purchases one after the other as you cant combined coupons but u can u make 3 purchases and use 3 different coupons ....each coupon saves $5.00 = $15.00 in overall savings.

Today I had the best customer service at this store location in Henderson! I ordered my items on-line just to picked it up at the store, (which is very convenient, by the way) I was in a rush when I came in and as soon as I walked in the door...I thought it was going to take me forever to get out of there, because its a very busy store. BUT it didnt at all. Every employee there was very helpful and nice, specialty Barb!BARB help me on everything that I needed it and BEYOND. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY DAY AND HELPING ME OUT!!!

I walked around almost an hour until I finally asked this guy who was stalking shelves and he helped me find the stuff and order the rest of the items online to ship to my house. This was on Tuesday around 2pm.

Another one of my favorite stores to browse around in. I can usually find what I need when I shop there. I usually go there when Im looking for something specific. They almost always have it, and I can usually get a 20% discount with one of their coupons.
