This was one of the best experiences of purchasing of a mattress that I have ever had. We were not pressured we were shown what I wanted, and I would definitely go back again.

Went to The Galleria location on Sunset and Shawn was a major help in getting me what I needed so I could get rid of my old mattress and get a new one that won’t have me waking up in pain and get it sooner than later! I ordered a simple foundation for a CA King as I was bringing a newer mattress from another home. The delivery men arrived on time. They arrived only with the box part of the foundation and not the metal bottom frame. I SPECIFICALLY ordered the entire foundation on the phone w the store manager. So the delivery men could not set up the bed and I was changed $148 for this “service” which couldn’t be completed. I called the next day and was told there was a frame at a store 25 min away. I purchased the frame and was informed the box had been opened. At home upon setting up the frame it was missing multiple pieces. So today I will have to drive across town to the warehouse to return the bad frame and get a new one in a sealed box. This has been a NIGHTMARE and taken part of 2 days to set up a simple bed that I paid $148 for someone to do and now I will have to do it myself. I will never recommend a purchase here to anyone.

Shawn at Mattress Firm at Galleria was very helpful. My wife and I have been wanting a new mattress for a while now. She (suffered) for 9 months in our current mattress while being pregnant with our daughter. Ive suffered on it for the entire time Ive owned it, which is about 6 years. I have fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome. I also snore, or dream Im a tractor. So, our chiropractor recommended a Tempur-pedic memory foam mattress. We were immediately happy and noticed a HUGE difference in the support, comfort, and relief from pain and pressure in my back and legs. There were a few extra added bonuses, like pillows, delivery, and removal of our old mattress, that were thrown in to our deal as well. Shawn did a great job, and were incredibly pleased with our purchase. I almost fell asleep while trying it out in the store. Shawn was such a great salesman, I thought he was going to offer me a warm glass of milk and some slippers, just to get the full experience of this bed. Cant wait for it to arrive! Financing was quick and easy, and we were all set. Looking forward to a good night sleep and waking with less pain.

My husband and I were in search of a new mattress. I had recently lost my mom, who we were caring for in our home. When we walked into Mattress Firm, Jack approached us with a friendly but not over-bearing greeting. Unbeknownst to him, I was struggling with overwhelming grief and just wanted to get a mattress and go home. However, his warm demeanor and willingness to truly find me the best mattress, gently changed my mood. He took the time not to necessarily show us the most expensive brand, but those he thought, would best suit our needs.In addition, the sales were amazing. Shopping for mattresses sucks and the value is very subjective since its very hard to compare different brands. So you might not agree with the prices that I liked.Shawn is great and Mattress Firm is lucky to have him. Great customer service that honestly went above and beyond what I expected. Wasnt too happy with some of the other people I dealt with(I went multiple days) and I almost bought a bed somewhere else. As for the quality of the mattress very poor BeautyRest800 Matt Queen Prime..I’ve purchased a mattress for temporary use from (tram-laW) that was more comfortable. Hopefully the new one is better.
