We bought not only a mattress, but a whole bedroom set at the beginning of 2019 from this store. Awesome experience. My husband and I ran out of several mattresses stores before coming to this one because the sales reps were so aggressive and pushing what they wanted us to buy, not what we wanted. I can’t remember her name now, but the woman who helped us at this location was so professional and friendly. She walked us through what she would suggest based on what we were looking for, then gave us some space to decide for ourselves what we liked best. Delivery of mattress, bedroom furniture, and box spring was so fast. Even the delivery driver was helpful. We overestimated how thick the box spring needed to be, and after the delivery man put everything together, we knew we couldn’t live with a bed that tall... so we quickly called the store, she resolved the issue SAME DAY, and the superhero driver turned around and swamped out the box spring. Highly recommend!!

I was reluctant as I had a good experience someplace else and was going to go back there. I was really glad we stopped here. Phil was really great to work with. No high pressure. Very informative. My son and I both walked out happy. They delivered the same day. The men set up our beds with frames and help me move some furniture around. We love HALF PRICE MATTRESS ( GREAT NEW LOCATION ACROSS FROM RAISING CANE CHICKEN ON STEPHANIE ST HENDERSON. We had a great time here we had a man named Phil help us all out. we love the Star Wars posters everywhere. Phil helped us pick out a great mattress with all the trimmings, with everything included we paid considerably less than elsewhere. They were very nice overall the store was big and spacious and clean and we love our new mattress they had a sale on the box and just about everything else. I have bought both mine and my daughters beds at Half Price Mattress in Henderson off of Wigwam Parkway. I bought my queen size bed there three years ago, and not only do I absolutely LOVE my mattress, but the staff left such a lasting impression on me that I decided to go back and purchase my daughters bed from the same place yesterday (as she had outgrown her toddler bed.) The second I walked in the door, Jim, one of the busy men working behind the desk immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. He asked me what I was looking for and without any hesitation took me around the store to show and explain to me my different options and what they had to offer. I ended up purchasing a full size bed and frame for my little one at a great price. They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes all while assisting other customers. Ive waited in line at Starbucks longer than that!! Jim and the other guys working made me feel welcome, well tended to and I walked out a happy and satisfied customer. My daughters bed was delivered and set up in her room in less than an hour later. If anyone in Henderson or the Las Vegas area is looking for a comfortable nights sleep EVERY night, a great deal, fast and friendly service, and mattresses at an unbeatable price, the attention and information you need on your purchase and interest...then I wouldnt send you anywhere unless it was at Half Price Mattress. I first went to Mattress Firm then to Best Mattress, both places had a high pressure sales person and their mattresses were way over priced. Then I decided to give Half Price Mattress a try and without a doubt this was the best experience I ever had buying a new mattress, Cristina the sale person gave me no high pressure sale tactics and she was very knowledgeable in Mattress technology and showed me exactly the right mattress I needed at an astounding price. I highly recommend this mattress store if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

5 year review. I bought my king size mattress and box spring at Half Price Mattress a little less than 5 years ago. It is the Double Diamond Bamboo model and I paid around $600. It was a middle of the line mattress. Honestly, I couldnt be happier with my purchase. This mattress is very comfortable and it still feels like brand new. I make more money now than I did back then, but I wont have to spend it on a new mattress any time soon because this one is still great. I sleep great on this mattress. I have since moved to a Florida and wish we had a Half Priced Mattress store here.

I had an issue with a mattress I bought over a year ago. The manufacturer, Kingdom Enterprises, did not stand behind their product but Half Price Mattress did.As a retail store owner and dealer for various manufacturers, I know that out of some of the products I sell, one will eventually have an issue. You hope the manufacturer stands behind their product because if they dont, we retailers are the ones that usually feel the heat of unhappy customers.I would like to thank Half Price Mattress for stepping up and taking care of the issue. I highly recommend doing business with them and I will be back when I need another mattress.

We visited several retailers including most of the mattress stores and warehouse stores in the area, nothing could beat Half Price Mattresses. Wonderful customer service! We were very frustrated trying to find two full sets of twin mattresses within a reasonable price. Half Price Mattresses took the time to see what we needed and was able to give us a much lower price then the other stores we visited! HPM even set up a delivery for a nominal fee that included hauling away our old mattress! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a no hassle service that provides comfortable mattress and the best price in town!

Order 2 for kids brand new mattreses and one for us king. When dilivery matreses when we open up big strong stinky glue or something smell for 1 day we can not even be in the house. Ok i contact finally try to prove matres its not new the say we cgange it ok They bring new ones 2 for kids same no amell but for us diferent brand which is brake down now... not even 6 months old. We ask for refund refused....Stay a way!
