I am hoping to give a better review later today. But the experience in the store was excellent with Owen...it was not my son went to the warehouse to pick up my pillow. They gave him the wrong pillow! It was a cheaper pillow...not what I ordered and not what Owen had let them know. It is still factory sealed...so they better exchange it for the one I originally ordered..

Ben at Mattress Firm is awesome and helpful. I needed a base for my bed quickly. Ben showed me my options quickly made sure my I had the warranty and protection I needed and made sure I would be able to pick it up the same day.

My husband n I went to Mattress Firm at 410 Marks street in Henderson. We were greeted by Kyle who displayed a high level of knowledge regarding all mattresses of interest. We made a purchase on the spot for an adjustable bed and mattress. Kyle was very polite and courteous. We got our delivery in two days. The delivery was made by Michael Banks and his son. They were also well versed on the installation of the new bed and removal of our old mattress.The entire experience was very enjoyable and professional. We went to Mattress Firm Warm Springs to buy a new mattress for our spare room. Laurie Hunchar was a great help in providing us with several options and kept the cost within our budget. My first thought was, because this is a spare room I would just get a slab of granite to discourage visitors from staying too long. But Laurie convinced me to buy a much more affordable pillow top mattress and a quality box spring.The delivery went very smoothly and they even arrived a little early!! I picked out a certain mattress that I needed for my back pain. My boyfriend and I went in that same day and met with Steve and Laurie. They were super helpful and kind and really listened to what we wanted and needed without pushing for other things. They had us try out a few beds in case the one we wanted wasnt the right fit. Went to Mattress Firm Warm Springs on Saturday to investigate a new mattress. I was greeted by Cassandra who guided me through the process. She is technically knowledgeable and did not try to hard sell any particular brand or type. Once I chose the mattress and foundation that I preferred, the purchase process went smoothly. I received a call 2 hours later to schedule my delivery and setup for the next day. The delivery men came right on time and efficiently set up the system and removed my old mattress within 20 minutes. The entire process from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this store for anyone who may want to purchase a mattress.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a semi-firm Queen mattress with a foundation and frame on a very tight budget in a tight timeframe--we were very concerned that we might not find anything that would work for us. We walked in about 30 minutes before closing, but Skylar was attentive and did everything she could to get us an amazing deal; we were able to take the mattress home same-day and schedule delivery for the other pieces in time for our move. It was a quick, simple, and seamless experience at a time in our lives when many things have been the opposite.

I have used Mattress Firm for that last two years to purchase, deliver and assemble beds for my three children attending college. When I began searching for the best business to meet our needs, I actually became frustrated with the competitors sales reps that were just concerned in making a sale and not listening to our requests about delivery out of the city to Reno where my children were attending UNR. They also used our appearance to decide what to actually show us despite our actual request. As I mentioned earlier, I have purchased three beds thus far from Mattress Firm that includes one for myself. I consider myself a tough sell when it comes to mattresses. I am retired military with numerous surgeries to include joint replacements and back surgeries. Not only were the sales reps very knowledgeable of their inventory, design, capabilities, and features but place me with the best package of frame with features, mattress, pillows, and even linens. All considerations dealt with my disabilities preventing the ability to get a good night rest. Zero gravity and various merchandise they have to help keep your body temperature cool was a perfect fit. This was only capable due to the fact they listen, their experience level, people skills, and determination to help, NOT JUST MAKE A SALE. The Sale Reps that assisted me and I highly recommend are JACK HART and DAVE PENROD.

We had a great experience at this mattress firm location. We were assisted by Chris. Our plan was to try different stores and we ended up purchasing our mattress here. We bought a cal king temper pedic bed. The brand and mattress speaks for itself. Although, we didn’t get to try the specific bed because it was in old inventory, we knew we couldn’t go wrong. Chris was very personable and knowledgeable with the mattresses.Delivery was right one time and professional. They set it up quickly. We didn’t have a mattress to get rid of, but they do offer it.I highly recommend them.

My husband and I went in on a Friday to purchase a mattress was greeted by Chris and had a wonderful experience purchasing our mattress was told it was out of stock and it would look be delivered On Monday which was fine since my husband was having surgery and we want to make sure he had a new bed Call Monday to find out when my drop off time was found out that Chris failed to notify us that our mattress would not be delivered till August 5th Chris was well aware that we want to make sure that my husband had a new bed when coming home from back surgery Never want from the day we laughed until I called on Monday where we notified about anything When we called we spoke at Leslie who was amazing She did everything she could for us understanding why we wanted the bed and everything so I highly recommend going through Leslie and not through Chris since it seems all he wanted was the sale

I’ve been trying to get a king sized mattress for quiet a bit of time now but with this pandemic going on it’s pretty difficult cause you want a reasonable price and a comfortable bed but every store is closed right now so there’s no testing a bed before you buy. I called just to see how to go about it and right off the bat Nick was insanely helpful and offered to email me different beds that he would recommend and explained to me the different ways I can go about it so if I don’t like it i’m not stuck with it. Within an hour or so we ended up purchasing a bed. Through the whole process Nick was really really helpful and informative to every single detail. I know without his help and how much he cared to make sure I had all the information I needed, I would’ve waited for this purchase and i’m very grateful for how much he went out of his way to give me the best service :) It was a boxed up mattress and he told me to give it some time to settle before judging it. As soon as I laid on it, it was instant love, I had a memory foam mattress before this one and this one feels soooo much better, also a perfect size! Thank you so much for your help Nick and for taking care of my boyfriend and I to find the perfect bed through all of this!
