Clean store, very friendly staff, with a great selection of offerings. I always get the name brand first aid / Heath selections over the Walgreens private label items. The candy pricing is fantastic! This is the best place to stock up on movie candy in town! Along with the added coupons/points the Walgreens brand is always my choice over CVS. The only challenging aspect of this location is that depending on the time of day, you will experience longer than average wait times at the drive thru pharmacy; but the staff is so friendly it compensates for the lost time in line.

There is always a long wait at the pharmacy, including drive thru and inside. For convenience, they offer delivery of meds once they are ready, but dont bother, because it will show shipped but wont actually ship and you will continue getting reminders to pick them up. And when that happens, dont bother trying to call the pharmacy to fix it, because you will be on hold for as long as it will take you to drive there and wait in the ridiculous line.

Mickey, a trainee at this pharmacy, does not know how to listen to customer or how to verbally communicate. Instead, she repeats herself over and over and also makes the customer repeating too. What a wasting time and efforts especially after waiting for a long for my turn in the long line. I kept referring to what I found from the walgreen website, which cites CDCs recommendation to take both flu and covid shots together at the same time, but she kept saying our store recommends to have a term between the 2 shots. I can understand anyone can make a mistake or may not be aware of every information on their webpage, but her attitudes especially as a trainee do not qualify her at all as a potentially good provider.

This Walgreens Pharmacy location consistently does a poor job filling prescriptions. When I drop off a prescription, the pharmacist will often tell me that the medication will be ready to be picked up later the same day. About half the time, they will delay filling the prescription, and it wont be ready to be picked up until several days later. The Walgreens mobile app and web site are pretty useless at determining the cause of the delay as well.I would suggest that you avoid using this Walgreens location for your prescriptions, unless you want your prescription refill process to be an unpredictable and frustrating experience.

Made an appointment online to get my 9yr old son tested for covid so he could go back to school. It gave me a 9:45am slot on a Sunday, only to arrive and find out they dont open till 10. Sat in the pharmacy drive thru for 25 minutes bc their instructions were to arrive 5 minutes early. Called the store manager to found out whats going on, and that person told me they are a sub and has no idea what to do. My car is older and even tho we were in the shade, I was worried about letting my vehicle idle. We sat in the heat for way too long. Bc I was sitting there, several cars pulled in next to me thinking they were open. They were obviously upset to find out they werent open yet, giving me dirty looks as if i was some kind of oxy fiend. Once I finally received the test, I was told 72 hours for the results. Its now past 72 hours and still no results. My son has missed more days than needed. Definitely will not be returning to this location. With this being said, I understand lots of places are understaffed during this pandemic. Regardless, my experience was definitely negative. Also, I didnt notice that I signed up for a test that was not rapid. So I take some of the blame.

Worst Walgreens location I have ever been to. The drive thru pharmacy tech was swearing at a customer and talking down to his own employee. 3 of our family members received dose 1 of there covid shots there and the person who gave it to them forgot to fill out and give them there vaccination cards. Total fiasco at this location and scary.

The pharmacy has gone downhill since Phil left. Just BAD now. There is no expectation for them to be better it seems. Today they gave out personal and medical info for me and my family to the wrong person and identified us by name! Then figured a oops sorry would suffice. Dont refill correctly, Ive had to go back multiple times because they didnt give the right amount of meds, and timing is never correct. Itll be ready by 11 today? That means in 2 days maybe.... The store itself is fine.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this store for over 10 years now (at least once per week) I have always been greeted and assisted with a smile and appreciate the kindness received from the pharmacy, to the isles, to the cashiers. I have witnessed the team deal with (in my opinion) unnecessarily difficult customers with kindness and good attitudes. Thank you, Walgreens Team

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They constantly text me my prescription is ready and when I go to pick it up they tell me it’s not ready. This has happened 4 times! I don’t mind then they tell me it will be ready in a 1 hour, no problem. I go back 3 hours later they don’t have my medicine. I had surgery and they were a pain to get my medicine! Not only that they denied the medicine my doctor wrote me!!! It’s a prescription this is very disappointing

Call the pharmacy and waited for 25 minutes before I gave up.

I have been going to this Walgreens for 8 years, purchasing items several tumes every week. Have all my families prescriptions there. Havent had any problems until recently over a price dispute. The manager is rude and provides no customer service. A very arrogant individual. I was very disappointed as he had no resolution to the problem. Being a loyal customer, I expected more. They have lost my business and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. The manager should be trained in conflict resolution.

Every time I come here I end up waiting for my prescription.... no matter if I call ahead, online order( with confirmation email), or follow verbal instructions( it will be ready in 45 mins). Never fails and always a waste of time.

This Walgreens pharmacy USED to be fast, efficient and friendly. Waiting over 30 mins at the window when my scripts are ready is unacceptable. That was today. Last week I was the only car at the window and waited over 20 mins just to be served. Im moving my business to prescriptions by mail, the long waits are ridiculous, even during covid.

Received text message “the medications ready for pick up” from this store at 4pm. BUT!!! 4:35pm - when I was there to pick up, Elaine told me “it’s not ready.”4:43pm received another text message “Ready for pickup“. 7:05pm I drive through the window for pick up. BUT!!! Elaine insists that I have to park in parking lot pick up spot, she’ll bring it to me.I Parked on “pick up” parking spot & wait more than 10min, call her for the status. She said:”Sorry I don’t know you wait outside, I’ll bring it to you now.”After another 10min, I called her again. She said:”why you wait on parking lot? We never deliver to parking spot.”I was wondering if her brain functioning properly, and I have to talk to her manager!

Need more help. Waited 25 minutes at drive thru. Im moving my prescriptions to Vons. Told prescription was to be ready at 4:30 at 5:00 told me to come back 5:30.

The pharmacy techs need re training from somebody other than LYNN THE MANAGER! LYNN IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND IVE NEVER HAD MORE DIFFICULTY AT A PHARMACY IN MY 20PLUS YRS!!!! I recommend not using this pharmacy unless its your last option!!!!!!!!!!

This location also likes to hold narcotics past thirty days to seniors whom need them.

Lax covid precaution in pharmacy. I was waiting inside at pharmacy area when a middle age guy with name tag ‘matt’ walked up and started chatting with pharmacists inside. He was NOT covering his nose - his mask was only covering his mouth. He then poked his head through behind plexiglass and even lowered his mask to talk to the pharmacists working inside. None of the workers bothered to correct or try to change behavior.

Dont open registers for one person, when youve declined someone else.

This pharmacy is ridiculous!! They never have the prescription ready even after being told by the pharmacy inept staff that the prescription will be ready to pick it up. I am not sure who is hiring these people but there is need for some serious training!! Ill be taking my prescriptions elsewhere!! I would have given them no stars but that is not an option given!!

Friendly staff but the men’s bathroom is not cleaned daily. Has questionable stains on urinal that have been there for days.

This store has gone downhill. Recently went to pick up photos and nobody was at the photo department. We pushed the button and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally someone came out (the manger). Didn’t even offer an apology for the wait, instead, she was quick to get us out of the store. She pointed over to the cashier and told us to go there. The cashier didn’t even say one word to us. One thing I can’t stand is poor customer service, and this store has it.

Ive never had any issues with walgreens until i went to this location. The techs in the pharmacy were extremely rude, had no patience to answer my questions, and even tried to tell me i only had 2 prescriptions when there was clearly 3 separate prescriptions written on the sheet. I forgot the names of the two ladies all i know is that one has piercings and the other had glasses. Will not be coming back.

I shop here at least once a week. The store is always so clean and well orgnized and the staff is very friendly. And I always find what I need! I like to shop at this Walgreens.

I called in advance for flu shots and when I get there I asked for the service, the pharmacist said no because they close at 6 (it was 5:40pm). Horrible service.

Always friendly and they open a second register up quickly if there is a line.

I get my meds at the pharmacy, theyre always pleasant and make phone calls to let you know your prescription is ready for pick up.The stores is clean and organize.
