This store, although appeared like the standard store, was drastically lacking in inventory. The refillable wallflowers had a terribly small selection of scents while having a pretty significant selection of Halloween decor (its early August). The store was clean and the staff was helpful, but the inventory of most products was simply to minimal to meet the consumers needs.

This is my family’s go to location. The store is clean and well stocked. Liberty is very friendly and has positive energy. She always remembers us when we come in so that makes us feel welcomed. Sadly we are moving out of state so we will truly miss this location.

It was not crowded at all just sorry I couldnt make a purchase because a customer didnt know how to use the debit machine I waited patently inline for 10mins but tired and left without 😢 a purchase

The prices are amazing! They had enough registers open to accommodate the holiday shopping! And even though the store was crowded, the associates were pleasant, and extremely helpful!

Always helpful with helping me find what Im looking for. Also nice youre allowed to use more than one coupon on one transaction.They are also really good with exchanges with no receipt.All I can say is its been my all time favorite store since I was a teenager which was many moons ago.

I’m a AA adult male with grey hair and I’ve never been so over customer serviced. I couldn’t even focus on why I went in the store. I asked for the men’s collection. As soon as got there, here comes another employee to over sell a fragrance that stunk. I thanked her and said I’ll find her if I need anything else. Literally as soon as I turned around there was her twin asking if I wanted a bag, ok sure thx, I walked away. Stopped to look a gift for gf, and I felt somebody hovering so I look up and see an older white lady looking right me. I don’t know wth is going in this store but it’s extremely uncomfortable to shop in. I just bought the few items I had and left, didn’t even take advantage of the sale, F it.

Great service and the selection was amazing considering it was Christmas Eve. They are doing a great job at this store.

Fellas!!?? Dont know if you will read this but you guys are sleepin on bath and body works. They have some really good body wash and body sprays for men here. My wife always hooks me up but for fathers day I went with her and picked My own out. And let me tell you they smell great. Sucks they the mens section is waaaayyyy in the back but its there. You will not be disappointed TRUST me. If you can about your appearance then you should care about how you smell. Ladies grab a few of these for the man in your life. Husband father grandfather son they will love it. Well not all of them some smell like tussin and old tree bark. But hey if you like it then i live it. Picked up some new ones. Employees were very nice and helpful. I went to buy the Black Cherry Merlot body care. This location did not have it in stock. 😕 I ended up buying Pink Coconut Calypso for now.

Great shopping experience. I spoke with Manager; Lauren earlier in the day to make sure a coupon I recieved in an email was still valid in store and she was very accommodating by checking its validity and assuring me I was able to use it in store. The store was not very busy so she was able to attend to every customer along with the help of another associate. the store was clean and well organized and made shopping a breeze. I will most definitely shop here again.

Just like most Bath and Body works shops in malls. They have lots of testers for different scents. Their new mermaid/ocean line is amazing!

Ive just recently relocated to the Henderson/Las Vegas area. This is my 1st experience at the Galleria mall, and the experience in the bath and body works store was simply OK. The new fragrances were awesome, and so screaming fall! Sweater weather is by far the best! I must say that I was totally not satisfied with their lack of CO Bigelow lip glosses in stock

The only place I buy bath and body products. Wait until they have a buy three get three free sale, otherwise its a waste of money. Their prices are high. $13 for lotions and shower gels.

So, well I love Bath & Body Works I cant stand their prices. Make sure you go and they have the sales. Make sure you get whatever coupons you can. They are way overpriced I would say just dont ever buy anything at full price. They are bound to have a sale on it within no time. The products are good, just make sure you use them before the sense were out. Also just want to mention they have a great return policy so if youre not happy with anything make sure you bring it back there return process is simple and fair and I believe it does not have a time limit. So that almost pays for the fact that its overpriced for me.

I like going to his place because they have nice sales and things and I get gifts and give the people at the church has a blessing
