So its been years since Ive been I to a silly beauty store and it was much cleaner than the ones I remember shopping at years ago. The two ladys at the store were very helpful and courteous, offering help to find items as well as offering to help me find a specific color nail polish I was hoping was available. I turned them down, but that was because Id already found 2 other colors I wanted to try before expanding my colors. I highly recommend stopping by as their knowledge of everything in the store and what to use it for is pretty on point for stylists and even nail specialists. No one was rude, condescending or anything. I was felt very welcome and plan on stopping by again to browse and pick up things I need. =^_^=

Im glad theyre following protocol with masks and gloves. I have a compromised immune system. The ladies were very helpful, Im learning to do my own gel Nails, they set me up with a kit that had all I needed. I cant wait to go back and get more colors of gel polish. The ladies are very friendly.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They helped recommend products that ended up working great for what we needed, and guide us through some things we were confused about. They made sure we got just what we needed and seemed really focused on making sure we got what would give us the best results. Super grateful.

The rudest customer service by far of any Sallys the blonde counter lady is just pure awful

Update went in there 12/27 to purchase some things. I was so annoyed with one of the associates who kept asking my guest and I did we need help. Look we are quite capable of asking for assistance when needed. Your loss prevention tactics were classless. You’re already over priced and unless we just have to buy product as there aren’t any “Beauty supply stores” that really have what I’m accustomed to, won’t be coming back.Decent store, over priced as all Sally’s are, has products but not enough ethnic selections. Only visit when the beauty supply store doesn’t have what I’m needing for a particular style and they are pricey.

Depending on what your looking for they may have it, and other times its just a waste of trip. But im not sure how long they have been doing this but, they now charge for bags; not plastic bags, paper bags; and there small size so hopefully your not shopping and just picking up a few small items or youll rack up a bigger bill purchasing several small paper bags. You would think the customer service would be a whole lot better because of the location, but it sucks.

Alexis was very helpful. I was buying a hair dryer for my wife and I know nothing about hair dryers. Alexis showed me several models and told me they all had a 40% black Friday discount. And if my wife doesnt like it, she has 60 days to return. Thanks so much for the professional help.

I had a terrible experience today. I have always recieved good customer service from this location of Sally Beauty until today. I will not be back. I went in for help with henna natural hair dye. I stood in line for 10 minutes just to ask were to find it. As I was in line a second customer service associate came in and looked as though she was clocking in. When she came from the back and asked if she could ring me up (even though I had nothing but my purse in my hands) I asked for henna hair dye. She said she didnt think they had any. I replied that I had looked for henna hair dye online and Sally Beauty came up first. She had the nerve to ask me to show her online. I was so surprised at the lack of customer service! She wanted me to stand there in the middle of the store and look online! Wow!

Unfortunately I didnt even think to ask the name of the lady that helped me, she had beautiful and colorful dreads though so it will be pretty easy to find out her name next time. Anyways she was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in making sure my purchase was the best savings I could get!

Super unhelpful staff. They did not have the color that I needed for my hair in stock and they couldnt call other stores because the manager was using the phone talking about a personal CA trip. Ive spent over $200 in the last 2 days on hair color and the lady cant end her personal call to help a customer locate and purchase items?! No thank you. I will go out of my way to get customer service. The staff at this location need to either get a new job outside of customer service or go back to school to learn assistance.

Had a receipt past 60 days to return an unused item. Their Return policy on back of receipt says you will get store credit but they said they couldn’t do it because it was past 60 days?? Doesn’t make any sense

Picked up a few things but not what I went in for. Beauty expert was less than. Customer service was lacking. Asked if they whr just out of product that they have carried for a long time or just didnt carry it anymore. She replied with, I dunno, Im new. When asked to get help, she replied that she was on break and couldnt help. Other cashier came out while I was still looking around and original cashier never bothered to ask. Need to step up the customer service Sallys!!
