Store was well stocked and organized. Staff was super helpful. I was at the register and was waiting and waiting for an email for a discount code but it never came, but the employees were patient and not trying to rush me out. I could spend hours juts looking thru this store!!!
I didn’t wear foundation during the entire pandemic because it was hard to color match my olive skin tone and dried out my skin. Mariah saw that I was struggling, came over and got me color matched. She even told me things about my skin type that nobody has ever told me, despite going to Sephora for years! I’m so glad Sephora is allowing color matching again.Shout out to Mariah and Ayesha for their help.

Great low key store to shop. However, they shouldnt be assaulting you with hand sanitizer before they greet you. I understand they are being cautious and truly appreciate that they are on top of everything. However, they need to be a less aggressive and relax when you walk up to enter the store.
I went to Sephora to return an eyeliner (kat Von D) because it was dry so! The lady told me Oh, you can find here all other eyeliners because it is cheaper than the others. (She shows the Sephora brand) They are rude because they discriminate against you, they judge by how you dress.
Ayesha was so helpful, absolutely enjoyed my first experience in Sephora since the pandemic. 💛💯

I went with a friend looking for a neutral eye shadow palette...she finally found one but they didnt have it in stock.
The manager was very rude. While smelling perfumes she approached us to tell us we weren’t allowed to be touching them. Took bottle away From us then started told some of the staff, “our focus today is to not let customers touch stuff they aren’t suppose to.” Like wow lol
I understand the previous reviews of staff not helping. However, when I walk in tell the lady that greeted me I know exactly where I am going and what I am looking for and that I HAVE been in since the pandemic that does not mean call a coworker over to try and push more products on me. It does not mean ask me every two steps if I need help and push MORE products on me. Especially with physical distancing just back off!! Seriously I wasn’t the only customer there but it seems the staff either profiled me as someone to follow cause I didn’t fit their picture of a customer or you really need to teach them to listen to customers and read someone’s body language. Thanks though for reminding me why I go to Town Square where I am NOT profiled or stalked.
Went in around 11 am. Yes, was greeted pleasantly, but after that, nobody ever asked if we needed anything, the three working there were too busy looking at someones phone. So....... Ill go back to Town Square where there they treat you as a person ALWAYS!!!!
All the young ladies working in the store are very helpful to a guy whos completely out of his element. They not only set me up with some great gifts, but offered samples to sweeten the giving.

I just visited Sephora in Green Valley and was not impressed at all. Lots of staff there but none willing to help me. I did have a gentleman say hello to me when I walked in and walked out, but no one offered to help me find what I was looking for. I even asked someone if they had a product I was looking for, she said if it’s not on the shelf it’s out. Alright then. I live 5 minutes down the street and will not come back to this store.
Horrible customer service!!!. Was just at this store for 15 minutes. Walked the entire store looking for a product. I was the only customer in the store at 7 pm, never got asked if I needed help. Then after I asked for help directly from across a few aisles to the 3 associates just standing together talking ...one spoke into her microphone and still nobody came!! Cmon what’s wrong with you guys???

Got a makeover that was the worst ever she made me look like a cartoon character!! And I got a skin Fungus from the tools she used !!! Be aware please
