Tori is AMAZING! I told her It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax so I was scared of the pain.. She explained to me everything that she was doing throughout the whole process and if I’m being honest it didn’t even hurt as bad as I thought it was. We talked as if we were good friends and she’s just super nice. She explained to me the aftercare over the next few weeks. I now have a return appointment coming up shortly!The front desk ladies are just so welcoming as well and very thorough. Got my eyebrows done by Claire today and it was by far the best waxing experience Ive had in a while. She was very friendly and created a very comfortable atmosphere. She took her time with the waxing and did an overall amazing job. Will definitely be coming back.

Found this amazing place today. My wax experience has only been my eyebrows, so going for a brozillian was kinda scary. Everything was faster and less painful than I thought. My technician was very informative and friendly. The wax wasnt too hot and the pain wasnt terrible like you may have seen in movies. The staff in the front was super nice and helpful too. The place was clean and smelled good. I didnt feel ackward being a guy in a wax place. Overall it is super worth the tiny pain and small timeframe of feeling exposed and vulnerable with your cash and prizes out. Definitely will recommend and will return for regular cleanups!

Had an appt and waited outside in the heat for 20 minutes directly in front of the doors in the shade. They would not allow me to get my service done because I had my infant. Believe me I understand all the rules for COVID BS as I have worked every single day of this pandemic. But this company is now denying and discriminating against single mothers and refusing services that have already been pre paid for with their passes!! I drive an hour and a half to the nearest location. I could understand if it was a child that is running about. But he was secured in his carrier and wasnt able to touch anything in the office.

I was waiting in my car for 20 mins then when I was called in I waited another 25-30 mins while standing it was insane. A manager called me weeks later I missed the call and called right bk .so then I was told to call bk in an hour 😫😫.... I’m yet to get a return call after that it’s been 2 weeks . Guess I’ll just finish my passes since their paid for already 🤯🤯INSANE . Funny thing is the waxer came out and basically said next no apologies nothing .

The waxing here was NOTICEABLY less painful and much better, even having shaved recently. I wish I lived here so I could come regularly but absolutely will whenever I come to town!

Product Review- Brow Liner:Browfection- Not worth buying. There are other products around that are worth your money.I have been a client for a long time from NJ to now after our move to Las Vegas in April 2017. The service is excellent. I love my aesthetician Danica. I’ve tried some products and I did not have any problems with them. But I recently bought the Browfection Brow liner and shaper on 8/22. After 5 uses, the crayon is done. It’s the no sharpen kind and I’m surprised because I would expect around 20-30 uses for it. It’s the pandemic and I don’t go out so I know the maximum number of times I used it is at most 5x. For $20- it’s not worth your money. Better go to the drugstore or Target for brow liner. Use European Wax Center for the service. Stay away from the products!

I had an appointment for bikini waxing yesterday for the first time and I wish I have never gone to this place, I scheduled an appointment because of the reviews but unfortunately I am very disappointed, Kim (kJ) did a horrible job, I would give no stars if I could, I would never go back to this place!

Great service. So thankful they were open. EWC was always very sanitary, but this time there were a few additional requirements such as using a QR code for contactless check-in and wearing a face covering (both waxer and customer). To prevent prolonged oxygen deprivation, I would consider a face shield instead of a cloth or surgical mask. One great thing about EWC is you can use a pass purchased elsewhere. In the future, I will be sure to purchase passes from this location.

I came here for my first ever Brazilian bikini wax. I was recommended by a friend to come here and was super nervouse. My person was Danica and she was awesome! Inlet her know it was my first time and that I was pretty shy about exposing myself to a stranger. She talked me through everything and was very chill with it all making me feel a little more relaxed. Instead of asking a ton of questions she just let me stay quiet while she educated me on everything and narrated everything she did. The waxing process was a lot less painful than I was expecting! A little redness after but Im pale so it just takes my skin longer. No soreness either because of the type of wax they use and the syrum they put on after. It was a lot less stressful of an experience than I was expecting over all.

Arrived at my appointment a few minutes past the scheduled time, and had to wait another 5 minutes for the receptionist to check out the person ahead of me. When she finally checked me in, I was reprimanded extensively by the teenage receptionist concerning their strict late policy. There has never been a time when Ive gone to my appointment when I havent had to wait at least 10 minutes, which is fine, I understand the process of business. Will probably be going somewhere else from now on, somewhere with better customer service.

Consistent prompt and friendly staff. Ive had various waxing services and each time I leave feeling great. The team is also helpful in explaining the differences in their products.

I love the facility and my waxer, but Im tired of always having to wait any where from 15 to 30 minutes past my appointment time for my services. I understand waxing takes time, but by the time I get it I feel like Im rushed through in order to make up time. Dont expect to go in on a Saturday even with an appointment and leave within a reasonable amount of time.

I love Delilah but the management is awful. I have called several times for months in regards to a refund that is owed to me and every time I call I am told someone will call me back or that it is not their problem another location owes me money. ???/ I havent purchased anything from this other location in over 5 years.!!! At this point even after calling corporate (who cant do anything because its a franchise) they dont know what to tell me anymore as they agree the location owes me money but only they can refund me !!! I feel bad for the waxers that lose loyal customers over stolen money.

First time at this location. Friendly efficient staff from check-in to check out. Tori the esthetician who did my service was friendly, fast and made sure that she would wax specifically in the areas I wanted. Highly recommend her. Very satisfied with my services today. My only request for improvement is their online booking platform. Didnt work. They said its been temperamental at times. That is annoying and time wasting as I had to call again to rebook my appointment and staff had to double check through their computer system too.

My daughter likes coming here. Says they do a good job and treat her well.

I like European Wax Center because of there are several locations and pretty nice wax packages.They also send reminder emails so remembering the appointment is easy.The downside here and probably all other wax locations is turnover. What makes it almost unbearable is the fact that you dont know your waxer is gone, unless you catch the name change when the call you the day before. Lucy was my girl, so Im definitely disappointed. Plus, they are supposed to use the same waxing techniques the same, but it seems to change depending on location.
