Made my appointment at 5:00 knowing they close at 6 so i was fully expecting to leave my car over night. The crew was so friendly and even finished up my oil change before they closed. GREAT service!!
Was able to make a same day appointment using their website. The tech warned me that since it was so late in the day, they might only be able to do the diagnostics- and not repair the AC. BUT! After 20 minutes, the tech came out with two filthy air filters. They had replacements in stock! I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great value, great service, and a great price.
Amanda was amazing! From the time she answered my initial phone call until she handed me back my keys. She was informative, patient and knowledgeable. No one likes to hear they have some expensive repairs to get done but she made it as painless as it could have been. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Just wanna start by saying I have been to several automotive repair shops in my life! I also worked for Jeep Chrysler Dodge for over 16 years. So I am well aware of how service drives do things. I found my local shop to service all of our vehicles. This shop is absolutely amazing in every way! Michael is the manager. He is so honest and sincere. He is patient and gives you his time to go over your vehicle while still handling running his shop. The entire team is great! Everyone there is so friendly and courteous. I got my air conditioning recharged, and an oil change. They took my appointment right on time. They were fast, clean & efficient! They had everything done in an hour and a half while me and my wife had breakfast next door at Eggworks. Then we came back and waited comfortably in the air-conditioned lounge watching TV. Michael communicated with me step-by-step. His assistant manager Jordan was so kind, professional and informative on the phone when I called initially. That is why I brought my vehicle to this location to begin with. As a matter of fact, I called sun auto for a quote for the same services and I wasn’t happy with being rushed off the phone. So I called this Meineke location and I’m so glad I did!! I would recommend this Meineke location to anyone looking for a great mechanic shop and great service! You will not be disappointed! Got a groupon to do all my brakes and said cant do because need to change rotor which will cost over $350. Always a scam
They take advantage of people. My daughter took my 7 year old Ford Edge to this location just to have brakes inspected yesterday. An hour later she calls & says she was told the brakes were fine but the engine needed to be taken out to fix something which will be expensive he (Sisco) said.I had her put him on the phone & I questioned if he had consent to check anything else in the car & if he informed my daughter that he would be doing more than asked. He got annoyed when I asked why he told her the engine need removing.He was rude, very disrespectful & was offended that I questioned him. Bottom line: They saw a young female and tried to take advantage.

I called without an appointment to get an oil change on my vehicle which was overdue for an oil change and Jordyn was super friendly and very professional and told me to come on in and she would take care of me as soon as she possibly could. I made an appointment for this service more than a week beforehand, but a couple of hours after I dropped my car off, I got a call saying that my car requires special transmission fluid and that they were waiting for it to be delivered. Even if thats true, they had ample time to ensure that said fluid was on hand before I arrived. What should have been (maybe) a 2-hour job turned into me being without my car for nearly 26 hours.Ive also had regular issues with this shop suggesting/insisting that my car needs services that it doesnt.

The staff here will be honest with you. When you find an auto mechanic that will actually do the small things, if possible, to save you money that other spots in town wont, it makes sense to come back. Ive had a few repairs done here over the last couple years, and both times I was able to save a substantial amount compared to what other locations quoted me. Addressing what actually needs attention, and not lying about things that dont. Honest mechanics are hard to find, but you can find them here.
Scheduled an oil change appointment online for 7:15 AM. Only to show up and find out that they do not even open until 7:30. Left my vehicle and was told to come back by 9:00 to get my vehicle. 1.5 hours to do an oil change seemed like a long time but I decided to leave it there anyway and come back at 9:00. I showed up at 9:30 as to give them a little extra time. When I arrived I was told that they had not even started yet and it would still be a while. I then just took my vehicle as I did not have any more time to wait. Why am I scheduling an appointment when it means nothing at all. Terrible service!! Would not recommend getting oil changed here at all - unless you have a full day to sit around and do nothing. Forget about making an appointment - they mean nothing at all.
My ac compressor recently failed. At my request, they evacuated the refrigerant to allow me to do the repairs myself. Once I installed the new compressor, they charged the system and I was on my way. 15 minutes to evacuate and 30 min to recharge. Thanks for doing a good job.

I was driving and noticed my back tire loosing air pretty quickly, I was able to get pulled over in time to find the valve stem had partially torn. Luckily I was close to mineke, they loaned me a Jack so I could pull my tire and have them fix it. Took about 15 min, thank you guys for making a bad situation manageable and for getting me back on the road!

I brought my car to this location because of an issue with the original location I first went to here in Henderson.Both of these locations have pretty good reviews which is why I went to them. Normally I go to where I bought my car a few years ago, but I was trying to save some money on the cost of break pads and resurfaced rotors. Unfortunately when it comes to customer service they both faltered.This manager got defensive and kind of argued with me about the issue I had with my car and the other location. So for this reason and the problem with the other location I will never go to another Meineke again.The only good thing about this location was that they fixed the issue. They would not admit the other location screwed up. All they would say is they fixed it for customer satisfaction. Very robotic.They also need to remember that customer service also includes how they behave toward customers and talk to customers when it comes to “customer satisfaction”.
We needed a battery replaced. They were quick and very accommodating. We will use them again when we need our battery replaced.

Please go somewhere else. They constantly have new employees, and no one knows what’s going on with it comes to appointments. They have poor communication and did not inform me that they couldn’t find the parts to repair my car, along with not reaching out to offer a refund. The attitudes of the employees that work in the front are cold and they also look very disinterested in their work.
Place has phenomenal service. Not sure if Sherene is a mechanic or customer service, but she answers your questions like a true mechanic in laymans terms no matter how complex the issue. Pricing is reasonable. Service, accuracy in diagnostics and wait time a major plus for me. And, in todays world of BOTS, I appreciate a LIVE human directly answering the phone and calling back with status. Absolute professionalism.

Made an appt. the day before and they took my car right in. Only suggestion would be to have signs at the door and I side to wear a mask. There was another customer that walked closely by twice that I had to ask to wear her mask that was under her chin. Wish the signs couldve done that for me!

Mike and team members at the Meineke Sunridge Heights location are awesome. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most important honest. It’s very hard to find an honest mechanic, one who’s not trying to up sell or price gouge. They were very patient in explaining what the issue was with my vehicle. They kept me informed every step of the way and suggested options. As a female with very little knowledge about vehicles, especially a charcoal canister. I was very comfortable with conducting business with this group of gentleman.. I was able to research the information and pricing to discover they were accurate in their assessment as well as pricing. Although the price was more than I had anticipated or wanted to pay, it was a marketable price.. Thank you guys for a job well done. I will forever bring my vehicles to your location.

Cory was nice and helpful in getting my oil change done. Nice waiting room and I was happy to see masks were required upon entering the office. They had fresh coffee while you wait. They did oil change and checked all the fluids. Car is running great. It’s nice to have them in Henderson and close to home.

My mother in law took her car in to be inspected prior to a road trip. She was told that she nneded to replace the serpentine belt on a 2010 Hyndai Accent. She was given a price of $354. At the most $60 dollars in parts, took me 33 minutes to install. Rip off. Dont send your family there. The mechanic was using scare tactics to get my mother in law worried about the condition of her car.

I think the lady that helped me was Sheryne and she was awesome! Kyle the mechanic was very professional and friendly! Sheryne explained all my services and did a full vehicle inspection to let me know of things that I didn’t know were bad. The price was right, like bob barker and drew carey say. Brought my Vehicle to Meineke. Manager was super friendly recommended tires and alignment due to DOT standards. Hesitated at first, went to various competitors. Meineke was priced better and more professional.
Wheels wobbled more after they fixed it. At first he couldn’t fix it then he could. Now me steering wheel is shaking and my ride feels more bumpy
Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. $36 per spark plugs when the ones they installed cost $12 each. Charged for 4 hours and 20 minutes of labor for a job that takes less than an hour. To make things worst they charged me $500 for a part that costs under $200. they are thiefs and con artists.Their system allows them to edit the price and manipulate your receipt!! Run and hide
Sheryne the young lady at the counter was very disrespectful and unprofessional from the start. Michael the store manager was very helpful and profesional even though interrupted several times by the young lady at the front counter. Thankfully with his input I bought two new tires and new rear brakes on my BMW. When arriving at the location the young lady was in the back laughing and cursing with a Larger white technician in the back. I then left and returned at that point thankfully Michael was there at the end when I later returned to pick up my vehicle.
Staff is very unprofessional, waited almost four hours for an oil change. Insisted on speaking with a manager, was told to call the customer service number on the back of my invoice. What a joke would never recommend to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had my car towed here due to them being available (big mistake). My radiator was out and I needed some general repairs. Now.... my car is dead...dead. I have it at another shop with actual mechanics. They are showing me the under side of my car. There are bolt missing, and bolts used that are very obviously not the right size. My wiring wasn’t capped off and just dangling. The cover over my engine wasn’t re attached and hanging. They broke apart pieces that just needed a tool to pop open. Instead they just pried it apart.Dishonest and inexperienced. Do not come here!!
Disappointed in the service, or in my case, lack of service from this place. They refused to complete my oil change even though I had an appointment because “they didn’t have enough time to do it before they closed.” I was not late for my appointment. I made the appointment 3 days prior. I arrived on time and was turned away for their failure to maintain a schedule.
If I could give it a zero I would. Treated pourly and a horrible experience.

Had my 2003 Jeep serviced with the BG3 stage fuel induction service, BG engine flush/cleaning service, and replaced the oil with full synthetic oil. The technician took his time, making sure everything g worked properly and put the parts that were removed to perform the service, back properly before parking the vehicle. The Management is great and always welcoming and communicates with the techs throughout the process. Very happy!

At the meineke store that I usually go to, when I make an appointment I get in right at that appointment time. I tried this new one because it was closer and regret it. I had an appointment for 4 p.m. and my car didnt go in until 450. its only been a day so I cant testify whether the work was done well or not. I had a previous bad experience with a store when I went in an appointment for an oil change. The clerk told me that although there was no waiting, it would take 45 minutes to change the oil. And there were a few technicians just standing around inside and not working. I pointed out that I can get the oil change done at Valvoline in 10 to 15 minutes and the guy just parroted that thats what their shop time calls for. If you dont mind growing old and gray while waiting, this is the store for you. Otherwise go somewhere else.
Professional staff treated me courteous and were very helpful explaining my problem so I could understand it. They worked with me to consider alternatives to try and save time and money. I also had an experienced technician who was well trained and able to easily handle my extensive repair. The car runs beautifully again. Thanks guys!!
I have used this location for the last 3 years. I am giving extra stars because in the past the have been good but this service deserves a 1 star review!My most recent visit was awful! I came In around 945 am. Needed an oil change, tire rotation and I had a turn signal out. Guy who checked me in repeated everything back to me. I get a call that the car is ready so I head back over. It took me about 30 minutes from phone call to walk through the door to pick up. I get there the car is still on the rack. A different guy (check in was the one working my car) starts to ring me up and I question the price. I realized it was to low. I ask to verify if turn signal was changed and rotation was done. Neither were. They up charge me $10 for labor to put I. The bulb I purchased which is fine. I don’t mind paying the labor. But not when everything I asked for didn’t get done! I paid it anyways cause I didn’t have the right torch bit for the bulb housing.Now you would think this is already pretty bad. I drive away. And later I notice a sound from under my car a thunk thunk thunk. Well I stop on the side of the road to investigate and guess what. The bottom engine cover that has to be removed to reach the drain plug isn’t secured on the front!I brought the car back today (next morning) and same guy that worked the car yesterday asks what’s up. He did state they would order me a new cover and I am waiting to see if they honestly follow through.I believe it’s time to find a new mechanic! After all this with the engine cover I feel I dodged a billet on them forgetting to rotate the tires. I mean if you can’t remember to either attach or properly torque the bolts for that my wheels might have fallen off!
Diagnosed my car same day it was towed to them. Found out it was my fuel pump price was pretty expensive to replace but they didn’t just stop there. They continued to work on my car and found that the 3 stage fuel cleaning would get my car back on the road. Got my car back next day runs great only cost 168. They went above and behind in my book not just trying to collect on that fuel pump but actually finding a solution to my car’s problem and getting me back on the road.
These guys at Meineke Car center were great! I came in just before closing with a flat tire and they took care of me right away. The service was quick and friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Driving home from Grand Canyon to Oregon...got a big noise in the front left wheel. Stopped in at 7:30 am, with no appointment. Michael said this was my lucky day, he was right. By 8:30 the the problem was diagnosed (bad hub/bearings) and we agreed on the price. At 1:30 he called to tell me the car was ready. WOW!!! Back on the road with only a 5 hour delay. That is service, thanks very much!
Been a customer here for a few years and had several vehicles repaired there. Went in for an Oil change and they told me I needed new tires. Went to the tire specialist who said I had at least 10k miles left. They certainly pushed the pirelli tires hard. Unfortunately lost my trust and will now be looking elsewhere for service.There was a change in management I believe, not the same crew.

Waited 2 hours for an oil change. Arrived a few minutes late but it was the longest time I’ve ever waited for that service. Leads me to believe this branch of Meineke is under different management as there is a marked change in service levels and wait times from December 2019. Additionally the attitude of the management was unprofessional and filled with excuses to more than one customer that I witnessed. I’ve been using meineke since 2013 but won’t go back.
I was recommended by a friend to check out Meineke as he had them do work on his car. I was a little hesitant but after a fiasco with the dealership, I was done. Took my car to Meineke for an oil change, as well as a once over on my car and the guy that helped was so nice. I forgot his name though, but he got me in and told me how long it would take. They gave me a call and also told me they found a few things but would give me a print out on costs etc. Super nice and efficient and didn’t push to get the work done right away! Do not use this particular location. Work was not done right and when asked to correct the manager DAVID refused, hung up on me . Denied that the brakes were squeaking . Would NOT honor warranty. Would not answer the phone when called back. Had not driven the car in the 5 hours it was left . Proceeded to try to up sell me on a non existing problem. Handed my key back and told me to go else where. The woman the previous day was very nice and told me to come in at 9 am. This gentleman would not honor what was promised the day before.This is clearly a person that thought he was being told what to do and flat out refused because he felt he being told what do ! Someone needs to tell him he does not own this franchise and has no communication skills. 10 cars outside waiting to be done. One gentleman was there at 10 am when I left the car and was still there at 3 pm. The workmanship was inspected by Kia and I was told the parts were cheap and to have them replaced, took the car to Firestone right after I left there, they drive it said yes the brake pads were squeaking and no it did not have a leak in the brake line as David tried to up sell me on something I did not need.I will gladly take down this review once they replace the brake pads and let me know that this employee has been written up for hanging up, telling me that that is not the ways things are done when trying to get a time estimate. Refusing to answer the phone when I phoned back . I have left 2 messages with customer service. Spoke with them 3 times regarding problem before bringing the car in on my day off. Awaiting patiently after being treated just horrible over the phone. If notes were made in the system from the conversion the day before a lot of this would of avoided. This is way we have company policies in place to avoid the type of confusion. I’m sure there are several people that would pay for something they didn’t need because Brakes are severely important while driving.
Michael, Kyle and their team diagnosed and fixed a very hard to find issue with my vehicle. They worked perfectly with my warranty company as well to keep repair costs at a minimum for me.
