All I can say is WOW! Erik Bujtor and the team at Lexus of Charleston were amazing. On the next to last day of the month my girlfriend spotted a CPO 2019 Lexus IS300 on the dealerships website and contacted Erik about taking a test drive. He allowed us to come in after she got off work and had the car pulled up front waiting for us when we got there. After looking the car over and taking it for a test drive we told Erik that we would need to think about it overnight. This is, hands down, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in over 50 years of buying cars. Amanda had everything ready when I arrived from Myrtle Beach. I turned over the keys to my trade, filled out some forms in the business office, wrote a check and took a quick tutorial on the newer tech. The entire process was less just over 90 minutes and about 15 minutes of that was the tutorial. If I ever purchase another new Lexus it will be in Charleston.The 2022 RX 450hL is great by the way.

On a recent Friday afternoon, my husband and I arrived at approximately 3 PM to look at the new model RX350 at Hendrick Lexus Charleston. Wilbur Wiggins greeted us promptly and cheerfully. I had a wonderful experience buying my new Lexus NX300. From the moment my salesman, Raymond Rhett, greeted me, I knew I was in good hands. He was so kind and professional. We had to have some minor body work done on our recently purchased Lexus, James Le our original salesperson took care of us, had the body work scheduled, provided us a loaner and had someone bring our car to us WHILE we were out of town over 2 hours away. It’s always difficult to not have your vehicle, but James really made it an easy process and kept us informed. We also want to give a big thank you to Andrew Jur in service, he takes care of us every time we bring our car in for service, including this time as well, he always is professional, brings a positive attitude and promptly handles our service issues.

Great experience at the service center! I was greeted by Tamara who had a genuine interest in my vehicles health and my safety. Shortly after leaving Lexus of Charleston I received a detailed quote of issues that they found as well as a video walk-around from the mechanic. That transparency made me really trust that they were doing a great job. When I picked my car up is had been freshly washed and vacuumed which was a nice surprise.

He helped us find a car in inventory ( most of the other dealerships are out of inventory) staying over 30 min after hours to help. After he located a car for us he was very thorough in his explanations. He even gave us two hand-knitted drink coasters for our new car. That was a very thoughtful personal touch! I recently was able to attend Hendrick Lexuss Hometown Hero event in downtown Charleston. The Hendrick organization really cares about the local police force, firefighters, healthcare workers, etc. and it was shown throughout the night at this great event benefiting a few selected heroes. The GM of the store, as well as a few other Lexus reps were on site. All super friendly and very appreciative of the hard work these individuals put in for the community. Great event.
