I had the misfortune to have a serious problem with both of my vehicles at the same time. The truck had an apparent blown head gasket, and the car had a failed transmission.The people at Valley Automotive carefully diagnosed the blown head gasket, which had unusual symptoms. KC kept me informed every step of the way, and obtained my buy-in for every expense to be incurred.The result was a successful repair with a new head gasket, milled head, valve job, crankcase flush, and cooling system flush at a very reasonable price.The initial recommended solution to my failed car transmission from both Valley Automotive and another transmission shop was to replace it with a (high mileage) used one. KC was able to get my low-mileagetransmission refurbished for a much lower price than replacing it with a used high-mileage one.KC took a personal interest in my problems, and even gave me a ride home when I delivered the second vehicle while the first one was still in his shop. During the time he had both vehicles, he gave me very useful and much appreciated advice.Now I have both vehicles back. The truck is performing better than before, and the car is functional. The mechanics are very competent, honest, and friendly. What more could you want in a shop?In the future I would trust him and his shop with any automotive problem I may have.

Went to him to get more information on a Used car& noticed while he is chatty- hes quite good at asking the right questions. As well hes very detailed& meticulous. What he does and pricing is very clear& professional.

Valley AutomotiveThis is the best mechanic shop in Las Vegas and Henderson. I own a number of cars and trucks; I have had Valley Automotive work on all of my cars and trucks. I have had them do as little as my oil changes and go as far as replace all of the fuel injectors on my Chevy 2500. I have had them do preventative measures on all of my vehicles. I trust Valley Automotive with all aspects of work on my vehicles and that lets me be able to do my job and not have to worry about my vehicles, because I know Valley Automotive has it taken care of for me.Thank you KC.

Valley Automotive has been my go-to auto shop since I moved to Vegas over 4 years ago. My vehicle has a little age on it and they are consistently quick, attentive, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose the issue, quickly have a solution for it, and be fixing the problem all while keeping a great customer friendly experience. Casey has always been incredibly honest with his explanations and break down of the issue with your vehicle. Their prices have always been great, and theyll let you know exactly what is happening and what your options are before they get to work. I cant recommend this auto shop more.

Finally an honest Automotive shop! The transmission in my mini van would not take off in drive so I believed it was going out and it was a simple electrical problem and anther shop said that I needed a new transmission.These guys sell what your car actually needs, and not run up the bill like a lot of the Automotive shops in Vegas. Valley Automotive were awesome and they saved me $100s!!I went in to get a check engine light diagnosed and fixed so I could use my vehicle for my Nevada drivers licence test.I shopped around 5 auto repair shops and was explained some elaborate explanation (I didnt really understand) about what was wrong and was quoted between $1,200 and $1,500.I shopped around to find a good price for the repairs I needed done for my car as I didnt know what was wrong with my car, just knew the check engine light was on. Knowing nothing about repairs I felt at the mercy of the mechanics so I wanted to find the best price. Most gave an almost instant diagnosis and a price to match these guys asked if they could have the car for two hours to run a few tests and work out exactly what was wrong. They rung up and told me what was wrong, the part they needed to order and a price.I was blown away to find out that the problem that the others said caused the check engine light was far more than what these guys said needed done. Smaller problem meant a cheaper repair I was a bit worried that these guys diagnosed a different problem, but money was tight so I chose to use these guys hoping they were correct which would save me alot of money.Thank goodness for me they were right and my car is running perfect- I also got my Nevada drivers licence!. They ordered the part and made time to repair the car the next day as they knew it was urgent as I needed the car for the kids.I was impressed by their honesty, professionalism and their attention to detail. I will use these guys again in the future if any other repairs need to be done.

6 STARS for Valley Automotive :)On Friday at 3pm our car broke down. We were lucky that we stepped in Mike´s office. Mike was so helpful and arranged for us towing to their car service. They checked the car for free. On Monday morning we visited them to figured out what is with the car and on Monday 5pm our car was repaired. They really helped us because we traveled across US and we needed a car. They save us :) The team is really amazing, we never met such willing people :) The owner KC is really proffesional and he knows his job :) THANK YOU very much for help, czech group - Jozef, Dana and the rest of us :D

Theyve take good care of me and my truck. Honest and dependable. You wont be disappointed if you are looking for a good honest mechanic. Ive had front and rear U joints replaced, propeller shaft, and an entire transmission replaced. They have always been more than fair when quoting other shops and have done quality work.

Have taken my BMW to Valley Automotive for auto repairs multiple times, including brakes, body work and a check engine light. They were honest, affordable and gave me options.I have an auto repair shop that I can trust. I love the fact that they also are are body shop, as I can get all of my repairs done in one place.

I would give them zero stars, if it were possible, but since its not, theyre getting one. My husband and I came to this this location in our hour of need - our car broke down during a move from Minneapolis to San Jose, CA. While on the way to visit friends in Las Vegas, the car broke down just outside of Henderson, over Memorial Day weekend, and this group was the only place open. We trusted them with our car, and our money (nearly $8000 in total for repairs), and they ripped us off. Im not talking about things werent done... in fact, the work that was done (nevermind the several things that werent, and the other items they broke in the process), was so bad, and done in such a rush (they had a year in which to finish all repairs), that the car ended up breaking down less than 4 hours outside of Vegas - I had to have the car towed to Barstow, where they deemed it a total loss and found not only negligence with respects to the repairs that were attempted, but also the covering up of several mistakes that were made and ultimately could have cost myself and my passenger our lives! Lets also not forget, my car was involved in a hit-and-run on the second night in their possession, and even though they had video of the incident, they would not release it to me, and I eventually had to pay $2000 in damages to the car - repairs that again, were not completed.When I called them up to request my money back, KC told me to speak with his insurance company, and when they refused to pay, he stopped responding to me.This place is horrid, and the man who runs it (KC) is a con-artist. Save your money, sanity, and time and go elsewhere!!!!!

I finally found a top notch mechanics shop that repaired my Chrysler 300. The owner is a real nice man that repaired my ride swiftly. He is a Christian as am I, and we even attend the same church, ( Central Christian ) in Henderson. Valley Auto was recommended to my wife through a friend of hers. These guys have my business from now on because they dont try and over sell you as most repair shops do. They diagnose the problem, let you know if other surrounding parts should need to be replaced, and leave it up to you, simple! Valley Automotive.....you ROCK!

These guys are awesome, went in for rear brake repairs and they showed me that my rear brakes were in great condition but that I needed an oil change and air conditioning repair as my blower motor was not working. Thank you for being so honest.

Just found my new mechanic shop, took my 05 Altima here after speaking to them and making an appointment on the phone. Been told by two other places that i needed a new rack and pinion, it turns out that all I had was a leaking power steering hose and needed to replace a serpentine belt.The staff were friendly and honest, they offered to drop me off home and pick me up again, I was an am really impressed, I have already booked my next oil change with them and recommended them to two of my friends.

Ive taken my car to a number of different places & they all tell me that different things are wrong with my car. I finally had a family friend look at my car & he told me that my motor mounts were the only thing wrong with the engine. I brought it to Valley Automotive & without telling the mechanic thats what I thought it was, he knew it right away. They didnt try to sell me things that I didnt need & were extremely friendly toward me. The pricing was the best I could find & I will never trust another shop with my car. I plan on bringing my car here for everything it needs because these guys are definitely the BEST!

Brought my car in for some needed repair. I was quoted at about $650 for rotors, brakes, and another mechanical part that they said I needed repaired. I said I didnt have that kind of money at the moment and put off the reapirs for a few days. They continued to call me back several times over the next few days to try and get me to bring back my car for the work quoted. In the meantime, I took it to a mechanic-friend-of-a-friend who looked at the car and said that all I really needed were the rotors done. I asked about the additional mechanical part that may be the cause of the problem, and he asked me what made me think that it was THAT particular part. I told him of my visit to Valley Automotive, and he looked at the part and said it was just fine and didnt need to be replaced. He said that what Valley Automotive may be trying to do was get me to pay for additional work and parts that they probably werent even going to touch. I dont know ... but I trust this mechanic-friend-of-a-friend who has more than 20 years automotive repair experience.

Had my vehicle towed here and it was the worst mistake ever. As soon as i came in they started with the were not here to take your money speach and proceeded to say they charge $110 hr ($85 is normal rate with all shops around them). To remove a bolt they asked for 3 hrs x 110=$360 plus parts $120. I reluctantly accepted and 1.5 hours later was called and told it would now be $569 +tax and if it was hard id still have to pay more....smh. i was baffled and declined their service of course. At this point all they did was use a dremmel, flathead screwdriver, and visegrips..they had the nerve to ask for $109 for spending maybe 20 min under the vehicle. The shop across the way asked for $80 if simple extraction and $300 if oil pan removal was needed after he looked it. HALF the price.... this place is a rip off and must compare their pricing to the dealer shops, no wonder they were so empty, mechanics just hanging around. Aviod this place.
