My Goldwing had been collecting dust for about 5 years when, quite suddenly, I was able to ride again... I knew that it was going to require a service that I wasnt qualified to perform to make it road worthy so I took it down to Master Tech as they did some work for me on another bike I had years ago.They completely went through the bike and un***** 5 years worth of neglect in short order. I now have complete confidence that I can make a roadtrip without breaking down. I wouldnt consider getting work done on my rides anywhere else.

This is hands down one of the best repair shops in Henderson. The guys are honest and care about quality service. They went over and beyond helping me with everything. I had the wrong Freon in my vehicle. Other places just said I was out of luck and Josh and John took the time and found the solution. Without costing me thousands of dollars. Top quality mechanics have worked on both our classic Dadillac and my beater 08 Ford Focus. Excellent and prompt service, diagnostics of difficult issues were on point, no guesswork. Pricier than your run of the mill express shops but comon, how many times do I have to remind you that you get what you pay for and you save downtime, comeback visits and stress by not having to have the same issue addressed multiple times? Oh, they are also experts at motorcycle repairs!!

Josh was very helpful through the whole process of getting my transmission fixed. I had a very stressful time dealing with my extended warranty company, Car Shield, and often didnt hear anything from them regarding updates on the part. Anytime Josh heard from them he made sure to call me and give updates to ease my mind. It took them a little over a month to get the part sent to Master Tech but once they received it they had it put in asap getting my car out to me the next day. Master Tech has great customer service every time I come in and I will definitely be back!

John was great! I had a last minute header install I needed done. Anyone who has installed headers knows the instructions say just drop in.. or easy bolt up.. and that is never the case. John made sure everything had the proper fit and clearance before letting the truck out of the shop. If it had not been for him I never would have gotten on the road for a holiday trip. Having spent much of my life as an automatic transmission technician (26 years) I know how hard it is to find good technicians since I owned my own shop for over 10 of those years. When I arrived in Henderson, Nevada from Florida I needed some work done on my Harley Davidson Screaming-Eagle Ultra-Classic Electra-Glide, so I spent a couple hours reading Yelp and Google reviews before deciding that Master Tech would be my go-to shop for my bike, my enclosed cargo trailer and my Ram Promaster 2500 RV conversion van. I can firmly say they deserve all the 5 star reviews that I read---and heres one more! Im VERY pleased not only with their work but the fair pricing, and highly recommend this A+ shop!

This company replaced fuel lines, new gaskets, and new grips on my Trike which helped fix my throttle problems. They ordered parts for my Trike and repaired it relatively quickly.They explained everything my Trike needed up front and didnt do anything without my approval. They are knowledgeable and professional and speak frankly and I appreciated it.

Master Tech was a great experience. My Prius was in poor condition for a long time, having issues with the inverter cooling pump failing recently. They were very transparent about pricing and the time needed to work on my vehicle. They actually had it ready for me within less than a day of dropping it off, when I was expecting the repair to take a few days. They also were able to locate a huge leak in my engine water pump, as somehow this was missed at another auto shop when I took it for an inspection just a month before. Without master tech catching this, I could have ruined my car!!Great service, reasonable pricing for the work done on my car, and it is running perfectly now. I will always use them for now on. You could not find a more honest and skilled mechanical shop anywhere around. They are always professional and informative at the counter, and the mechanics really go out of their way to do a good job.While working on my trucks steering they saw that the transmission bolts were loose so they tightened them and just let me know about it,. Didnt try to upsell or charge extra, just did good honest work.

Josh was awesome. He was able to get my Harley in for a check valve repair, but on doing a complimentary bike check found a problem that if left unchecked would have lead to a bigger oroblem. Everything was taken care of quickly and at a fair price. Ill be going back again for any needed repairs on my bike.

They are awesome! I have a 87 Toyota Pickup and it hadn’t been running right for months. I took it to several shops over a 6 month period and changed numerous sensors and had the truck for about 2 months out of the 6. I brought my 2006 R6 in to have the front fork seals replaced. The bike was bought used so I didnt know when it was last serviced. So I asked them to do a full tune up with new tires. No problem! The guys here took good care of me and my bike. Feels better now, than when I bought it.

I took my Ford F250 to MasterTech for a front end alignment they did an awesome job I also ask them to look for a couple of weeks I had under my truck they found the leaks and told me what it was and I gave me a nice estimate I like their performance so Ill definitely bring it back I like their performance Ill definitely bring it back to Master Tech

Highly recommend these guys! Went there for an Alignment and they got it back to perfect way better than any other shop I’ve gone to. The repair shop has my A+. I took my car in at 8am and they had it ready for me the next day at 11am. I had to have my transmission pan and seal, water pump and hosing assembly, oxygen sensor replaced and the did it in record time.

I sent my crown victoria in for a leaking heater core. I got my heater running again and no leak in my cab. They did a great job, I even sent my ranger in to get done.

I have new Harley 750 street rod. It was time for the 5000 servicing . The book showed a list of things that needs to be done . I did the first servicing but since this has more items I decided to have someone else do it . The dealer wanted an arm and a leg . So I called around and contacted Master Tech . They answered all my question about the bike and servicing . I brought my book by to make sure they knew what all needed to be done since Harley is very particular . I do not want to break the Waranty. They answered all my questions and were polite and professional . I spent half of what the dealer wanted . I n was very impressed with Them . You see bikes all kinds of car there . But what impressed me most was the mid 60’s impala that was there . If that car is brought there than these guys must know what there are doing . I would recommend these guys to anyone . Good job guys . A+

Previous business that serviced my trike a Honda dealer would no longer do work as trike over 20 yrs old. I had noticed a strong smell of gas when riding my Honda Goldwing 1500 SE trike.They directed me to another shop who stated no leak and obviously charged me to tell me this. 300 miles later smell stronger and now you can visibly see fuel dripping when running.Did some research and found Mastertech so glad I did. They found leaking carbs on day it was booked in costed repair ordered parts to rebuild carbs. Repair completed earlier than projected and I can now enjoy riding again.Thanks

The StabiliTrac system sensor crapped out forcing a choice between rebuild or replace with new.After viewing both sides of the issue & with John & Joshs guidance, we chose to replace to add longevity & stability to an otherwise sound vehicle.

Master Tech Auto is the best automobile shop I have worked with in Las Vegas and I have been here over 50 years. It is family owned and operated. I have 8 cars including vintage Rolls Royce and modern cars. They do a great job on all of them. The cars are often fixed sooner then promised. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong they always take care of insuring a complete repair. They are by far less expensive than the dealerships and really stand by their work. They are a small shop with big expertise. I would especially recommend them if you have a classic car. They know their stuff.

I rode in today from Colorado over 1,000 miles on my motorcycle. It was making a strange rubbing sound, so I took it in to see these guys without an appointment and never having been here. They were booked up of course, but one of the gentlemen came out and looked at my my bike anyhow. Turns out, the belt was on way too tight. He adjusted it in 10 minutes, and the rubbing sound was gone! Turns out, the the last folks who changed out my new tires tightened the belt way too much. All I can say is these guys rock!! Master Techs slogan is Dealership Quality For Less, but I dont think thats accurate. In my experience their quality is far superior to that of a dealerships. Their pricing is much more reasonable compared to a dealerships. Theyre faster; they took my bike the same afternoon I called and had an estimate for me the next day. Their customer service was much more pleasant to deal with. And, most telling of all, they fixed the problems the dealership mechanics created on my bike.

Ill never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Theyre HONEST. Thats a trait missing in a lot of businesses today.

Saw all the great reviews on google, decided to give them a try. they did great work and the cost was lower than expected ( witch doesnt happen a lot). They got me in on short notice, they only negative was they quoted me 1 hr and took them 2 but I didnt take a star away because I expected that it was going to take longer than they said. Johns been my mechanic for a long time. Hes fair and honest which is hard to find these days. I appreciate knowing I can feel confident that the work gets done and that I can drive away safely. Ive known a lot of people who had work done and they forgot to put oil back or the filter and the engine failed. I dont have to worry about that happening.

Took my sons bike there in May for new chain and sprockets. I thought, at the time, that I had found THE place for all my motorcycle work. In less than 4 months, August to be exact, the chain and sprockets were completely worn out. Reluctantly, they agreed to replace them, charging only for the labor. At the time we felt this was a fair deal since 5000 miles had been put on the bike in that time frame. October 14th the chain came completely off while my son was riding to work on I-215. At 70 MPH he was lucky to not be killed. We found the chain, missing the master link. My son tried 3 times to contact the mechanic only to be told he was out. We decided then that maybe Master Tech wasnt such a good place after all. Took the bike to a bike shop and they told us that the chain that was on the bike had a CLIP link which is a definite NO NO on sport bikes. They will not hold up. So we had a CORRECT chain installed. So my advice is IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE DONT GO TO MASTER TECH.

Always comes in under estimate. Makes sure everything is looked at. We have a 95 Wrangler that someone forgot they owned for a lot of years so it did need a lot of small work.
