Came in for recommended maintenance on my 2012 Toyota tundra. They got it all done in 1 day. Truck runs like it did when it was brand new. Lots of power was restored . Really happy with the work performed. Nice staff. They keep it honest. Would recommend to others .

Took my vehicle to this location on multiple occasions. They are super expensive. Twice they have claimed to fix the issue and I have had to take it somewhere else to either finish the job or to do the job that they were supposed to do. Recently I took my sons car in there and they diagnosed that it needed a new throttle body. $500 later I got the car back and it was idling 10x worse then when I took it in. I took it to Henderson Automotive on Main St to look at it and within 5 minutes he found the problem and had it fixed. Seems they did not connect 3 hoses back and they did not even bolt down the engine cover. (Pictured)

I was passing through Saturday and had an issue with my truck and the guy up front (Scott) was very busy but told me if I could wait just a few minutes he would be happy to look at my truck. He looked at it and within just a few minutes he found a very minor issue that could have caused a big problem. I just wanted to let someone know this type of customer service to a woman especially passing through is so nice these days. And to top it off, he didnt charge me anything. Very professional and courteous.

I regret not bringing my vehicle to Automotive Super Center sooner. Scott and Amanda are friendly, helpful and kind. They listen to your concerns and truly care about your vehicle. I appreciate their honesty. When one of the repairs on my vehicle got to a point where they were not knowledgeable enough to dig into it, they referred me to another shop. I also appreciate Automotive Super Centers determination. After multiple trips to the dealership and no resolution to the issue with my vehicle, I brought it to Automotive Super Center. They took the time to search for the issue with my vehicle and were able to get it fixed and get me back on the road.

Walmart couldnt get the cap off and recommended their services. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date on the process. Definitely will be returning for the other maintenance needed on my vehicle.

I have been here several times over the years. They do not honor any times you schedule unless they want to. Chris or Scott or whatever his name is will be annoyed if you ask about your vehicle hours later, then will push any future calls hours later to voicemail. Everything takes way too long, including oil changes often taking an hour. TV always playing FOX loudly. Sick of dealing with this place treating me like an unimportant customer despite my years of business and politeness.

I take all my vehicles to Automotive Super Center. The team takes care of all my automotive needs. They are great to work with and they are always responsive to all my needs.

They do great work just dont get in a hurry. They do not accept scheduled appointments for oil changes. Twice Ive gone and after an hour or more wait had to leave without service. The last time I arrive right after they had opened and was the only person in the lobby. After 75 minutes I asked what the hold up was and was told there were several ahead of me. Would have been nice to know upfront.

Had a little rough experience on the phone yesterday, spoke with the manager today. She was a delight to speak with and revived my trust in the company. Been a customer a long time, will continue to do so becuase of their professionalism.

I had an appointment at 8 am and waited maybe 35 min because they put some one else in front of me. I was there before 8 witch that is the time they open. To make matters worse they lost power because of the storm. So I had to go home and sleep cause I work nights.

The staff here is friendly. They take good care of our trucks and if they cant provide a service they refer us to someone who can.

Super nice guys very friendly but a little to by the book on inspections. I took 2 vehicles here for inspection and they failed them both for the most ridiculous reason so I left went directly over to the other guys and passed with flying colors. Everything worked prefect, brakes, lights, horn, signals and wipers.

I broke down on a back road while out of town. The wrecker drove me to Automotive Supercenter and we got there 10 minutes before closing. They stayed to fix my vehicle which was a fairly quick fix, and got me on my way. I was impressed by all of them. They could have waited until the next day to fix it. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat! Thank you so much.

Midway through a 7 hour drive, my check engine light came on. From a Google search, I found Automotive Super Center in Henderson, TX. The friendly gal I spoke to on the phone said “sure we can help”. Scott ran a diagnostic test, determined that any number of things could be causing the warning light. He manually went through each category to turn off the light. I was good to go, and instructed to seek roadside assistance if the light came back on. It did not. This was all done gratis. I was very grateful for the help from an honest, good guy. Great place

I was searching for some 4x4 Tires for the first time. Most of the shops in Henderson treated me like I was just dumb and wasting their time. In fact, I didnt know what size would fit correctly without rubbing. The manager, Amanda, took the time to explain what tires and wheel sizes would work on my application. I found out alot about offsets + and -. I decided to buy a set of 33s and they look awesome. Thank you, you will be getting all my business in the future.

Was visiting my family when my water pump frozen up and caused my serpentine belt to break. With no water pump, power steering, or alternator functioning I would have stuck stuck until Monday if not for the incredible service that I was given.Scott was able to get me back on the road while not charging extra for Saturday or the rush service. The mechanic stayed late to make sure I had my truck ready to go.I later found out from the wrecker driver and some people at a local coffee shop that Scott and Automotive Super Center always go above and beyond for their customers. Great job guys, it was much appreciated!

Stopped in to have a low tire checked and the crew was extremely courteous and friendly. They were busy but the gentleman behind the counter (Scott) was very helpful and extremely nice. We highly recommend this facility.

Scott always goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with are results.They are the best always nice and honest. I was very pleased with the care I received at Automotive Super Center un Henderson Texas. The worj they performed was extraordinary. Negative stars......If you want your car back within a calendar year.. DO NOT come here.. it’s pushing two years that they’ve had our vehicle that should have been done within months at least. Also if you expect communication from them, not the best place to go... they always say they will call, then never do. We end up having to chase them around playing phone tag to get any sort of information. It seems like they tell us enough to get us off their back then forget about us again. We paid up front and have even requested the money and vehicle back since they have been unable to finish in a timely manner, no luck on that either.Update to add: Correspondence has begun with the owner, I have posted on behalf of my boyfriend who owns the car and takes care of its maintenance. I am the one waiting for the vehicle as it is my daily driver. I am hoping we get this resolved ASAP.Second update: It is now October.... While the owner had begun correspondence, and we were assured the vehicle would be completed in a short time, we have yet to actually get the car back to see any real progress. At this point it’s been TWO FULL YEARS since the vehicle has been with them. That’s TWO YEARS of insurance paid on a vehicle we can’t even use, and TWO YEARS of putting wear and tear on other vehicles that are being used in place of THIS ONE. THIS vehicle is intended as a daily driver, it is not a project nor a hobby vehicle. This is absolutely absurd and unacceptable business practice. If you have any problems with your vehicle, I STRONGLY URGE you to take your vehicle elsewhere. What an absolute disgrace.

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab 2 wheel drive. I only use this truck on the road. In June 2017 the automotive supercenter in Henderson, Tx replaced upper and lower ball joints on both sides. They guaranteed the work for 24 months or 24,000 miles. I just learned today I need new ball joints again. I payed them $886.00 for the job and now have it to do over. Its been 2 years and 2 1/2 months. Ive put 34,000 miles on them. The oringinal ball joints lasted 134,000 miles. I am very disatisfied and now have to get new ball joints again. Needless to say I wont do business with Automotive Supercenter again.Thanks, Mac McCarty.I want to update this review. Since writing it I have received a call from the manager at Auto Super Center in Henderson. She offered to replace the bad parts no labor or parts charge. This is a fair offer, but as I told her I already had the truck in another shop. She then offered to return my money for the parts being replaced that they had installed a couple of years ago. I accepted this offer. She said she would like to replace the other 2 that havent gone out yet when they go out. I turned this offer down and said if good parts had been used to start with I wouldnt be dealing with all this. Then she said if I do have to replace the other parts she would bring replacements where ever I needed it. I thanked her. So you can see they try to please. I told her I wish I had been told there were better grade parts. Also after I had gotten the work done a couple of years ago, I had another repair I needed on another truck. She told me what they could do and I said Ill get back with an answer latter that morning. I called and she was out to lunch and the guy said he would let her know. No return call so I called again that afternoon and got same guy with same results. No call back from her. I tried the next 2 days and never got a call back. I just cant use a repair shop that doesnt return your calls for 3 days. I appreciate her call to rectify the problem but it is simply to little to late. I was spoiled because for about 40 years I used a shop that only installed the best parts. I never had to worry about their work, but the owner got old and retired. Since then Ive learned many shops do not operate under the same premise, of course they would lose much of their business if they did, because many only want the cheapest price. I look at it in longer terms and the cheapest is the best parts in the long run. Bottom line..... ask a lot of questions, you have to be your own advocate.

The fixed another shops mistake free of charge! The other shop didnt tighten some bolts when they changed my oil. When I called their shop they were swamped and directed me here. They were fast and friendly!!

Kinda felt like they saw me coming. They quoted me 425 dollars for two front end outer tire rods on a 2004 Concorde. When the parts themselves are like 25 dollars. Im just wondering how they got 425 when everyone else quoted me less than half that. For both and alignment. They also replaced my radiator which was 325 which makes me wonder if I was duped on that too. Needless to say. I found someone else and I recommended everyone get a second opinion before choosing them.
