By far the worst dealership in Southern Nevada.Sales force unknowledgeable about there vehicles and the service department are liars. They sold us a car without the catalytic converter, we took it back and they said theres nothing wrong with it. So we took it back to an independent inspector and found it that the whole exhaust system wasnt factory so that negates the warranty they sold us that I didnt want anyways. Now they are telling me that I cant bring it back because its past the five days. But I did bring it back and you all insured me that it was fine. Liars liars. I wouldnt recommend this AutoNation to no one EVER!!!!!!

Buying experience was excellent.How ever the delivery was what left a sour taste in my mouth.Bought the truck on Monday wasn’t delivered until Friday afternoon.Was told by the salesman a day or 2. They have to perform the safety and repair any findings.It got a battery and a antenna. No one on Wednesday could tell me what the hold up was just it would be ready Thursday afternoon. ThatCame and went by with a text one hour before closing on Thursday saying tomorrow no reason again. Finally on Friday they delivered. The car was somewhat detailed not as good if they were putting it on the lot. There were leaves under the seats and milk in the cup holders. Some trash in the seat storage. Outside and engine were very clean just maybe rushed the inside a bit.All n all buying experience was great. But waiting 4 days without any reason was not so great. And then getting the car home to find out I need to vacuum and clean the inside of the truck not to impressed.

I had a major problem with my vehicle. Caleb the service manager went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired. I can not thank him enough for his help. The staff here are friendly and professional. If your looking for reliable used car, check this dealership out.

Jagger was very accomodating with the time for the test drive, made the process really easy and helped leverage the whole team at AutoNation to get the process done that same day. The manager and the sales agent lied about numerous things My mother in law wanted to sell her car They sent their guaranteed offer To us after us going through the website about the car. My mother in law was honest about the condition of the car They were not honest about their offer We live in a rural area and had to drive a 120 miles To talk to them. They offered online a guaranteed offer of $3,000 after getting there they make an offer of $198 what an insult I would not recommend AutoNation ever to anybody in fact hopefully theyll go out of business cuz everybody in there is nothing but a liar.

Also stated they use a third party vendor for vehicle photos and repairs were to be done prior to photos.***Overall just “OK”. I sold my 2017 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid to AutoNation USA in Henderson. I did not purchase a vehicle from here. Selling the vehicle was easy, and they worked with me on the price. The day we went to sell the vehicle, the sales agent backed my car into another vehicle in the parking lot. Dented the trunk lid, and damaged the rear bumper. From the sellers listing online, you can clearly see they didn’t fix their own damages, and instead listed it right away. I took pride in my vehicle and maintained it meticulously. To see a dealership damage a car, then not make it right before someone else has a chance to buy it, just seems shady. I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership based on this first hand experience.

Twenty minutes later the service department called and said they would do the repairs. Overall, Im glad they are doing the right thing and fixing our vehicle, and most of their employees seem to be willing to help. Customer service is obviously not the GMs strong suit.Had a great buying experience. What I didnt have a great experience with is the lie of a 4,000 mile warranty on the cars they sell. Bought a jeep a month ago and the drive shaft colts came loose. Should be quick fix covered under warranty but instead they are saying its my fault for driving it and they will help me out by only charging me half of the $300 to fix it. I shouldnt have to pay anything to fix a car that they just sold under warranty. I will not be returning. Dont waste your time.

Very few times will anyone go online - get a solid Kelley Blue Book quote on a used card that they are trying to sell and have things go as planned. My experience at Auto Nation in Henderson, NV was OUTSTANDING. After getting price quote, I brought in my 2017 KIA Optima - I had been talking to a young Salesman named Aistis Raulinaitis on the phone. He went by ACE & he was very cordial & professional. Better yet, everything he had told me including the amount of time it would take were Dead On! I was able to be in & out of there in a total of 2 1/2 hours over a two day period and got even a higher pay out then initially quoted. Probably the best buying experience Ive had. Im a service manager of a power sports store so i know the business. Gave me full trade value without trying to knock it down. Lowest price in town for the car I wanted. 2 hours in and out. Got my own financing and boom. Josh was a great non pushy salesman that took great care of me. If you want fair trade in, low prices and god service these guys are top notch. Give them a try, if the car you want is at another store they own in town they will get it delivered close to you.

They are fair and gave us a good price on our trade in. Our sales person Roy was great I highly recommend him. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 were the sales reps Jake and Ron, as soon as the customer left, he did not take the deal. Jake and Ron were commenting how if the customer thought he could get a better deal then go for it, laughing. I over heard the whole conversation. I know it’s human nature to gossip or comment, but make sure you do it when customers can’t hear you. So disrespectful.

This is my first ever experience buying a car and I was somewhat nervous not knowing what to fully expect. On top of that, I’m a young adult so I knew that some of the pricing regarding interest rates, insurance, etc. were a concern of mine. But, all my worries had vanished and went away when Ron greeted me at the door and patiently explained everything step-by-step to me. I was ready to give this place a 1 star review but Cesar completely changed my mind.My boyfriend and I came into this location on Saturday and at first we were having a lot of trouble finding a vehicle that fit us. We wanted an SUV with AWD or 4x4 but we were open to the idea of a non 4x4 SUV or a Honda/Toyota/Hyundai sedan instead.After an hour of not getting the right fit we decided to expand our horizon but for whatever reason our original rep was deterring us from certain vehicles with NO explanation or lack luster ones at best. During the searching process he continuously ignored several preferences I had to narrow down the search, only looked at my boyfriend for confirmation/opinions, kept questioning why we did not want to pay particular monthly prices and was seriously making the entire experience unpleasant.Eventually we test drove a 2016 Subaru Forester that worked for our needs and had good reliability reviews. We decided to take it. Signed the paperwork drove it off the lot and were on our way home. It’s a 25 minute drive from the dealership to our home and almost immediately after getting it on the freeway we noticed some pretty glaring irritants that weren’t as obvious when we were only driving in stop and go traffic around the dealership. I also personally did not like the car as much after we got the vehicle home either, just personal preference. So we decided to return the Forester on Monday (They are closed Sunday.)I was pretty done with this location at this point and was ready to wash my hands of it. Nothing was going right and we were both beyond disappointed. Upon returning to Autonation we were greeted by Cesar and I can admit that I was less than pleasant. But Cesar took my irritation in stride, de-escalated the situation and began working with us to return our vehicle. He was so pleasant and helpful we began to look into alternative vehicles in the Autonation network to replace the Subaru instead of simply returning it.Cesar was calm, helpful, polite and seemed honestly interested in making sure we were happy with our new vehicle. Thanks to his efforts we are now happy owners of a Honda Pilot WITH AWD!!! Thank you Cesar! You took a terrible experience and made it great!

Be prepared to spend 5-6 HOURS Minimum. They need to focus on customer experience and keeping clients informed of what is taking place. I had to keep asking because they (all the staff) sit around watching all customers waiting and never come over to check or provide updates.

In my opinion, I would never recommend AutoNation again to anyone. I recently wrote a very good review but after my experience, I unfortunately have to remove that review. About 3 or 4 years ago I bought a BMW from AutoNation and after about 40 days of having it the check engine light came on and I had to put over $9,000 in repairs just for it to end up not even starting anymore. I decided to give AutoNation another chance and bought a 2015 C300 Mercedes from them 35 days ago. After 30 days of having the vehicle my check engine light is on. I tried calling the dealership multiple times to see what they can do to help. After calling over and over and being told We will have someone call you or Someone will call you back Finally after ME calling over and over and demanding to speak to someone - they offered to do a diagnostic on it but in the end it would be at my cost for any repairs needed - due to me not buying a warranty. Which I take responsibility for that but they need to take responsibility for selling me a broken certified car. Now my 35 day old car is sitting across town at a Mercedes mechanic. Mind you, I have a toddler and no other vehicle. In conclusion, I would not recommend Auto Nation to anyone ever again.

I recently bought a car (which is a nice car) thats not an issue.its the customer service I made 3 trips to the dealership to set up everything,because on my time constraints. Was told yeah no problem so after 8k down 3 trips and 9 day waiting period (which was agreed upon)so I could just show up sign 1 doc and get the keys. I still had to wait over an hour to get the car and go. I was told some bs about a policy.ok then why was none of that policy mentioned to me during any of our prior 3 visits.

Just sold my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek with Ace (Artimis) and it was awesome! Not only was it a seamless and straightforward process, but I got a great price for it so I was over the moon. Ask for Ace when you go, he was fantastic!

He had a lot of jokes and was clearly an easy-going dude, with a great and fun personality; very receptive and informative about the car itself. Fabio, the guy who did our paperwork at the end was also extremely friendly and easy to talk to and made the process itself not-so-boring! Great company, can definitely recommend!

Having my car stolen and totaled I was in desperate need to find a new car FAST! After countless visits to different dealers in Henderson I had no luck. Constantly getting talked down/ Laughed at because I am young & dont know too much about financing or vehicles,I finally fell in love with a used 2020 Kia Optima I found on CARFAX. I made my way down to Auto Nation USA Henderson where I spoke & Met with Jose Escobedo That actually gave me the respect and courage to go forward in buying my first ever car.I cant stress enough how smooth the process was, the conversation, the company, the finances. First time buying here. We are really thankful for Josh. We went to 2 dealerships that did not help us get the car that we want upon hearing about our credit. But when we went to Autonation USA Henderson, we felt that this is the right place. And after a couple of hours, we are out with a new car. Bought the truck a week ago. I really like my salesman jacob and he did a good job. However, I havent heard back from finance, I just want the name of my lender for insurance purposes. Also, its been a week and the truck has 6 problems with it.1. Code p230c which is the reductant sensor or def sensor. this is a perminanat code and I dont believe it would have passed emissions.2. primary coolant system is low, its either leaking or burning coolant.3. rear differential is leaking fluid4. right passenger side mirror motor is broken and wont stay out and the motor doesnt work...they continually go in when going down the highway which is a safety concern.5. oil wasnt changed like it said it was.6. doing down the highway the front end has so much play its hard to keep the truck in one lane.I paid extra for the warranty...but these items should have been fixed on the vehicle before I left the lot.

Thanks to Joe Vandenberg, we had a great buying experience. In April we looked at and put money on a car that didnt pass smog so we were given our money back. A few days later Joe called and asked if we still wanted it if they got it to pass. We agreed and ended up with a car that not only passed smog, but received a new clutch and 4 new tires! And the price never changed! Joe kept us apprised all along the way. Hes a very pleasant man to do business with! I would definitely recommend.

2015 Volkswagen Jetta. I would give zero stars if possible. This was the worst experience purchasing a car from when I put down the deposit until less than 30 days after the sale. 1) It took them almost 2 weeks to have the car ready for sale. I had to get on the phone with the manager and ask him if he really wanted to sell a car to get anything done. 2) Actually doing the paperwork - What should have taken 1 hour at the most took 2.5 hours and they werent even busy. 3) The finance manager had to redo the paperwork because it was incorrect. Amount and that they owed us new headlights to be installed at a later date. I even told him they werent busy enough to make so many mistakes. 4) Had to follow up on the DMV green slip numerous times to receive it with incorrect information. 5) Within 3 weeks the AC compressor went out. 6) Finally got the car in for the headlights and while still in the parking lot noticed the mirrors dont move anymore. 7) They had to do another smog after installing the headlights because it didnt register in the DMV system. (They said they did it, but I question). 8) The head of service couldnt figure out why the car wouldnt pass smog now. We had to tell him it was because they disconnected the battery and now has to be driven. They offered to repair the AC with no discount with a rebuilt compressor. We will be taking this car to our mechanic and paying more for a new compressor. They will never touch this car again! Ive purchased at least 20 vehicles. ranging from Mercedes to Volkswagen and this is the absolute worst experience ever! Avoid at all costs!9.8.21 Update/Response to Autonations response to my review.I will not be contacting them to see how they may improve my experience for two reasons. 1) Sadly, I was dealing with 3 managers (general manager Matt, internet manager Joe and service manager Caleb) during this horrible experience. 2) Autonation didnt want to do anything until they received a bad review and they will never touch one of my vehicles again. As I write this from my preferred mechanics shop waiting for the new compressor to be put in my sons vehicle we have only owned 30 days.
