Broke the upper control arm on my Nissan Titan and limped it here. They got me in just before closing on Sunday and kept my truck over night in their shop. Replaced both control arms the next day and had it ready for me by closing. Picked it up after work that day.There were 2 small efforts to mislead about work needed and inability to review the needed repairs with a mechanic. Remained assertive to ensure my requests were met, and eventually they were. Bonus points to the manager for calling me Monday morning to follow up. Just be assertive when you visit to make sure your expectations are met by employees.Lifetime alignment is a great service they offer, and well worth the fee. Highly recommmend.
I had an appointment on Tuesday at 10:00 for my AC not cooling enough. I waited until 1:00pm and Joe, the manager said that they didn’t have the filter to test the ac. Joe said to bring it the next day at 0800. So I went home. Joe called me at home and said the filter has not been delivered and asked me to bring my car on Thursday at 1000. So I went today and Johnny, the other manager was there and said I didn’t have an appointment. So I explained the situation, Johnny would not badge at all. I know that they are always busy and they probably care less to lose a customer. I’ve always brought my car to the dealer but because it’s 10 years old that i could take it to places like this. All I can say is, places like this are not well run, the managers don’t have good work ethics and are not dependable.
I had great experience with Joe for checking up on my car problem. He is such a kind, helpful, and friendly . His customer service was wonderful that why after i called to book appoinment to fix my car again. Store person told me Joe got promoted and transferred to other location nearby but I like him to help fixing my car from now on. So I then followed him to his new location working on Stephanie .I like to recommend Joe to my family n friends come fixing cars.
Incredible experience. My battery died. I called firestone on American pacific and Joe was amazing. He scheduled me the next day but my battery had died again and told him I wasnt going to make it. Told me to bring it in. Luckily it was within in time before close. His crew told me 2 tires are in bad shape. I have 2 kids and for their safety they recommend that asap. Luckily I had enough credit on my firestone card a big helped to complete that. Joe and his crew took care of me and for that I am grateful.
After supposedly making an appointment and going there. After waiting for about 20 minutes we are told that the online appointment was to make an appointment. I have never heard such a thing! Not only did I waste Gas but I couldnt get my car serviced either!

FAST FAST service! My battery died. They finished within 1/2 hour, and they had other cars they were servicing. Happy with the expediency!
I took my car in today and with all of the stress of a car not working right and being dependent on myself I was gonna walk an hour plus to my apartment. Joe said to give him a few minutes and he would give me a ride. I have been to this location numerous times and the service is always at the top of its game.

Was impressed with the manager that sold us the ties. 2nd manager was awhole other story. Rude dismissive. I made appointment for 2nd I had to change the date i just made he couldnt find me and was so rude. If this is how they treat customers I wont be back.
Mgr. Phillip is not a good fit for FireStone.It was a first time for me to visit them on before the Labor Day..In first few minutes he had raised his voice towards me., for no reason??? As he was treating his child..As we all we know, no matter what, the Good Customer Service is must! Next thing I know, I got an estimate of, $ 1,600! He was kind pushy and obnoxious on top of it! You know what? I ll go to another car repair shop! Because, I got options..Because, everyone deserves respect and courtesy! If you are reading this, you may think twice as well!
So thankful to the staff. Went to have air pressure checked and they found an issue with my tires. Got a good deal to replace the tires.
They are so nice here! There was a piece under my engine dragging on the ground and I pulled in right before closing and they still helped me. I cant remember the ladies names that helped me, but they were so kind and helpful. Fixed it right away and told me I could come back if it ever happened again and would fix it free of charge. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I was in a minor accident and towed to firestone. The damage was more extensive than anticipated. It was about 5 or 6 days before adjuster could get out to assess damages. I took up one of there bays for a week! They were understanding and patient. Very professional.

I went to get my tires aligned and an oil change. The best associate, Temple, made sure that I had nothing to worry about when I come to this store. He is always quick/proficient and my car is always in great hands with him. Thank you Fire Stone for hiring a great employee!!
Get a second opinion! My car overheated due a radiator leak. They said I needed to replace the thermostat, the rad and some other parts. The estimate was 1k USD. So I called other places and a mobile mechanic replaced the radiator as he said everything else was fine; all for $275 and it worked perfectly after that.

Tried to replace a battery under warranty that they said was prorated because it was 2.5 years old but had a 5 year warranty and wanted to charge me nearly full price for another one. They told me over the phone they would take care of me. What a joke. Poor service and credibility as a business. Dont take anything there or you will be sorry.

They literally didnt know how to diagnose the problem on my vehicle. Instead, they told me I need to replace engine mounts on a 3 year old car and the vendors they called told them they dont exist yet...that would have been $700-$1000. I left and suddenly check engine light came from nowhere so I had to go back for another hour...they told me its a misfire and I need decarbonization and new spark plugs... $330...luckily they didnt have the plugs...on Monday I took my car to a dealer and they found totally different problem, got me Lyft ride, a rental car and after 2 days working on my car, I paid $0.00, yes ZERO $.THIS FIRESTONE SUCKS!
Had a great experience here after having a terrible on with the store up the street. Got my alignment done no questions asked, and didnt attempt to upsell me on anything. I am very glad i gave this store a chance before giving up on Firestone all together because of the other store.
No upfront price quotes. Redundant charges are unnecessary and feel like being charged for things you don’t really need

We took in our car because our breaks squeaked occasionally and we were preparing for a road trip. This location said all our brakes needed to be fixed, and that our back ones were totally shot. We called around and went to another mechanic shop because they could fix the same alleged problem for $100 cheaper. The other mechanic shop took a look and discovered THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG AT ALL... We were pretty shocked and even had them double check. Im not sure how there could be any difference of opinion.
Bing, the store manager, was very helpful. Offered to match quotes from Costco or anyone else in town and was one of the only stores who had the specialized tires we needed in stock and installed them same day.
The employees were really nice and Temple did great in making sure my car was fixed properly.
I have been going there since it opened. Good staff, great.service, reasonable prices. Do not try to gouge you for extra services. Only drawback is getting there when driving south... You have to do a U-turn at a busy intersection.They stand by their work and also do your servicing as promply as possible.
Dont get ripped off by these guys!I went in for 4 new all-terrain tires for my wifes Jeep. The price on the tires was fine - not too much, not too little. What stood out like a sore thumb was the $300 parts + labor charge to replace the air pressure sensors on all 4 tires.When I inquired about the charge, the salesman gave me some BS pressure story like, You wouldnt want your wife to be driving her car out in the Vegas heat and have all four tires go flat, would you? Thats why we need to do that.I ended up getting 4 fantastic all-terrains over at Discount Tire on Eastern. You know what they charge to replace those sensors? $8 a pop! Firestone was going to charge me almost 10x that! Instead of paying $1,200 and getting totally ripped off at Firestone, I paid just over $800 at Discount Tire, and the service was phenomenal.Avoid this place like the plague. Unless, that is, you really love overpaying for stuff.

I had my BMW X5 checked when we bought it in January.I took it to Firestone in April for a safety check because we were planning a long trip.They gave me an estimate of $4,400 for Front End Parts and Labor.They said I should not drive it as it is and wanted to start the repair right away. (Before I could get a second opinion.So, I took it to my regular mechanic for a check-up and he agreed with the original check in January.He said the parts were slightly worn but did not need replaced.He told me that the mechanics at Firestone get paid commission where his mechanics are paid by the hour.I recommend going to Sun Auto on E. Sunset Road for a second opinion.They saved me $4,400!
I will never set foot in this Firestone franchise again, and caution everyone to be aware of what I believe is the worst customer service of any auto repair shop in Henderson, NV. I have over 48 years experience driving, and have the expertise to do mechanical work so I’m not a push-over at any shop. This Firestone shop is relatively new and looks nice, but the service work and customer service at the front desk are sub-standard. Here are the details: On 2/24/20, I took my car in for a front brake replacement. The initial visit was ok except for the long wait time to get the work done. The past two weeks I have heard a clunking sound gradually getting louder in the front of the car whenever I go over a bump in the road. On 3/23/20 I took it to the shop to have the front brakes checked under warranty, and was told by Johnny to wait for a service tech to ride with me to hear the sound. After more than 30 minutes wait a technician rode with me and I explained that I thought it was related to the recent brake replacement. When I returned with him to the store, Johnny told me it would cost me $50 for an inspection. I was shocked that warranty work was not covered and reacted in a frustrated manner telling him that was unacceptable. He quickly became defensive and scolded me for being agitated. He said, “that’s what we charge everyone”. I then made it clear I was going to get angry if they didn’t stand behind their work - he then said, “ok we will just inspect the brakes”. I asked how long it would take and he told me 1.5 hours - I then said I would return then. I called my previous shop who told me to bring it in and he would look at it. It took him 5 minutes to pull the wheel and discovered one of the caliper bolts was loose (had not been tightened properly when brakes had been replaced).
Usually OK, BUT tried to upsell me 6 blinker tail light bulbs for my Mustang, @ $94 ! Saying they were all non functioning. I checked next day, & All my blinkers & brake lights were fine. Grrrrr...
I took it in for an old change and check my tires; and it seem they put oil in it at least. Somehow they put two of my hubcaps completely misaligned from where they’re supposed to be and covered the valve steps. Their jam so tight from being beat back on in the wrong place there’s gonna be no way to get them off without bending them. I guess they expected me to wait for my next oil change to put air in my tires or maybe the legal weed is a just a little too strong for them. Wait to get off work if you’re gonna smoke that stuff.
Took care of everything I needed again. Very polite staff AND theyre there to answer any questions. I love that they dont try to upsale me. If there are potential future problems they just let you know and will even say hey, that can wait. That is the way to gain trust with your customers IMHO.

Those guys are so friendly and after all the work was really cheap I expect to spend a couple hundred dollars and only spent 50
1st appointment was for an oil change and an alignment. We specifically told them that it pulled right. Got it back 3.5hrs later and the alignment was significantly worse. By the time we drove away they had closed. Came back the next day and they told us they were too busy and made us an appointment for saturday (two days later).3rd visit, second appointment - its not aligning we need to try rotating the tires but we are too busy to fix it today.So in summary this location is a total waste of time, and the staff borders incompetent. They dont have time to fix their mistakes and cause nothing but additional frustrations. I have been using Firestone for years now but I will never go back to this location. We went to a different location across town and they fixed it immediately without issue so the issue is specifically with this location.
Excellent customer service and they are really nice. Planning a long trip and ask them to check everything. They did a courtesy check and helped me fill my spare tire and found a leak in my tire and repaired it. Highly recommended!

Guy at the front was nice and explained stuff to me up front in details, but whoever worked on tires left the pressure at 40. I noticed the next day, called and they fixed it. VERY long wait for installation of tires.

This place will rip you off. $99.99 JUST TO CHECK why your check engine light is on. If you have money to waste, go right ahead. If not, go to the Goodyear down the street and they quoted $40, or even better, go to Auto Zone less than .4 miles away, and they’ll do it for free. 🎉 That’s only the beginning of how this place is way overpriced. Research beforehand and call around, there is literally 5 other car repair shops in the same area.

I dealt with the new manager Chris stout, he was very professional and easy to work with. They were pretty busy but somehow I was in/out within the hour. Couldnt have been an easier process and will definitely be returning to buy my next set of wheels, 5 Stars earned.
Ive taken my wifes vehicle in 3 times for squeaky brakes. Each time, after paying for the recommended service weve been told Nothings wrong, we had multiple mechanics take the whole system apart & put together again.After at least 10 hours between 2 different locations, what else should we do???
Im a do-it-yourselfer and I do my best to stay out of shops. However, I needed a steering alignment and thats not possible for a home mechanic to perform.I brought my car here and not only did they keep their time promise, they applied a coupon that I didnt even know existed.They gave me advice on other alignment procedures I needed to have done, but never pressured me to have them done then and there. They told me to install the parts myself and they would perform the alignment, free of charge.I would certainly bring my car back here.

I feel clients will appreciate if staff member let know clients what is the problem in car before starting any work. When they dont let the client know, it feels being force to pay for some service not requested.
The typical nail in the tire story, the tire itself has less than 10,000 miles on it. Not safe to drive. I knew I was being taken but they refused to reinstall the tire so I could go somewhere else for a patch. They gave me $10 off a new tire but $100 and an hour later I was off with a lower quality tire than what I drove in with. Do not come here, its a commission, free evaluation BS care car service. The first thing they did was lift the hood for a nail in the tire when i did not ask for additional services. They didnt try to upsell me further since they knew I was pretty pissed. Avoid unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Scammers, went in for tire balance, came out with a new transfer case leak they want to fix. Car just came off the lift prior to going in with no leak, drove 2 miles to their shop. Any one could see the peice of gasket they pulled out, it was still attatched. Scammers, Customers are familiar with commission based mechanics with daily quotas that want you to pay there day through. SCAMMERS
I feel so disrespected. I made an appointment to get my truck tires rotated and get the fluids and belts checked and whatever else as I was taking a road trip by myself the next day. When I walked in for my appointment, Phil the manager was on the phone seeming disgruntled. When he was off the phone I told him I had an appointment and he told me he was really backed up. He said he had other mechanics coming in in an hour and that the other guys over booked the day before (even though i was told the schedule was wide open). I was clearly disappointed because im short for time, but not rude in any way, and told him thats why I made an appointment. Im not going to tell my guys to stop doing what their in the middle of doing just for you. Phil said rudely. I calmly told him I never asked him to do that and I decided to just walk out. I never had any problems with firestone till today and am a little crushed as finding a decent place to take my truck is hard to find and now Im leaving in the morning unsure about my truck. Phil, even when your day is going going badly, dont take it out on anyone else. You have no idea what is going good on in their lives too.

Ive been a loyal customers here since they opened. One of the things Ive always appreciated is they would take my payment over the phone via credit card because I work 12+ hour days during the week. That way I could pick up my car after they closed and not have to leave work early. Well they dont appreciate customer loyalty much because the general manager Jerry decided that he wouldnt offer that payment method any longer and his excuse was for my protection. In reality it cost him a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at his business since they opened. Ill never be back. In the future Ill drive farther for much better service and phone payments from Sunset Auto on Boulder Highway. Do yourself a favor...buy your tires and brakes somewhere else.

I want to give 5 stars due to the techs that helped me out of bind when my car broke down. I was at a neighboring business when my car wouldnt start. One of the technicians walked over and gave me a jump to get running. I drove over to have them check my battery and sure enough it was bad. 5 star service from those guys! Now the 4 star experience, they charged me $50 to replace the battery, 10 minutes worth of work. When I asked the manager about it, his response was I dont set the prices, you can to Autozone if you would prefer! I wont be going to a Firestone ever again.

They took care of my alignment without questions, gave me some advice at a reasonable price. While they could not take care of my alignment immediately they told me what to do and bring you back as soon as possible and they would take care of it and thats just what they did.

I called to make an appointment and as it turned out I lived only 3 minutes away and they said that they would put me right in when I got there. I jumped in the car and was there in 3 minutes. When I got there they said that two people had driven in before me in that space and time. However, those cars were already on the racks and I think they lied to me and just wanted my business so they said what I wanted to hear. I dont recommend them.
