I had a seamless car buying experience buying completely online. When I reached out through the website the salesperson, Tammi Jo, immediately responded and was there throughout the entire process. Their team was transparent and we got a fair deal on the price and financing. All the paperwork was completed in less than a day, then they delivered the truck the following morning.I live in the Houston area 200 miles away from their location and I had an easier time purchasing a vehicle with them than going to the local dealerships here. I will look to them again for future vehicle purchases.

I dont think Ive ever left a review but I had to for this company! I traded in my first ever car. Bought a used ram 1500 from jimbo who was amazing ! Sadly the very next day a message popped up on the truck saying the engine was over heating. We were visiting from San antonio Texas and had no choice but to drive home with the truck like that. Luckily we got it home. The next day James called I told him what had happened and from the start he said they would take care of it. I was doubtful thought he was just telling me that to get me to stop calling :) other issues arised that were out of our control and unexpected BUTTTT at the end of the day James and his team took care of me and fixed the problem. The dealership themselves paid to fix the problem. From day ONE James assured me he would take care of it and he did just that! A man of his word. I would like to personally thank Shannon Marsh for going above and beyond to take care of our issue with my truck. We purchased it brand new from Gabriel/Jordan in August of 2017 just 3,000 miles past the warranty the transmission went out. She went out of her way to make sure I was put in a loaner, and she was going to make this right by reaching out since it was JUST BARELY out of warranty and very well maintained. If it wasnt for her getting GM to absorb a high percentage of the cost for this replacement I would not consider purchasing another GM vehicle.

I am a busy mother of 5 kids who works full time. I live in Nacogdoches. Jimbo at Gabriel Jordan made the car buying process a breeze. I knew I wanted a minivan. I had driven to Houston and Tyler to look at other cars I found online, and was constantly let down when I got to the dealerships because the cars were in poor conditions, dealers failed to provide correct information online, or I made it to the dealership too late in the afternoon. I found a Toyota Sienna at Gabriel Jordan for the perfect price. I was already tired of car shopping. Jimbo made the process so simple for me. I reached out via email and asked for more detailed, specific pictures, and he did it. He sent me a video of the van! Then I asked him to go outside and show me every scratch or blemish in the van because I was not wanting to waste my time again. He did! He held his hand up to the couple of marks on the exterior so I knew EXACTLY what I was going to get. Then to top it all off, I couldn’t get off of work in time to see the car, and he drove it to me! He met my boyfriend and I on our lunch breaks and let us test drive the car and look all through the car. Everything else we finished up on the phone after that. They were patient with me while I asked a million questions and went over numbers repeatedly to make sure I got everything I wanted in the purchase and that I was completely satisfied. It was the best car buying experience I have EVER had! They have a customer for life! New or used I’m calling Jimbo to help me find what I want. She was the saving grace of my experience considering the Service manager Chris left much to be desired and could not seem to find the problem. Was looking at a used vehicle, was told over the phone they could make the deal I wanted! Drive over 2 hours and once I get there they tell me I need 8-9,000 down on a used vehicle that was older than the vehicle I was trading in plus had more miles than the one I was trading in!!! I was lied to over the phone, I will not be dealing with Gabriel/Jordan again!! Apparently they didn’t want to sell the vehicle that bad!!

I have worked in the automotive retail industry for 20 + years, and I can tell you that the ownership of a dealership makes all the difference in the world as far as customer service is concerned. I am currently the Sales Manager at this store, and have never worked for more Godly or honest people in all of my career. They go above and beyond anything I have ever seen to make sure their customers are treated fairly and with respect before, during, and after the sale. I cannot speak for things that have happened in the past, but I can tell you that this is a top notch dealership from top to bottom. Truck failed oil consumption test I was told it was the valve covers. I know how a engine works valve covers are justly keep oil from splashing. Then it drains down to the oilpan. Have 2 plugs that keep failing out thats from oil getting in to the cylinder on the piston. I have warranty on it they wont fix it. Maybe I need a lawer????? Worst service IVE every heard of

Several times during my life, I have given my personal time and often money to help someone in need. The saying What goes around comes back around, that holds so true.My truck would not start one night and I was stranded.I had very little money.I took my truck first to the Fairway Ford dealership in Henderson to find out why my pickup truck would not start.The staff at Fairway Ford were excellent at trying to help me but since my truck was a Chevy Silverado, they advised me to take my truck to Gabriel Chevrolet in Henderson because they had the computer setup to plugin and scan my truck for malfunctions. It was discovered that my truck had a faulty (BCM) Body Control Module. My heart sunk all the way down into my boots because I did not have the money to replace a bad BCM. Thankfully to the Service Manager, Aaron, he was able to get the BCM covered under my warranty. The new BCM was about $330. Im not sure how the labor was covered, but they saved me from being stranded not having a means to get around.Im an amputee Military Veteran with custody of a child and reliable transportation is paramount for someone in my situation. Ive got to take a big cake there and serve everyone a big slice of cake.

My recent hunt for a shop truck!Found one at this dealershipStarted checking it out and met with my first salesman who got me the keys. Of course I asked the usual questions trying to get any background on the vehicle. Overall the truck looked good but it was a 2013 so it did not have much time to look bad. It had been well used as it had over 160,000. The first salesman stated it had had no issues and had not been in any accidents other than the air dam being replaced after hitting a dog. I asked for any service records and got a Carfax or Auto check. I decided to leave my truck and take the truck for an extended test drive and also let my business partner Pops check it out. After driving and looking it over we found the passenger door had been resprayed and the lower door spacing was very narrow. We also found some overspray on the front passenger fender. Some screws were also missing from the inner fender well. We made a list of questions and some issues we had found. It also was missing a spare tire. I took the truck back and wanted to make and offer on it. When I got back I found my original sales person. I asked about a spare, floor mats and why the truck had been resprayed on the passenger side. Also it looked like was missing a few screws from the body work.Well this got me a second sales person. Not sure who he was as he never introduced himself. He began to tell me how the truck just had some excessive road grime on it and that was why it was resprayed. I asked about the inner fender well screws and he told me he was not going to put anything in the truck. He said he personally knew the previous owner and the truck was great and he regularly brought it in for service. I asked to see all the service on it. I got a printout showing two visits of no significance and one showing engine work. He claimed it was the wrong codes on the engine work and it was just an oil change. In the meantime my first salesperson told me how low the truck was priced and they would not make any money on it. Then he told me he would get bonus if he sold the truck to me and repeated continually how I needed to buy this truck. I asked how in the world that was possible if they were taking a loss. I had already hit blue book on this truck and it was listed at the high retail end. I had some concerns on the body damage and the money I would have to put in it. While it had new tires it had no record of any alignment. Anyway I wanted to talk money and make an offer but more in line with what I discovered. They did come down a whopping $200. Second salesman showed back up with his winning attitude and told me they would not negotiate at all on the price of even consider replacing any minor issues with the truck. I said not even a penny less. Not even a penny he replied. The second salesman claimed he could wholesale it and make more money. My thought was why didn’t you do that and not waste my time. We all know used cars are marked up quite a bit. Out of all the cars I bought I have always negotiated on price especially used ones.Am I missing something here? Is that not how it is done these days? I guess I should have just paid full price and not asked any questions. The final straw was the comments the second salesman kept making about the oilfield and its workers. I began to get the impression they were not interested in me at all as a customer. I can say I have never had an experience like this buying a vehicle. I want be doing any further business with this dealership. They should take the dealer out as they do not deal at all and are not upfront on vehicle damage. They need to let you know upfront they do not deal and any damage they repaired. This repair was not on the service records? A little honesty goes a long way in my book but when you step over that line I am done. I also will let other know of my experiences. **BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE**Beware of the KILGORE dealership!Purchased an pre-owned 09 Acadia on July 2, 2012 Dealer added glass VIN etching ($255), GAP insurance ($635.64), and an extended warranty ($2497.00) ALL without my consent. Rushed through the paperwork. Was verbally told The car has glass etching in case its ever stolen (The glass was already done when I looked at the car a WEEK before!). Was also verbally told by Tessa (the person doing the paperwork I put a 4 year 48 thousand mile warranty on the car so youd have one (As if shed done me a favor). I was so ready to leave the dealership due to the high pressure sales tactics by my salesperson Misty, I would have signed nearly anything just to get out the door! After looking over the contract a few days later and realizing all the extra things I was charged for I contacted the owner (or partial owner) Tim Capps on July 6, 2012. Mr. Capps ultimately told me If you didnt like the deal, WHY DIDNT YOU JUST LEAVE? Mr. Capps then told me he would have Tessa cancel the Service Contract and the GAP insurance and send me a refund check for the glass VIN etching. Today is July 31, 2012 and NOTHING has been done. The warranty company NEVER RECEIVED THE WARRANTY (even though I was charged for it!) and the GAP insurance company HAS NOT BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT CANCELLATION. I have received no refund check for the glass VIN etching. It seems Mr. Capps just lied to get me off the phone so he wouldnt have to talk about it any more. This is evidently the kind of service youll receive if you decide to do business with this dealership.
