Extremely above all auto repair shops! I am very impress with the young man at front counter. Dustin Hes service was remarkable, pricing was the best! I could say more! but Yes! I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend them. They earn my business.

Brought my own oil and filter they charged me like 13 bucks. Fast and friendly staff. Update November 2nd 2017 still doing a great job just changed my oil on October 23rd still for 13 bucks now theyre doing rotors that are cross drilled and slotted all the way around Good Guys great job put service friendly customer service

If you only need an oil change or smog service its a great place, but i got a radiator replacement & it didnt go well. I had to take my car to a real mechanic to fix theyre screw ups recently.Anti freeze leaked out all over the engine. I wont be going back even though Mgr was nice & tried to make it good. The mechanics are inexperienced. They let me drive away with a car that had trouble written all over it. I also got new brakes done here & those brakes have squeaked from day 1. Shop didnt even offer to fix that screw up.I will never trust them again with real repairs. Oil changes- great, REAL car repair- no way

Best place in town. Dustin has done amazing work on all of our vehicals. I also only bring my 2010 Camaro for any type of maintenance. They defentliy keep your cost down and professional work at its finest.

NO LONGER ROYALTY COMPLETE AUTO REPAIRFor many years I took my car and my mothers car to Royalty Repair and worked with Dustin who always assisted me on minor to bigger needs on all of my cars. Recently on 7/9/19 I took my car in for a simple oil change and a A/C inspection ONLY to come back loosing money and a ridiculous amount of time after the oil change trying to get parts of my car fixed that now USA Auto Service employees broke and lost. After a second time of coming back to get my front hood cover attached back, I got into a argument with the manager over the phone after I left because my AC caps were still missing. Instead of apologizing he made the whole thing my fault and told me to stop complaining and that they done nothing to my car. Just horrible service. On 7/9/19 the front desk woman said Do not worry, we are now USA Auto Service but we will take care of you! (after I requested Dustin) well that WAS a total lie. Its unfortunate because I would drive 12 miles just for the service that is hard to find in town. Sad to see a great place go. Looking for a new mechanic now. Also a month has gone by and I have heard NOTHING from their complaints service which I emailed with photos.WORD OF ADVISE: Please double check nothing is missing in your car, that nothing is broken, even when going for a simple oil change or inspection because it will cost YOU.USA AUTO: It bothers me because if something small was messed up like that, how can I trust you with bigger matters? Not to add your management is out of line.

Needed some special work done to my cars programing. Rudy here has all the tools necessary! I couldnt find another shop that had what he has. Same day fix with a smile! Weve been going to him for years and been satisfied every single time. So for fast honest service and even a payment plan to choose from! You cant go wrong choosing this location👍👍

I just gotta say thank you to Ray he was great got me a fantastic deal for brakes and calipers for my van was done within an hr in a half. This place is awesome. Ive been bringing my vehicles here for the past 6or so yrs. I dont let anyone work on my vehicles but them. Awesome job to Ray and his team..

As a woman I do appreciate their honesty and friendly service, Very Dependable and nice place to get your auto repairs. The service was amazing, along with their prices. It was a great experience dealing with Dustin and the mechanics so friendly, just good people, I highly recommend them.

Sadly this is no longer royalty. Been taking my car there for the past two year always received excellent service Dustin was also always a big help. Took my car for brakes and oil change it was towards the end of the day so I asked if I could pick up my car in the a.m the receptionist said yes you can come and pay then pick up in the a.m or you will be charged a storage fee. I was totally caught off guard the price was ridiculous for a/c recharge they totally got over. USA auto does not have my business.

They are honest and fair mechanics... even cheap prices! This is what you hope for with a mechanic!I received three oil changes here through a tremendous Groupon deal. I am pretty sure that they lost money on it, because it was so cheap. Since then, I got a few small jobs done here and they have always showed me the problems... I have even been in the grease pit and under the car on the rack seeing the issues. Never ever any pressure to get the work done and very reasonable prices. Dustin is laid back, but works hard. He is honest and dependable. I highly recommend the location.

My car was brought in at 9am and it is still here at 4:21, Im paying $322 for my spark plugs, wires, n oil change that is considered a tune up, n $320 for my brakes n rotars. I always thought that a tune up also included fluid changes, a/c check(especially when there is a free a/c check up sign out front). The last time I came here my oil change was $80, I understand I have a old European car but damn!

They didnt Have a cheetah to set the beed on my buddys tires they blew the beed out of his old tire so he had to drive home on a spair tire they couldnt refund his money to his card (60$) right away To his card after messing up...they basically screwed us over on going to Cali to see are family....trash

Worst experience with a mechanic that I have ever had. When I first walked in there was a customer complaining about the service he received. The mechanics had charged him for things that they did not even do and preformed not essential services that he did not ask for and they charged him for that too. I was weary but the guy seemed like a hot head so I brushed it off. I had a set upon price for the repairs I needed. The mechanic kept trying to convince me to pay more and more. I had to finance the work done on my vehicle. They use a sketchy third party called Easypay Finance to deal with customers who finance pay. However, the mechanic does not explain any of this to you. All they do is take your card information and enroll you in automatic payments. The company has continued to charge me months after my balance was at zero and neither the mechanic shop or Easypay will do anything about it. They are crooks working together. I did not even agree to this type of financing. The mechanic just enrolled me when I went to pay. I would suggest a mechanic shop called BAAM. Google it. Much better prices and honest service.

I needed oil change lazy ass counter guy refused cause smoke coming out of tailpipe well guess what went to the competition got 16.99 oil change and my car with over 200,000 miles passed smog dont waste your time and gas going to Royalty Auto Repair if you drive an older car go to anyone else but them.
