Great family owned business, got my SUV serviced quickly with the install of a compressor on a Vegas very hot day. The manager was very helpful and the owner picked me up once my car was ready because I live very close to the shop. It will definitely use their services again.I highly recommend them, plus they have a female apprentice mechanic too! Very forward thinking!

First time for an oil change. They were respectful..fast pointed out my air filter and have a cool fish tank right under their desk. Ill go back.

Great store, had a appointment at 8 am but I knew I will be at work in which I was able to drop off my car the previous day which made it very convenient for me. They were friendly and had great communication. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you.

I called up James for a same day appointment on Friday March 26th. Luckily one was available and came down around 1:30 PM. My brake pads had just worn out and noticed that the rotors felt funny too when braking. I bought new steel brake lines, new performance pads and cross drilled and slotted rotors. Midas got the job done quick and for a good price compared to what I was quoted around town. Ill definitely be using James and Midas again for any of my auto mechanic needs.

This was my ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE with any car shop..I came in for an a/c recharge a 1 1/2 job that turned into my car having to stay overnight and well into the afternoon of the next day because an incompetent worker broke another part on my car while fixing my a/c hose. then to top it all off after my car is repaired my bf is driving home and the medal cover underneath my car fell down while he was on the expressway because the lugs were not properly tightened..they literally could have caused serious damage or fatal harm to me or someone else..no compensation was given to us just a bunch of useless apologies STAT AWAY!!!! From this business if u want good service they are NOT NOT NOT the ones to go to.

Took my ride in for a weld. Mechanic squirted some silicone in a gap and then told me I should get someone to do a weld. 170 dollars. Never again.

I truly did have a bad experience here. The manager was very condescending in how he spoke to me. He rung everything up and then told me the price and I said oh I have a Groupon and he was like well you didnt tell me that before we started. LOL OK man. He continued to talk to me in very brief, short statements barely looking at me and then threw a clipboard pretty hard into a bin. Dont go here

Where did Pete go? We loved this shop, they always went above & beyond, and after years of living here finally found a shop we knew we could trust. The new management isnt exactly bad, but is simply just average, but after the great service we always had with Pete, this just seems so sub-par. Does *anyone* know where he works now???

Really disappointing LACK of service today. Had appointment for oil change. Upon dropping off was told 30-40 minutes so said Id just go browse at Lowes and come back. 45 minutes later returned to find my car where Id left it. Walked in and the guy says it should be finished in a moment. They hadnt even started. I left. Been coming here with all our cars for over 5 years and was always great friendly service with Pete. Where did Pete go??? Im hoping the loss of Pete doesnt mean the loss of the service, but in dozens of previous oil changes and appointments with Pete never had an experience like today.

Called in for a tune up and spoke to James gave him make model and year of car was given a price and set up an appointment. Drove over an hour and when I got there he said it was going to be 150.00 more then what I was told. I would avoid this midas at all cost.

Absolutely amazing service. Really thought I needed baked, honestly they told me I didn’t. They did identify a pretty serious problem which I was aware of. Their price was fair. More impressive was that they went above and beyond to get the major work done in 2 hours as I had an appointment I had to be at. They could have said schedule it for another day, but they didn’t and got it done. Thank you Chad!

Setting the appointment was easy online. Showed up at set time and it took about 40min total to do my oil change.

Needed a radiator flush on my 11JK, (HOA woulda got on my case) also went in to get brakes checked. They did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time and were very honest. Got the flush done, said brakes looked good and gave me some pointers on stuff I can do in my own garage to save a few bucks. This is my go to place if I need help from here on out. Thanks again guys!

Ive had difficulty finding a shop I trust in LV and after my experience here today I will definitely be returning for future service needs and referring others! I brought my vehicle in because my brakes were grinding. I was given an estimate upfront and was shown the damage on the rotors before they started to work on it. Out the door, I paid the exact amount that was given to me in the estimate. They were very friendly and courteous through the whole process and I really enjoyed chatting with Pete. Its refreshing to speak with someone who truly cares about the customer and not just putting up numbers. Thanks again!

I had an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. They replaced my worn brakes and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. In fact, they did their best to keep the cost as low as possible. They even gave me a discount that I had forgotten to ask about. Theres nothing better than finding a car repair shop you can trust, and this is one of them. Theyve definitely earned my trust and Ill be coming back with any future repair needs.

Customer service is great, the shop manager is great. Only issue is, one of the technicians took a $10 bill from my center console. Untrustworthy employees, avoid this place.

These guys are great! Always on top of things and really try to help you out. I have an old car, and they go over everything that it needs and some ways I can avoid expensive repairs!

They put my car part in wrong . I had to take it elsewhere cause the problem wasnt fixed they gave up. Then when I wrote corporate to get refund on the labor they ignored me not even a response. Quick and professional, my go to shop

I called Midas to check price and time to replace 02 sensor. The employee instructed me to bring the car in so they could tell me an accurate price with NO wait. I drive the car in, they take the car apart, and then tell me is is $122 just to tell me the PRICE to fix the 02 sensor/check engine light. All I was looking for in the first place was an estimate. Midas claims it is a mass air flow and wont let me drive my car away or put it back together unless either pay $300 to fix the check engine light/air flow sensor or $150 for the privilege of them telling me the price to fix the car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Im STILL stuck in the lobby.....

I called on Friday and spoke with Pete who agreed to help me diagnose and fix my check engine light on my low miles 2009 Scion tc. I dropped the car off and Pete was driving a customer home. So I got to speak to a very nice man who chatted with me about my issue, and he was the one who would be actually doing the work. Both dudes were super nice, very helpful, and got me out the door the next day. Total cost was under $150 for my diagnosis test and repair, which turned out to be a ill fitting gas cap. These guys had great energy, and really helped me out in a pinch. No upsells attempted. They told me what I needed to know, and didnt talk down to me because I am woman. I will be referring lots of folks here. Its hard to find a straight up auto repair shop with good people behind the scenes.

WENT TO THIS LOCATION HAD AN OIL CHANGE, AFTER 12 DAYS OF DRIVING THE CAR, MESSAGED SHOWED, THAT OIL MAINTENANCE AND OIL FILTER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, AND TOOK THE CAR BACK THERE,AGAIN, AND THE MANAGER SAID IT WILL ONLY TAKE SECONDS TO RESET, BEEN 20 MINUTES AND THE MANAGER ITSELF CANNOT EVEN FIGURE IT OUT HOW TO RESET IT . WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE IS THAT. PAID A LOT OF MONEY, BUT THEY CANNOT DO, THE RIGHT AND PROPER SERVICE. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE PEOPLE THAT HAD BAD EXPERIENCE AT MIDAS. NOT GOING BACK TO MIDAS ANYMORE, THEY LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER AGAIN .

Ive gone to these guys twice now for A/C problems and a transmission flush. Unlike the other big-name crooked auto shops and the corrupt dealerships around LV, these guys are honest and help you out the best they can without any BS. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN! Made an appointment online and did not receive a call nor a message from the office! I take my car in to receive an oil change. Joe the guy that was in the back finally came to the front,said he sent an email saying they couldnt service my car for a week and half! I walked out the door and said Ill take it to Walmart! He comes storming out of the shop and walked up to my car saying he sent the message and that it wasnt his fault that I cant read my emails! I said have a good day sir several times before he walked away....however while walking away he said f&#+ you! I will be contacting the corporate office and Ill call during the weekday to speak to his boss!
