Needed nitrogen for my tires and I called a few places in town that comes up on Google for nitrogen services and none of those places offered what they advertise except Tire Choice. Talked with Oscar and he assured me that he would take care of me and he did just that! Very polite, courteous and professional! Went in to get my front brakes looked at because the previous place I went to said it they were fine when I kept hearing a noise everytime I braked. Came here because I saw the good reviews. I ended up needing new rotors and pads and didnt have the money on hand. But luckily they have financing options so that helped me get them fixed so that I can still get to my job out of town. Took only an hour to get fixed. The staff there is really friendly and honest with everything that needs to be done. Not only that they seem like they really care about the problems with your car. I will only come here from now on for my brakes and other services.

I was quoted a certain price for brakes the day before. I brought my car in the following day before they opened. They told me that the standard rotors for my car were not available locally so I was forced to use the Upgraded Rotors. Bottom line, the job cost me $130 more than I was quoted and took almost half a day to complete.

My experience with this company was awesome. They were friendly, courtesy, and funny. I am definitely going back to them.

Ive been needing to get tires for a while, finally had the chance after work to drive down the street and take care of it. First shop I was going to go to was closed. Then I saw Tire Choice. Big place, only one bay in use at the time, so I stopped in. James, the acting manager and only employee on site, was quick to help me out. Suggested some tire choices and let me know it would take a little time because he was the only one on site. After removing the tires he let me know my brakes werent looking good, another thing Ive been meaning to take care of. This obviously added some time to how long Id have to wait but it took care of another issue Ive been needing to fix. Only thing Im not happy with it how much it can cost to take care of a vehicle, but I can drive home knowing I have good brakes, new tires and will be safer as a result. Thank you to James for all your hard work. I hope you can get some more guys on staff because with such a big shop it makes no sense to be running the place (and getting run ragged) by yourself.

Today I had the pleasure, and I do mean pleasure, of going into Tire Choice in Hemet and being waited on by Mike. I stayed the duration of my visit in the store, waiting for four new tires, and an oil change. What normally would be two pretty long hours went by like a breeze. Mike is a true professional, and a very good conversationalist. Before I knew it my car was complete, all inspections done, and I was on my way. Due to the wonderful customer service, and kind attention to detail, I will surely be a return customer! Thank you Mike!

So i came to check out the store, my car needed breaks. I walk and the staff was very friendly it seems that is under new management the manager Juan help me out he gave a free inspection and show me what i normally never get to see my breaks. They were needed he provided me with an estimate pretty good price i will def comeback.

Very friendly workers, and they show you what is exactly wrong with your car. Also, I got a very good deal on additional work after the first service.

I went to get my window fixed. The window regulator on the back right passenger side was broken. They quoted me $650-$700 to fix it. I refused service because I knew it was too much. I went home bought the part for $60 and fixed it myself! I paid $125 to confirm something I already knew but I’m not a professional so I just wanted to double check. They informed me that if I got the service done, half of my inspection fee would go towards the service. I still refused service. Then they tried to work out discounts and seemed so nice about it. The shame is in the fact that they acted like $650-$700 was normal for a window regulator fix. Doesn’t matter if there is labor fees. I understand but my car was fixed by myself in under 40 minutes. I don’t know if they thought I was a dummy but they won’t be getting my service again which is a shame because I bought this car as a project car.. I would have went back for multiple things if they got it right the first time!

I went in for an oil change, this tweaker came running across the street and walked into the bay while the mechanic was working on my car, he pulls out some stolen items to sell to the mechanic. It literally took over an hour to do a simple oil change. You would think he would check my fluids as they advertise. The same night my car was acting up, com come to find out my transmission oil was absolutely dangerously low. Very horrible customer service.

Customer service is terrible. I never write reviews but this place gets a poor rating for many reasons. I had a scan tool stolen out of the glove box. They slammed the hood shut and broke the locking mechanism and i had to pay out of pocket for it. The guy at the front desk is rude and not very helpful. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. I will never do business again with these guys.

I was supposed to give a “0” star. I have no problem with the company but the manager Robert is rude and got some attitude !!!!! I am a regular customers with this company since 2014 but since when Robert manages the stores I am not very pleased and happy with the services... oh wait... you need to teach them how to greet with the customers not with the grumpy face.
