Great Service. He doesnt normally work on Bugs, but he was more than happy to help my wife with hers. We were so happy we took my car in to get the brakes and rotors done. Took about an hour. We have found our local mechanic for sure, no more towing out of town somewhere else. Thank you Rob. Customers for life.

I came here suspecting my axles needed replaced. It was a great experience. I was worried being a woman that i would be ripped off but I Was pleasantly surprised. Service was great. He even went above and beyond by going himself to pick up a part that he was given the wrong one for so i wouldnt have to wait an extra hour for them to deliver. His prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back when I need more work done.

Today I went to get my car done at Rob n Sons auto off Esplanade and State. He was so helpful and even came and picked me up so I wouldnt have to walk back in the rain. Rob and his staff and went above and beyond for service and even did some extra for no charge. Id never gone to his shop before but I will make it a point to go to his shop in the future when my car needs serviced.

Rob goes above and beyond in trying to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle. He provides excellent service, with excellent communication, and the price he says he sticks to it no matter how complicated your car might be and ours was very complicated. Just wanted to shout out to Rob N Sons on Esplanade in San Jacinto.I needed brakes replaced on my Audi & contacted Rob after the dealership tried to rip me off.I brought my own brake pads & they were the wrong ones Rob realized after he took the old ones off.So he called himself and had the correct ones delivered and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect for my car.He is honest, fair, dedicated to his business and cares about this community.Thank you for getting me back on the road safely !!(His mechanic even helped me back out on that busy street)

Coming from a female who has been misled at other shops, this is a more than fair priced and ethical place to take you vehicle for repair, especially for women. I thought I needed brakes and rotors for my car, but they let me know I only needed the brakes. I have finally found a location where I dont feel I have to have my guard up about being overcharged or having work done that isnt necessary. Thank you for the great service!

They are super friendly and very thorough put effort into discovering the root of the problem with my car and then the following morning followed yp to make sure everything was running smoothly. Me and my wife recently moved out this way and were in need of a mechanic. Had a bad experience at a place I wont mention and didnt know where else to go. Neighbors and coworkers of ours reccomended we see rob and sons. Right from the start he was extremely friendly. At one point he even picked me up from my house to avoid an uber cost when the car was done. Will not go back here again very disappointed had my car for almost two weeks nothing was done to it they said they only test drove it but obviously they did drove more because my car was left on E. But thats not the point I get my car back with a huge dent and multiple scratches and they will do nothing about it. They wont tell me how it happens they keep denying and all Im asking is to what happen to my car

Please pay no attention to the the wrong and incorrect information the lady posted. we changed sparkplugs and showed her that her intake manifold was leaking and that we couldnt get it done before going back to mexico. offered her $150 discount.. make payments and told her she needed it fixed asap but after making it back she accused us of making her head gaskets leak. Thats pretty hard to do. Just wanted to clarify since i take a lot of pride in my business and taking care of my customers
