Brought my 07 Duramax in cause transmission was slipping, ended up being coolant lines, they got me taken care of in a timely manner price was fair and everyone over there was awesome. When I picked my truck up I met the owner Dave, very knowledgeable guy. Will be bringing my truck back for for future work.Well I cant say enough good things about the crew over here at Alliance Diesel and RV repair. Brought my truck in to do some modifications they installed a WC Fab EGR delete kit with Y bridge, up pipes turbo downpipe and an EFI live tune, and new Bosch fuel injectors among other miscellaneous stuff that should be done when you tear your motor apart that much. The owner Dave and everyone over there was easy to work with, they are definitely my go-to shop. Thanks again Alliance Diesel and RV repair.

These guys rock! Got me in within a moments notice to do front brakes on my Class A RV! 2 hrs later and I was rockin and rollin! This was late in the afternoon too. Really great guys! We broke down on the road due to a bad job done in Mexico. Dave and Will accomodated us instantly, while being rejected from a lot of other places. We had to replace all rear wheel bearings that dissolved completely on us. It was difficult to get the right bearings but they went above and beyond to make it happen nevertheless. Always gave us updates on whats going on, just all around super professional. They let us sleep in their yard without question. Even had water, wifi and hook ups if needed. Best experience we had with a shop in all our three years travel. The free pizza slizes they gave us was just the cherry on top! 😉

This is the only repair shop for me. These guys keep my dinosaur of a bucket of bolts running every time it takes a dump on me! I would be devastated if I lost them!

These guys are truly a diamond in a sea of coal! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Due to Safer at Home mandates, their waiting area was closed. They bent over backwards to ensure my comfort while I waited. The owner, Dave, even gave me the keys to his personal truck so I could go get lunch or go home while we waited for the brake pads to be delivered. I took my 2008 F350 diesel to Alliance Diesel to fix an issue with the electrical system. Will, the office manager, told me it would be $120.00 to check it out and someone would call with any need for an increase. After several days when no one had called me, I called Alliance and was told my truck was fixed.I went to pick it up and was told the charge was $300.00. While surprised, I paid the $300.00 because they said it was fixed.The same problem reoccurred and I took it back. They worked on it again and Dave, the owner, told me he did not know what was wrong with it and it was beyond his ability to fix. I asked for my money back as Alliance had done nothing for me. Dave told me he had spent time on it and would not refund my money. Instead, he gave me a list of things not wrong with the truck?Also, while I was told numerous times I would be called back about issues, I was not. I always had to call to get updates.There are more problems with my dealings with them. My experience with Alliance was very unpleasant and I would not recommend them at all.

Will and Dave are the best. Were full time RVrs and when your home breaks down its very stressful. They let us stay with our rig while it was being serviced. Their prices and quality of work were first rate. We are now loyal customers.

Great place . Took my lazy daze in for maintenance and to fix some leaking hoses. Generator service. They wont try and do anything thats not needed good communication . Honest service thats what I look for when going to a mechanic.

By and far the most competent diesel/ medium duty mechanics Ive ever dealt with.

I took my class 8 truck to you 1 time and from that point on I was not a customer. I am sure you do a good job for many people but my experience was not good. I did try you 1 more times but was instantly disappointed so I did the work myself. For buses and motor homes Im sure you are great. For a personable staff, they are. For working on class 8 trucks and your hours of operation at that time horrible and note when I took my truck there I had a list of work I wanted done you had my truck for 5 days and the only thing done was a oil change. I contacted the shop at the end of every day to see where the truck was at and continuously came up with a excuse for it not being done. We are talking simple services. A/C, belts, hoses, etc. We did speak but the only thing you where interested in was just getting back from vacation. So before you defend yourself be honest I did have work done so yes at one point I was a customer. In your defense as a owner you can not control things when you are not there but it is your business and the success and failure starts and ends with you. I hope you read this and take it to hart it is not slandering your company but pointing out faults that need to be addressed.FYI. This took place at the end of 2017 Nov or Dec I can pull the receipt for exact dates if needed.

Very professional and reasonable prices. One of the only places I found that was willing to install Timbrens on my Ford 350 and not try to charge me through the nose. Ford quoted me over $500 for what takes about an hour to do. Not only did they save me money, but also alerted me to issues with my shocks. After adding the shock replacement to the bill, the total was just over $600. Will definitely use them again.

GREAT SERVICE Just left with what turned out to be a simple fix! I am 70 yo female and have a 38 Deisel Pusher. I need to be able to take care of everything myself on the road. They made that happen. Great staff. Love them all. I know where to take my RV for service now. No place but here.

I had given up on finding a reliable diesel mechanic. My truck, a 2008 Ford F450, had been sitting for 6 months since the last diagnosis of a complete replacement of the fuel system. Over the last couple years Ive had a string of costly repairs with other mechanics and dealerships. The repairs had not fixed the problem of a loss of power. A friend recommended I contact Davina with Alliance Diesel. Im so thankful I tried again instead of getting rid of my truck. It has been running just right for months now. These people are really just the best. Me and my friend were in a really wired and scary situation. We had basically bought what we thought was a lemon from across the country. We were going to drive it home but only made it 3 miles befor breaking down. We were able to get the bus to this place to be repaired. I discovered Alliance Diesel about a year ago, just wanting an oil change, and now its where I go every time I need repairs or maintenance on my car. The staff is friendly, clean, and approachable. The prices are always very reasonable. The mechanics are open and communicative about exactly what is going on with my car, and they never try to tack on services just for the sake of price. Finding a mechanics shop that I (1) feel comfortable at, (2) can trust to perform quality services, and (3) know will never try to rip me off, is a huge deal. Thank goodness we finally found a local mechanic we can trust! David and his team were fantastic. They made sure we had a clear understanding of what was wrong with our vehicle (including showing us the part that a rock went through), the steps that were going to be taken to fix the problem, and an estimate of cost including the required parts and labor time. They worked late to find the parts needed so that the work could be completed early the next day.The car was ready when it was supposed to be, the price was very reasonable and we are extremely satisfied customers! I dont know Im just a spectator in the background but my family took one of the big diesels down there after around $11000 a came home then it had to go to Fontana to try to get it fixed its still there I dont know what happened but it wasnt right

These guys rock!! I cant say enough about the high quality work they did. I am new to the diesel world with an older rig, so finding a good diesel shop was my priority. This was the fourth shop that I had my truck at (for minor repairs/work) and this one is by far the best. I drove from Santa Ana to Hemet to see what these guys can do, and was pleasantly surprised! The work they did was clean and the price was unbeatable. I had another (very well-known diesel shop) charge me $680 for the job, where Alliance Diesel got it done for under $200! The owner contacted me a few days after the job was done to make sure that everything is working properly (which it was). No other shop has done this. I would definitely recommend these guys for any job, big or small. Thanks a lot!

I have 2 diesel trucks that I use regularly to haul horses. Theses trucks are also my main transportation. I have been looking for a reliable, fairly priced mechanic for 2 years. I called to get a quote, which was several hundred less than the usual shops.Alliance Diesel not only fixed my truck for less, they were very friendly and treated me with respect. They clearly explained the problem and solution and fixed my truck quickly.I highly recommend Alliance Diesel! If you are far away, it is well worth the drive!

A very helpful And knowledgeable crew. Great work and great customer service. They were willing to work on my truck even though its not a very common vehicle. I didnt have all the money for the bill at the time of payment and they were willing to work with me on that. overall had a good experience with Alliance diesel.

Our Rv had a serious brake issue on the tag axle. Dave the owner got us in right away to determine what the problem was and started ordering parts. My husband and I are Canadian snowbirds. We encountered an overheating problem with our diesel motor coach. We limped it into an RV park in Hemet, CA and started the task of finding a reliable repair shop in a community that was totally strange to us. After reading reviews on the shop we headed to Alliance. Long story short, David and his team of techs were very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. David took the time to explain the diagnosis and answered any of our questions. As we were living in our unit, David made it possible for the work to be done without having to leave the coach overnight. They do have the capability of offering to plug in to their power and stay in the yard overnight if necessary. The repairs took two trips back and each time we got the same outstanding service and at very fair $$ labor charge! Those of you who blog with other RVers, pass this shop along as a highly recommended repair shop.

One of the ride height valves on our coach quit. On very short notice, the last working day before Christmas, they cleared their busy schedule to get us back on the road. We arrived about 10am and were back on the road about 3 hours later. This is the place to go in Hemet for chassis and service work. Thanks, folks!

We had a blowout on the freeway with our 5th wheel which was caused by a metal brace becoming disattached and hitting the tire. We called around to a couple of shops. When we called Allaince we spoke with David, he made room in their busy schedule for us to be seen right away. They made sure that we got the help we needed to get safely back on the road. What a great shop.

You can trust these guys! We broke down while traveling through in our motorhome, and are from Washington. We called AAA, and while awaiting a tow we called every shop recommended by AAA. They were all too busy to take us. We searched other truck shops with good reviews, and called Allied. Dave the owner said they were busy too, but because of our situation we would work us in and start repairs immediately. Although we arrived at his shop after they closed, Dave stayed and waited for us. Because it was too late in the evening to get a rental car or make accommodations, Dave hooked our rig up to his electricity and water and encouraged us to spend the night in front of his shop, which we gratefully accepted. He then gave us the keys to his truck and suggested we go to town for a meal! We were so thankful we found this mans business! The next day we got our rental car and a motel. Daves crew worked on our truck first thing that morning, and for the next two days. The electric problem finally discovered was difficult to diagnose because the manufacturer of our coach had used ignition parts 5 years old, which should have not been in a 2002 vehicle. After repairing the problem he only charged us for the actual hours spent repairing the rig, and NOT for the hours spent trying to determine the puzzling symptoms. He ate all of the overage hours, which were four times those he charged us. Mind blown! Shops this fair, honest, and accommodating are a rarity in this day and age. I couldnt have asked for a better experience- Thanks Allied Auto and Truck Repair!

Alliance customer service and workmanship was excellent. We are full-time RVers and they allowed us to live in our rv outside of the shop. They went above and beyond to help us. They troubleshooted the issue and resolved the issue in a timely manner. They were very reasonable, upfront and honest. You wont find a better shop around. I recommend Alliance to anyone .

David Tamed took the bumper off my equipment and lied about it. This person is not a mechanic. He is a con that is ripping people off and is a pathological liar. I caught him in his lies. The idiot doesnt know laws or anything. So when he finds the civil suit I filed maybe his attitude will change.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. OWNER IS A THEIR AND LIES.His Mechanics are nice plight and have to show the owner how to work on things.David couldnt even rebuild a two-barrel Elder Brock carburetor.You have been warned.

Called when my motor home over heated on interstate 215. Also called Coach net who said they would have suggested Alliance anyway. David the owner and a helper showed up in about 30 minutes. Turned out the fan belt had broken and much of the coolant had boiled away. It took 2 hours to locate the belt, Freightliner was out. Coach net recommended a tow to the shop but David didnt think it necessary and took care of everything right on the Roadside. After a total of 3 hours I was on my way. What a great outfit.

Dave, came in on a Saturday to help us out since we were on camping trip. Reasonable and honest, what more can you ask for. Going to make the trip from SD for any future issues. Thanks Dave.

I read all the reviews before I decided on Alliance; because many repair shops price gouge and, as we all know: do unnecessary work! Previously I had my front breaks completely replaced on my Winnebago: only to find they were still sticking!Well Alliance mechanics are not only top notch; but call you and show you exactly whats happening. I couldnt believe it: the front calipers were never replaced; brake fluid was old and contaminated; a new brake line had to be replaced 500 miles after the expensive job I had done at Balswick Tire Shop in Turlock CA.Alliance made everything right for half the price! I now have confidence that my brakes will work fine on the 5000 mile trip Im about to take!

I have been a commercial driver for 21 years now and I have had my fair share of breakdowns over the years. Recently my Kenworth T800 Broke down(once again) I called my fleet department and Alliance was dispatched to me by Donlen fleet services. I was broke down on the side of the road on gilman springs road and stranded, I meet David and his mechanic Tony that night for the first time BUT I was treated as though I was their only customer. They had an extremely fast response time, were very friendly and I have to add I have never meet such a friendly team! They are very knowledgeable, clean, and were eager to get me back on the road again. As a matter of fact they were so timely that I was still able to complete my load AND get back home within my 14 hours. I now use Alliance Diesel for all my repairs on my rig and my personal vehicles.
