Ace was amazing!!!! He was so friendly, efficient, patient and helpful!!! He was very knowledgeable a out the products and made this an easy switch! The store has a plethora of choices in phones, cases, speakers and other items and was very clean. I will always come back to this location.
I was done so wrong by boost mobile in Mt Pleasant Mi.. I had to go to the hazel park location.. Ace was truly the BEST EMPLOYEE THAT I COULD OF GOT.. HE WORKED ON MY PHONE ISSUES FOR WELL OVER TWO HOURS. MEANWHILE HE WASNT MAKING ANY MONEY OFF ME. HE NEVER GAVE UP ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE CALLS.. HE WAS PERSISTENT AND DETERMINED AND HAD TO REMIND ME TO STAY POSITIVE.. 5 STARS TO YOU ACE.. THX SO MUCH..
Ive been a Boost customer for years and needed a new phone. Ace was very helpful in getting my new phone set up and making sure I got my Boost Up discount - I ended up paying $50 less for the phone than if I ordered online (which is what I usually do). He was also patient and kind when I had a mini meltdown (it wasnt my best day). So thank you (and Im sorry). Would recommend.
They went above and beyond for me. I had been dealing with identity theft they give me a great deal on a new phone & service. Also gave me tips on how to secure my accounts and phone. Additionally after I had the phone for awhile I needed to change my number they did it free of charge and gave me more advice. Id give them 10 stars if I could thanks 9mile John R Boost Mobile team. It seems that the manager does not like his job. Rarely have I ever seen anybody so unpleasant, unprofessional, unwilling to help people. He is rude, and does not do anything to help solve small problems (small for him, big for us). Why is he here ? quite a negative image for Boost.

Horrible service. One in hazel park is a shady business and i had the owner claim i owed him money! After a purchase of 3 iphones with activation! Hows that possible? My phones were turned on and activated. Boost has worst phone service and cuts out constantly. Cant wait til another month passes by to switch to metro pcs WHOM I LOVE AND WAS WITH FOR YEARS. I SWITCHED bc my son wanted his first phone to be an iphone and they had a special. Biggest mistake ever! NEGATIVE 5 🌟 IF I COULD. seriously the owner was selling jail broken amazon sticks out of back of store! Place was completely empty other than a checkout kiosk and he got everything out of back room. When i say empty i mean NOTHING but one computer kiosk. No displayed phones or pictures. Just one chair and a shady owner whom i SUPPOSEDLY owe money too. Shameful! And just cant wait til 1 more month passes and i can get metro pcs back who i have been with since they came out. HUGE MISTAKE.
This guy is a con artist, a cheat, and has no professional skills whatsoever. Every time I purchase something from him, he tries to cheat me out of 1 dollar. He even charged me 75 bucks for a bluetooth device that cost 30 bucks every where else. This guy is a real loser, I wouldnt recommend that any one goes to this boost mobile store. Will be reporting him to the better business bureau as well. A real slime ball.

The guy that was there I believe the owner or manager named Ace, the dude with long hair. He gave me the worst in store experice ever!!! He didn’t even greet me when I walked in and then tried to sell me a LG for $129 which was advertised for $49. I had a bad vibe right away and left ASAP and went to 10 and Dequindre and they gave me the phone for $49. This guy is a con artist a liar and a cheat. STAY AWAY unless you want to lose your money. Shame on him. Don’t go there he wouldn’t even let me use the bathroom also. Very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service! I asked for some water because I was already waiting for over an hour. I waited all this time to get a refurbished phone that would not charge or facetime. When I came back the next day to resolve the issue, they said they cant do anything about it. IM WARNING YOU DO NOT GO THERE WORST EXPERIENCE!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION- The Lead Rep goes by the name of Ace. when I first started going there three years ago it was a female. She was knowledgeable,kind, and always helpful. it was always a very informative and positive experience. so much so that I would spend $200-300 in the store. That Changed once Ace began working there. At first he was kind, and I had no problem paying my bill or upgrading my phone. Until Boost implemented a fee waiving process online or over the phone. I went in to pay my bill under the impression that I would only be paying a flat rate. that was not the case. I told him no he refused so I left. Fast forward to today. My iphone 6 which i purchased at this same store died. I purchased the LG stylo. Because I was in a rush and because it takes him anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes to activate one, and I have worked with boost before, I felt it would be faster for me to activate it.Because I did not lethim have my phone number he charged me $80.00 over. The phone was priced at $179. he charged me $264.99 which is price gauging. I paid it and left, because it was obvious he did that to try and manipulate me to get him to activate a phone. Once I got home to activate it I found out through the website that The LG Stylo has a known activation error, which he did NOT inform me of while i was there. so I took it to another boost store closer to my home. Once there I was told that not only did he over charge me he also was to inform me of any known activation issues. That rep called his boss and his boss as shocked. the Rep advised he could activate the phone but I would have to get my refund from Ace. I did not feel safe in the store alone with him so I asked my husband to come with me. He did. I politely informed him that i needed my refund and he went off. He raised his voice and tried to tell my husband I was a liar. Meanwhile the entire time he was on the phone with someone while im discussing my personal phone information which is also a BIG NONO . after we begged him to call his boss he still refused and then admitted on video he overcharged me.
