After years of adequate service; only the last 7 months have I had any issue, 7 months of calling and sitting on hold painstaking trying to resolve the issues, they told me my best bet is to write a letter to the corporate office in Texas, they finally broke me, Im going elsewhere. Theyre hustlers. They care far more about their numbers than they do the customers experience. I assure you my requests were not unreasonable. Only to have what I had been paying for.*If youve noted theyre kind response here and thought, well at least it seems they want to make it right! Sorry to disappoint; thier fix was having me pay another 100 dollars. May I suggest elsewhere if you want professionalism.
When all your other locations cant help you out....come here! Theyre not just trying to sell you a new phone.

My elderly mother received a phone that cannot receive calls. Jason at this location refused to help her. He would not change the sim card, would not submit a support ticket, and was extremely rude and nasty. They are so nasty in this store the other stores warn against visiting. Would not recommend this store.

Have had several Issues with this Store and Employees Tony & Q. Each time Tony would say come back when you are having more issues. Tonight 11/14/20 I went back to the Corporate store and Q was supposed to help me but instead she tried to push things off on me. I explained to her that when you are on certain apps does not bring the app up. Q says that app does not do that and that I am wrong. I have been in Public Safety for 45 yrs and I am over 60 yrs old. I will never buy or approve any of our contracts for phone services through T Mobile or any of their Subsidiaries. Plus we will not take any of our new people to buy their phones at our Local Phone Store. Where the owner gives great customer service.
I just left the corporate store on 9 mile and Jon r and have never met anyone lazier than the 4 employees that were standing there. They were rude and wouldnt help me. As I walked in one of the workers started backing away like I was sick. And when I went to hand him my phone he said go get wipes and wipe it down before you give it to me. Sothan I decided to leave but before leaving I asked where another corporate store was and the tall gentleman said look on your phone and find it yourself and the worst part thenother 3 employees sar back and watch while I was the only person in the store

I came into this store just to do an upgrade after talking with Q the manager she explained to me all the upgrades and deals i qualify for I decided to activate 2 new lines? After she explained to shaunte what i was doing shaunte sold me on more stuff. These ladies rocked. I appecticate good customer service.
There are way to many MetroPCS stores to ever have to walk in this one again. Very rude and could care less about gaining a new customer wanting to purchase an iPhone. Oh well there loss definitely found a better MetroPCS in Roseville. Have always done my business with this one and buying new phone. Never again will I walk in yhete and will definitely let ppl know to not go to this one

I went here to re-up my service a couple years ago. The guy (who was a manager) tried to sell me 2 phones. I told him I had 60 dollars and just wanted my service back on. He didnt tell me they had a $50 promo going on and instead charged me $10 for features I didnt want and didnt ask for just to get my $10. When I went back to complain to his boss, his boss didnt care. On Easter yesterday I went to their kiosk and paid $30 for my bill. Apparently you can also pay something called 123 Metro and thats who got my money. I went there today to straighten this out and they told me to call the number on the kiosk. I said my phone was shut off so they told me to try and use one of the display phones and see if they work. I said thank you and left. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this store at all costs. Go to 14 and John R. They are awesome.

Went to the store weeks prior to 9/3/16 to get a cord for my LG phone, too much, however they did offer to replace my phone with a new one still under warranty. They put in the order, I think. Didnt get a service receipt. No proof of order. Went back in on 9/3/16 to see Why I hadnt received my phone. No answer. They took my order again. This time, got a receipt. 9/21/16, still no phone. Looking for another carrier.
Yesterday was March 15 2018 around closing time, Metro PCS lost my business. My phone did not have service after installing the newest Android update. The lady I found, just stated that I needed either a new phone or do hard reset on my current phone, or by a new number. There is nothing she can do help me.Unlike anybody that i dealt with before, she was rude, arrogant with not one once of customer service in her body. The people at that store used to be very knowledgeable and always willing to walk past the extra mile.Very disappointed by that lady

You cant take a phone back after owning it for a week. Ive had it for less than 2 and it already has major glitches but Im now stuck with it. Employee seemed nice but signed me up for Insurance and a call screening service that costs extra without my permission, probably for some kind of commission pay. I was robbed blind by this company.

WORST! Experience ever there. The lady Named Angie. NEVER ask for her!!! They used to be very friendly. I dont know if the staff recently changed but. I sat there for 15 min. & the staff was calling their friends up first. Just because they knew them. Then when I was called up, the lady named Angie actually went on her cell to txt, then spoke to a co-worker about a new phone case she wanted. I was holding my 2 yr old son, & had just got off work. All i wanted was to pay for a new phone to be shipped to me, But this woman went through my entire phone, Telling me which apps I downloaded, sorry but dont think it was necessary whatsoever to go through my apps, and tell me which ones I should have. A persons phone is personal. I will never go there again! Dont recommend them to anyone! Try the one on 9 mile instead. They were quick and friendly.

This store is the absolute worst! I have been a religious metro pcs user for 17 years and no other store has treated me as poorly as this one consistently does. To buy all my metro phones I go to dequindre n 9mile cuz this one is so terrible. But for warranties you are forced to go here and they act like you are garbage. When u ask to speak to a manager they laugh at you! Avoid this store at all costs
The employee who took care of us very helpful and understanding of the problem that we are having with the phone and was able to switch the phone with a different phone at no cost. after going through three different refurbished phones from ZTE I was able to switch to a Samsung which is a much better quality phone. will never go to an independent Metro store again.
This particular corporate store is absolutely the worst place to do business I have called customer service and they told me that since I was a long-standing customer that I was entitled to a up upgrade rebate when going to this store or any other store Im being told the only way I can get a deal is if I sign up for a new service with a new phone number they tell me that corporate made a mistake and they do not have to honor corporate policy. The staff at this location was extremely rude wouldnt even look up my account information to find out if I was eligible for an upgrade package. I did find a corporate store in Lathrup Village who did look up my account and said yes you are eligible for that but then they later called me and told me that they couldnt honored what corporate is telling me. I have decided to go to another carrier it will cost me more but I will get just as reliable service if not better avoid doing business with Metro PCS at all cost if you value your sanity. I had the displeasure of dealing with a woman who only identified herself by the first initial of her name Q. She claimed to be a manager, its highly unprofessional for any manager not to identify themselves completely to a customer her attitude was driven solely to making money. The only thing she offered to do for me with start up a new account at which time I could get a minimal discount off of a new phone. Most unprofessional, when I complained to corporate headquarters about this through the customer service line they apologize and blatantly lied to my face saying they valued me as a customer but allow their representatives to treat people in this manner again poor customer service there is no loyalty to a customer that has remained loyal to them for years. That is why I am done with them for good.
Worst service period at this metro location! I was checking out the phones on display at the store and the workers are socializing and playing with their phones. five minutes later a worker told me u need sumthin?! gave me a attitude and was eyeballing me the second i walked in the store. The supervisor was too dam busy on his phone! they didnt even acknowledge my presence. This location is a corporate store?! This is the worst service throughout the metro Detroit area. Im a gas station owner myself and i did not want to waste my breath to workers who have no experience in helping customers. Your e better of giving business to the Chaldean-Americans, at least they will give you their full attention and assistance. Do not waste your time with these jokers.

Terrible. You walk in and are not acknowledged. I waited by the counter for a couple minutes.. Some tough guy walks past not doing a thing with a MAJOR chip on his shoulder makes eye contact with u, will cut you off and says well be wit u in a moment.. U can have a seat. I did not have a seat. I was the only other person in the store. 3 employees behind the counter but still waited 10 minutes to be served. When hes ready? He starts walking over with an attitude shouting across the room whats wrong with the phone...? I explain it was a brand new phone and is dropping my calls and not receiving or sending texts. Being cut off again, he says here is your option, we can order a new phone, going to cost u $15 and will take 6 days to get here. I ask what phone he expects me to use in the meantime, while I wait a week for my functioning phone. He shrugs his shoulders and says thats your only option. I say ok... what is your name and please give me the # for corporate. He jots down the 888 metro # I say no, I want corporate. He changes his tune when he knows I am going to complain. Suddenly waiting a week for a new phone is no longer the only option. He says I know we started off on the wrong foot but we can also see if another store has the phone. Im thinking we didnt start off on the wrong foot, u were just a dikhead when I walked in. His breath smelled like fresh poop. I could barely breathe when we exchanged words. Do not go here. Any other location is better. No customer service, total lack of concern. U people work at METRO PCS, not sure why your heads are so far up your a$$
This is the worst place for customer i came in on 6/14/15.. Those men have no personality .they were so rude and short with the customers they act like we are bothering them and We are spending our hard earned money with this company and to come in the store and get bad service is just ridiculous.. Now i remember why i stopped coming to this location.. You need to train these people again on customer service or close down before one of your employees get hurt

*24 HOUR KIOSK LOCATION* If you just need to make a payment dont go inside. Use the outdoor kiosk. Its the little ATM looking machine outside the entrance to the right. Little slow on the service if you have to go inside.
My my phone has been acting up and shutting off by itself I went to the corporate store and they didnt do anything but tried to do the same thing I already did to my phone and that didnt work its still acting up their service sucks
