First of all I love my cricket cell phone service. This is the second time Ive had to do business in the store. Both times the customer service and the expertise of the person that helped me has been exceptional. I wish I could remember the guys name so I could give him a shout out. Got a good phone, got all my stuff transferred over on both phones without even having the second one with me. I would recommend cricket and this particular store anytime for anything.
My experience was quick and easy. I went in to activate a phone. The cricket associate was polite and knowledgeable!

They hire the worst people ever at the 9 Mile and John R store. When they do finally get good help they are fired or leave. You could be a good cheap store . But you insist on stocking your store up with people who dont care about customers or dont k ow what customer service. Is. This store should have CLOSED 3 Years ago

The integrity & quality of American businesses like this Cricket store in Hazel Park is going down the tubes. I am a senior citizen and I bought a new phone on a Saturday. First of all they didnt tell me that my old phone was to outdated to transfer over all my contacts so I had to manually put in all my contacts. If I had known this I would of written down all my contacts beforehand. I had to put a post out on Facebook to get many of my phone numbers and I had to look through all my phonebooks. On the day I purchased my phone they had no phone covers or protective covers for the screen. They said comeback next week they will be getting a new shipment. I came in next week to the store and told the girl I needed a case and a screen protector for a LGHarmony 2 phone. There was none on the rack in the store so she went in the back room and retrieved a case cover which included a screen protector. I asked if that was for a Harmony 2? The girl said yes. I proceeded to purchase it and then she put it on my phone but with a struggle .She had trouble putting on because it was the wrong case cover. The case cover was for a Harmony and not a Harmony 2. The volume button on the phone did not match up with the volume button on the case so I had no control of my volume. All sales are final but they have no sign anywhere in the store that tells you that and they dont tell you that before you purchase it. You dont know until you purchase the product and it tells you on the receipt. I hope they put up a sign for future consumers. Buyers beware they are out to cheat you. The workers need to be better trained they are very unprofessional.
I was very impressed when I went to this location. The service was outstanding, very kind and extremely helpful. They know what their talking about and will find you exactly what your looking for. Best service I’ve ever had when buying a new phone.Should deff stop in to this location for all your phone needs.
Great customer service!!Was able to transfer my old wireless service (GoSmart Mobile) to theirs within an hour and received a free phone as backup to my current phone. The store manager explained to me the process towards what to expect while at the same time transferring my service and contacts over. No pressure to buy a phone and gave me exactly what I wanted within an hour.
Would give 0 stars if possible nothing but problems with this place i bridge payed my phone and on the final payment of 67$ they only took 63$ and now i owe 33 more dollars. Because of a 3 dollar remaining balance this place is the worst and this is not the first time ive had problems with these guys.Response to owner.Your response means nothing. This issue has not been resolved. I will be switching phone carriers next month. And To anybody considering on going to this location i advise otherwise. This review will remain and be reposted daily until issue is resolved
This location is ran very poorly and stocked even worse. And if you think thats bad, there are a few employees who obviously loath their job. Very sad I have to leave my communities establishment for a proper experience. Shame...
They are the closest to my house, so i used the store quiet a few times. There are always issues there. And recently i found out that those cricket places actually keep on making money of you when you sign up. I have been shopping at other locations and its worth an extra few minutes drive.
Dont go to this store, nothing but crooks here. Bought a brand new phone and the mic didnt work. Tried to take it back and they told us it was the sim card, bought a new one, after buying a brand new one with the brand new phone...they made us buy.... and that still didnt work. Then took it back again and they said it was the case. That still didnt work, took it back again only for them to say all sales are final considering it was an upgrade, I dont know how thats an upgrade, paid full price for the phone, and out of the 7 day trial period. Even though I tried to take it back 3 different times within the 7 days. Brand new phone and I can only talk to people on speakerphone. They are worse than sprint. These people will say and do anything they can to scam you. Even tried to buy back my brand new phone for 30.00 that was just purchased for over 150.00, towards a new phone.

Worst store to deal with i will never go back again the employees sit outside smoking cigs come in not wash hands then touch my phone, they forced me into buying a USED PHONE when i went back the next day because my wasent working they told me my phone had water damage which was bullshit.. THEY ARE CROOKS NEVER GOING BACK CALLING CRICKET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO COMPLAIN.
