I have visited this store maybe 2 or 3 times to pay my bill and always have had fast and great customer service, but today I felt it necessary to give a review which I have never done before. I had a technical issue with my phone that I was unable to dial out I went to the store that I got the phone from ( Livernois & 6mile) don’t ever go there... explained my problem they did normal troubleshooting to no avail and wrote the Sprint customer care number down on a piece of paper and told me that I needed to find someone that will let me use their phone because they had no public phones and my transaction wasn’t made at their store. So I drove cross town to this store and explained my problem to the rep there the manager overheard my problem switched customer with the rep that greeted me and did some troubleshooting on my phone which didn’t solve the problem and informed me that I had to talk to the Sprint customer service and picked up his store phone dialed the number and handed me the phone within 5 minutes my issue had been resolved the manager had left before I could thank him but all of the reps in the store showed some concern about my issue being resolved and I will never forget it and I will travel a cross town from now on to do business with this store again. Thanks guys you are the best

The customer service with the Sprint organization at this location was horrible they tell you one thing and end up being something else thatll cost you more money they only do whats better for the company they do not care about the customers they speak to the customers as if theyre stupid there are some customers that have knowledge of new technology and Sprint needs to be more honest about their products as well as their procedures I would not recommend Sprint to no one

I went to see what type of new equipment and accessories that they had I wasnt very interested in the selection that they showed me the parking was very convenient the store was very clean and the staff was nice

I was stranded, no phone charger, screwed!! The guy in the store took my phone, plugged it in to their charger & fixed me right!! Good lookin to this store here!!

I wouldnt tell anyone to go there because they dont care about the customers,ETC...

Some of their managers doesnt know how to talk to the customers
